is decocted for three times, starting the liquid pressure rod 32, causing the hydraulic rod 32 to contract, and pulling the hanging plate 28 and the first cover plate 27 to move upwards through the traction rod 30 until the preparation cylinder 8 moves to be separated from the inner part of the decoction cylinder 4, then opening each group of manual discharge valves 17, causing the drug liquid extracted after the preparation cylinder 8 is decocted to be discharged into the interior of the decoction cylinder 4, and then rotating the hand wheel 36, causing the hand wheel 36 to drive the slide seat 34 and the decoction cylinder 4 to move rightwards through the adjusting screw rod 25, until the decocting barrel 4 moves to the position right below the stirring rod 40, the liquid pressure rod 32 is started again, the hydraulic rod 32 pulls the hoisting plate 28 and the stirring rod 40 to move downwards through the traction rod 30, until the second cover plate 38 covers the decocting barrel 4, the electric heating tube 5 is started again, the electric heating tube 5 heats and evaporates the liquid medicine in the decocting barrel 4, the motor 39 is started simultaneously, the stirring rod 40 and the scraping rod 41 are driven to rotate in the starting process of the motor 39, the heated and evaporated liquid medicine is stirred, the liquid medicine is heated uniformly, the
