Second, efficacy test
1. Oil control test
(1) Examples 1 to 3 oil control Properties of cosmetic stocks 1 to 3
Sodium hyaluronate (120 ten thousand molecular weight) is used as a positive control, deionized water is used as a blank control, the oil control capability of the examples 1-3 is examined, 1% (w/w) of aqueous solution is prepared respectively, the oil control capability of the aqueous solution on the just-cleaned face skin is measured by using a skin oil content probe in a skin elasticity tester MPA580 of Germany CK company, the raw liquids 1-3 for cosmetics are compared with each other, and the result is shown in figure 1.
As can be seen from the results in fig. 1, the oil control performance of examples 1 to 3 is significantly better than that of the blank group and the hyaluronic acid control group, and the oil control performance of example 2 is the best, which indicates that the oil control performance of the stock solution for cosmetics is significantly better and the oil control performance of the stock solution for cosmetics 2 is the best, compared with the use of deionized water or hyaluronic acid alone.
(2) Oil control tests of various concentrations of stock solution for cosmetics 1 of example 1 with blanks, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2;
the blank group is distilled water;
comparative example 1: the difference from example 1 is that comparative example 1 contains dendrobe polysaccharide and tamariskoid spikemoss herb extract,
the rice fermentation liquor is not contained (equal amount of rice fermentation liquor is replaced by water), and other components and preparation method are the same as those of the cosmetic stock solution 1;
comparative example 2: the difference from example 2 is that comparative example 2 contains rice fermentation broth and tamariskoid spikemoss herb extract, does not contain dendrobe polysaccharide (equal amount of dendrobe polysaccharide is replaced by water), and other components and preparation method are the same as those of stock solution 2 for cosmetics;
the aqueous solutions of example 1, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 were prepared at concentrations of 1%, 3% and 5% by mass, respectively, and the oil control of the freshly cleaned facial skin was determined for samples to be tested at different concentrations, and the results are shown in fig. 2.
From the results in fig. 2, it can be seen that the oil control performance of example 1 is enhanced with the increase of concentration (1%, 5%, 10%), and the oil control performance of example 1 is significantly stronger than that of comparative examples 1 and 2 under the same concentration, which indicates that the compounding of the rice fermentation broth, the dendrobe polysaccharide and the tamariskoid spikemoss herb extract can play a role in synergistic oil control.
(3) Application formula of stock solution 2 for cosmetics (application example 1) oil control performance test
The oil-control moisturizing water with the cosmetic stock solution of example 4 was used as an experimental group, and a blank group, a comparative group 1, and a comparative group 2 were added;
the blank group is an oil-controlling and moisturizing formula without adding the cosmetic stock solution 2;
comparative group 1: the difference from the experimental group is that the added stock solution for cosmetics is different, and the added stock solution for cosmetics in the comparative group 1 is different from the stock solution for cosmetics 2 in that the ingredients only contain dendrobium polysaccharide and the extract of the tamariskoid spikemoss herb, the ingredients do not contain rice fermentation liquor (equal amount of rice fermentation liquor is replaced by water), and other ingredients and the preparation method
As in application example 1.
Comparative group 2: the difference from the experimental group is that the added stock solution for cosmetics is different, and the added stock solution for cosmetics of the comparative group 2 is different from the stock solution for cosmetics 2 in that the components only contain rice fermentation liquor and the extract of the tamariskoid spikemoss herb, and the ingredients do not contain dendrobe polysaccharide (the same amount of dendrobe polysaccharide is replaced by water), and the other ingredients are the same as the preparation method and the application example 1.
The formulation process of the blank group, the comparison group 1 and the comparison group 2 is the same as that of the experimental group, and the oil control performance of the blank group, the comparison group 1 and the comparison group 2 on the freshly cleaned face skin is measured, and the result is shown in figure 3.
From the results in fig. 3, it can be seen that the oil-controlling moisturizing water prepared by adding the stock solution for cosmetics has a better oil-controlling effect than the oil-controlling moisturizing water without adding the stock solution for cosmetics, and the stock solution for cosmetics compounded by the rice fermentation broth, the dendrobe polysaccharide and the tamariskoid spikemoss herb extract can play a role in synergistic oil control.
2. Moisture retention test
(1) Examples 1 to 3 cosmetic stock solutions 1 to 3 were tested for moisture retention
Sodium hyaluronate (120 ten thousand molecular weight) is used as a positive control, deionized water is used as a blank control, the moisturizing capabilities of the examples 1-3 are examined, 1% (w/w) of aqueous solutions are respectively prepared, a skin moisture test probe in a skin elasticity tester MPA580 of Germany CK company is used for measuring the moisturizing degree according to QB/T4256 plus 2011 'guideline for evaluating the moisturizing effect of cosmetics', the raw liquids 1-3 for cosmetics are mutually compared, and the result is shown in figure 4.
From the results in fig. 4, it is understood that the moisturizing properties of examples 1 to 3 are significantly better than those of the blank group and the hyaluronic acid control group, and the moisturizing property of example 2 is the best, which indicates that the moisturizing property of the stock solution for cosmetics is significantly better than that of the stock solution for cosmetics using only deionized water or hyaluronic acid, and the moisturizing property of the stock solution for cosmetics 2 is the best.
(2) Moisture retention test of various concentrations of stock solution for cosmetics 1 of example 1 with blank, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2;
the blank group is distilled water;

The formulation process of the blank group, the comparison group 1 and the comparison group 2 is the same as that of the experimental group, the moisture retention of the skin is measured according to QB/T4256-.
The results in fig. 6 show that the oil-controlling moisturizing water prepared by adding the stock solution for cosmetics has a better moisturizing effect than the oil-controlling moisturizing water without adding the stock solution for cosmetics, and the stock solution for cosmetics compounded by the rice fermentation liquid, the dendrobium polysaccharide and the tamariskoid spikemoss herb extract can play a role in synergy and moisturizing.
3. Safety test
Selecting 30 volunteers as subjects, wherein the subjects are 25-40 years old, male and female halves, the skin of the subjects is healthy, no skin allergy history exists, the skin patch test is carried out according to the selection standard of the subjects. Selecting a proper patch applicator, respectively smearing about 0.05g of the patch applicator in each of the examples 1,2 and 3 in a closed patch test mode, tightly attaching the patch applicator to the forearm of a subject by using a special adhesive tape, removing the subject after 24h, respectively recording skin reactions of 0.5, 6, 12, 24 and 48h after removal, and recording the results according to the skin reaction grading standard in the cosmetic hygiene Specification.
The result of the human body patch test shows that: 30 subjects have no skin adverse reaction after 0.5, 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours of removing the test substances, which indicates that the cosmetic has good use safety.
