Abstract
一种纸浆模塑制程及其在线智能干化设备,纸浆模塑制程包括:在捞浆成型步骤(S24)与热压整型步骤(S50)间,按次执行智能循环干燥步骤(S30)与智能加湿步骤(S40)。智能循环干燥步骤(S30)包括:根据纸浆模塑制品的结构及/或外轮廓,组合执行红外线照射步骤(S30a)与吹热风步骤(S30b),从而自适应的移除初压半成品(110)的不同部位所含的不同水分,形成均匀干化的干化半成品(112)。智能加湿步骤(S40)包括:根据纸浆模塑制品的结构及/或外轮廓,对干化半成品(112)中不同局部位置喷淋预设的不同水量,形成具有均匀含水率的加湿半成品(114)。
