Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of bee breeding, and particularly relates to a feed for promoting bee colony growth and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the acceleration of the urbanization process and the change of the ecological environment in recent years, the sources of the natural foods of the bees, namely pollen and nectar, face serious threats and greatly influence the health of bee colonies. The change of ecological environment can cause various problems such as single variety, reduced quantity, reduced quality and the like of plant pollen, the honey storage in the honeycomb is often insufficient, and bee colonies are often in the situations of insufficient eating and poor eating. Meanwhile, the nutritional composition in bee food directly affects the growth, development, life span, productivity and disease resistance of bee colony. Therefore, when the external honey powder source is deficient, the bee colony needs to be supplemented with appropriate artificial feed in time to maintain normal breeding of the bee colony. Based on the above practical situations, it is very important to develop artificial bee feed with high quality, low cost and strong palatability. The artificial bee feed is developed through scientific preparation and evaluation of feed and selection of proper feeding time on the premise of deep understanding of biological characteristics of bees and the nutritional composition and functions of bee food, so as to realize healthy breeding of bee colonies.
The bee artificial feed mainly comprises sugar feed and pollen-substituted feed. The sugar feed is generally used for replacing honey in a honeycomb and providing necessary carbohydrate for normal growth and reproduction of bee colonies, and the main sugar feed comprises white granulated sugar, syrup and the like. The pollen-substituted feed is a feed which can replace or partially replace pollen, has higher protein content and contains rich trace elements and vitamins.
Bee feed raw materials such as bee pollen, soybean meal or soybean meal powder, sucrose syrup, fructose-glucose syrup and the like are common in the market. However, bee pollen is high in price and has pathogenic bacteria hidden danger; the cane sugar syrup is not only high in price but also is not suitable for being fed by the bees who use the disaccharide sugar directly and is easy to be infected by the larvae disease; the soybean meal has anti-nutritional factors, so that the digestion and absorption of bees are influenced; the fructose-glucose syrup is low in price, but the actual feeding effect is poor, and the fatality rate of bees is high. The artificial feed has the problems of unbalanced nutrition, poor taste, poor functionality and the like, and the problems restrict the development of the beekeeping industry to the direction of high quality and high yield.
Generally, the development of bee feeds is mainly directed to pollen substitute feeds. Therefore, how to overcome the inherent defects of the current protein and saccharide beekeeping raw materials, solve the root problems, develop the artificial feed with balanced nutrition and good palatability, which can improve the immune function of the bees, promote the rapid and healthy growth and reproduction of the bees and is of great importance to the development of the bee industry.

The results of the experiment are shown in Table 1
TABLE 1 test results
The data in the table show that the population growth rate of the embodiment of the invention can reach 49.5%, the feeding rate is 99.6%, and the natural bee bread can be basically replaced. Worker bee birth weight is an important index for measuring individual performance of worker bees, the growth condition of worker bees can be directly influenced by nutrient components of different feeds, and the birth weight reflects the nutrient absorption and growth condition of bee larvae to a certain extent. The initial weight average of the worker bees is higher than that of the comparative example group, and the feed formula provided by the embodiment of the invention can also improve the feed quality to a certain extent and improve the quality of the nursing bees. The protein content of worker bees is an indirect reflection of the protein content of worker bees ingested, and the protein content of the heads and the chests of the group bees in the embodiment of the invention shows a higher value and is continuously increased. Compared with the comparative example 1 without the nutrition enhancer, the comparative example 2 without the proteolysis and the comparative example 3 without the two technical means, the protein utilization rate is far lower than that of the examples. Therefore, the raw materials of the invention are mutually matched and cooperate to promote the absorption and utilization of nutrient substances of bee colonies, and the effect is weak if the raw materials are not matched.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only some of the preferred modes for implementing the invention, and not all of them. Obviously, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art based on the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention without any creative effort shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
