Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides and application, and particularly relates to a pesticide composition containing spirotetramat and flonicamid, which is mainly applied to prevention and control of piercing-sucking pests such as cotton aphids on crops.
Background
In the actual process of agricultural production, the application of chemical agents is the most effective means for controlling plant diseases and insect pests, but the most easily generated problem of chemical control of pests is the generation of drug resistance of pests, and a series of problems such as drug residues, environmental pollution and the like are easily caused by continuously applying single chemical agents with high dosage for a long time. Compounding or compounding of insecticides is one of the most effective methods to solve the above problems. The compounded or mixed pesticide has the characteristics of improving the control effect, prolonging the application suitable period, reducing the dosage, reducing the phytotoxicity, reducing the residue and delaying the drug resistance and the drug resistance of pests.
Spirotetramat (spirotetramat) is a tetronic acid compound, and is one of modern insecticides with bidirectional systemic conduction performance so far. The compound can move upwards and downwards in the whole plant body to reach leaf surfaces and barks, so that the compound can prevent and control pests on inner leaves of lettuce and Chinese cabbage and fruit tree barks. This unique systemic property protects the nascent stems, leaves and roots from the growth of pest eggs and larvae. The spirotetramat has long lasting period and can provide effective control for 8 weeks. The spirotetramat has high efficiency and broad spectrum, and can effectively prevent and control various sucking mouthparts pests, such as aphids, thrips, psyllids, mealybugs, whiteflies, scale insects and the like.
Flonicamid (flunicotamid) is a novel low-toxicity pyridine amide insect growth regulator pesticide, has the effects of contact poisoning and stomach poisoning, and also has good nerve agent and quick antifeedant effect. The flonicamid is effective on various sucking mouthparts pests and has good infiltration. It can permeate from root to stem and leaf, but the penetration from leaf to stem and root is relatively weak. Due to the unique action mechanism and extremely high biological activity of flonicamid, extremely high safety to people, livestock and environment and effective on other pests with resistance to pesticides, the flonicamid has a development prospect in the future.
Disclosure of Invention
The spirotetramat has good effect and application prospect in the aspect of preventing and controlling piercing-sucking pests such as cotton aphids, green peach aphids, whiteflies, red spiders and the like. However, in view of the rapid development of resistance of piercing-sucking pests such as cotton aphids in fields to spirotetramat and the high sale price of spirotetramat in the market, in order to solve the problem of drug resistance of piercing-sucking pests such as cotton aphids, other pesticide compounds for preventing and treating aphids with lower cost are compounded with spirotetramat, and a pesticide composition containing a small amount of spirotetramat is provided.
The pesticide composition containing the spirotetramat and the flonicamid is prepared by binary compounding of active ingredients of the spirotetramat and the flonicamid, wherein the mass ratio of the spirotetramat to the flonicamid is 1: 9-99, and the preferable mass ratio is 1: 29-49.
The pesticide composition is in the dosage forms of a suspending agent and water dispersible granules.
When the pesticide composition is a suspending agent, the components in percentage by weight are as follows: 1% of spirotetramat, 39-49% of flonicamid, 8-10% of polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether block copolymer, 3-5% of nekal, 1.5-2% of carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.3-1% of potassium sorbate, 0.1-0.5% of silicone oil, 2.5-5% of ethylene glycol and 25-30% of deionized water. The suspending agent comprises the following specific production steps: mixing other auxiliary agents, uniformly mixing the mixture through high-speed shearing, adding the spirotetramat and flonicamid which are effective components, and sanding the mixture for 3 hours in a 2000r/min sand mill to ensure that the particle size is below 5mm, thus preparing the suspending agent of the composition.
When the pesticide composition is in the form of water dispersible granules, the pesticide composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1% of spirotetramat, 39-49% of flonicamid, 3-5% of methylene dinaphthalene sodium sulfonate, 5-7% of maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer salt, 5-8% of alkyl succinate sulfonic acid sodium salt, 3-5% of bentonite and 28-30% of diatomite. The water dispersible granule comprises the following specific production steps: according to the formula, the spirotetramat and flonicamid as effective components, the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the disintegrating agent and the filler are uniformly mixed, the mixture is crushed by an ultramicro jet mill, the wettable powder and a certain amount of water (a binder is dissolved in water in advance) are mixed after being crushed, the mixture is kneaded in a kneading machine to prepare a plastic material, and finally the plastic material is sent into an extrusion granulator for granulation, and the water dispersible granule of the composition is obtained through drying and screening.
The pesticide composition containing spirotetramat and flonicamid can be applied to the prevention and control of crop pests, wherein the crop pests are as follows: hemiptera, lepidoptera, coleoptera, thysanoptera and diptera pests such as diaphorina citri, brown planthopper, laodelphax striatellus, sogatella furcifera, bemisia tabaci, aphis gossypii, aphis persicae, aphis apiacea, mealybug, icerya citrella, diamond back moth, cotton bollworm, tobacco budworm, armyworm, asparagus caterpillar, spodoptera frugiperda, cabbage looper, cabbage moth, rice stem borer, cnaphalocrocis medinalis, ostrinia nubilalis, carpophagus, potato beetle, thrips, and the like.

Example (b): the spirotetramat and flonicamid in different proportions have combined toxicity to cotton aphids.
The test takes cotton aphids as test objects, adopts a leaf pesticide film method, and comprises the following specific steps:
preparing acetone for the pesticide raw material into 1% mother liquor, diluting the mother liquor with acetone, preparing liquid medicines with series concentrations by using 0.1% (v/v) Triton X-100 solution, repeating each concentration for 3 times, and performing 3 groups of experiments by using distilled water containing 0.1% (v/v) Triton X-100 solution as a control. Selecting healthy cotton seedlings, soaking the cotton seedlings in each liquid medicine to be detected for 30s, taking out the cotton seedlings, airing the cotton seedlings, fixing the aired cotton seedlings on seedling supports, and soaking roots of the cotton seedlings in clean water. Selecting wingless adult aphids, gently picking the adult aphids on leaves by using a small writing brush, covering the leaves by using about 25 leaves, and then putting the leaves into an insect breeding room for culture. Examining the death condition of the test insects (the death condition is regarded as the abnormal activity when the test insects can not normally move) after a certain period of time (7 days for spirotetramat and 3 days for emamectin benzoate), and carrying out statistics and analysis on experimental data by using SPSS19.0 to obtain a toxicity regression equation and LC50Values and 95% confidence limits, etc.
The co-toxicity coefficient (CTC value) of the mixture is calculated by adopting the Sun Yunpei method. The co-toxicity coefficient CTC is calculated as follows: (spirotetramat is used as a standard medicament, and the virulence index of the spirotetramat is 100);
flonicamid virulence index (TI) ═ spirotetramat LC 50/flonicamid LC 50X 100
True virulence index (ATI) of M-LC 50X 100 of spirotetramat LC50/M
Theoretical virulence index (TTI) of M TI XP spirotetramat of spirotetramat + TI XP flonicamid of flonicamid
The cotoxicity coefficient (CTC) of M is M, i.e., TTI × 100 of ATI/M in formula:
m is a mixture of spirotetramat and flonicamid in different proportions
The spirotetramat P is the proportion of spirotetramat in the mixture
The P flonicamid is the proportion of flonicamid in the mixed preparation.
Virulence assay results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 Spirotetramat and flonicamid virulence and cotoxicity coefficients for Aphis gossypii (SR) strains
The results in table 1 show that: when the mass ratio of the spirotetramat to the flonicamid is 1: 9-99, obvious synergistic effect is achieved, and particularly when the mass ratio of the spirotetramat to the flonicamid is 1:49, the cotoxicity coefficient is 465.056 as the maximum. The experimental result shows that the spirotetramat and flonicamid compound have obvious synergistic effect on the cotton aphids.
