in the process of starting the motor 139, the heated and evaporated liquid medicine is stirred, the liquid medicine is heated uniformly, the probability of pasting the bottom is reduced until the liquid medicine is decocted and concentrated into paste, then the discharging valve 17 is only required to be opened, the decocted paste is discharged from the discharging pipe 16, the motor 139 can be started continuously in the discharging process of the paste, the motor 139 drives the scraping rod 141 to rotate, so that part of the ointment adhered to the inner wall of the decoction barrel 14 is scraped off, and the residue of the ointment in the decoction barrel 14 is reduced; the secondary decoction concentrating device is characterized in that when the secondary decoction concentrating device works, firstly, the pot cover 22 is opened, decoction after primary decoction is introduced into the pot body 21, then the pot cover 22 is closed at the top end of the pot body 21, then the pot body 21 is used for decocting the decoction after primary decoction, when water in the pot body 21 is boiled, the water level of the water drops, then the driving motor 210 is opened, the speed reducer 29 drives the second screw rod 26 to rotate, the second screw rod 26 is in threaded connection with the pressing plate 25, the pressing plate 25 slides downwards in the fixed frame 24, the pressing plate 25 pushes the traditional Chinese medicine liquid in the pot body 21 to move upwards to increase the water level of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid, so that the contact area between the traditional Chinese medicine liquid and the inner wall of the pot body 21 is increased, meanwhile, the screw rod 26 drives the scraping plate 27 to rotate, the traditional Chinese medicine liquid in the pot body 21 is stirred by the scraping plate 27, after the traditional Chinese medicine liquid in the pot body 21 is decocted, the driving motor 210 is closed, and then the traditional Chinese medicine liquid in the pot body 21 is poured out by opening the pot cover 22.
