Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the moving device 7 moves the bearing ring with the right side facing upwards to the pressing device 4 for processing, in order to improve the stability of the moving device 7, the moving seat 71 is provided with a plurality of first through holes 711 along the length direction, the first through holes 711 are internally provided with first guide rods 13, two ends of the first guide rods 13 are provided with fixed blocks 14, the fixed blocks 14 are fixed on the machine body 1, and the fixed blocks 14 close to the moving cylinder 72 are provided with second through holes 141 for moving the piston end of the moving cylinder 72. When the moving cylinder 72 pushes the moving seat 71, the moving seat 71 moves along the length direction of the first guide rod 13, so that the moving path of the moving seat 71 is conveniently determined, and the stability of the moving seat 71 in the moving process is improved.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, after the moving cylinder 72 is activated, the positioning plate 76 is driven to move, and the positioning plate 76 conveys the bearing ring to the processing position of the pressing device 4. The pressing device 4 comprises a first mounting seat 41 fixed on the machine body 1, a pressing cylinder 42 fixed on the first mounting seat 41 and a pressing ring rod 43 fixed at the piston end of the pressing cylinder 42, the piston end of the pressing cylinder 42 is downwards arranged, the pressing cylinder 42 drives the pressing ring rod 43 to move up and down, and a sealing ring in a bearing ring is pressed to the bottom of the bearing ring.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, after the bearing ring is pressed by the pressing device 4, the positioning plate 76 conveys the bearing ring to the needle loading device 5 for needle loading processing, the needle loading device 5 comprises an oiling assembly 51 and a needle loading assembly 52, and the positioning plate 76 conveys the bearing ring below the oiling assembly 51 for oiling. The oiling assembly 51 comprises a plurality of guide rods III 511 fixed on the machine body 1, a second mounting seat 512 fixed on the top end of the guide rods III 511, a first driving cylinder 513 fixed on the second mounting seat 512 and with a downward piston end, a first guide plate 514 arranged on the piston end of the first driving cylinder 513, and an oiling pipe 515 arranged on the first guide plate 514. The first guide plate 514 is provided with a plurality of holes for the guide rods III 511 to pass through, the first guide plate 514 is conveniently driven to move up and down by the first driving cylinder 513, the pressurizing pipe 5152 is communicated with the oil injection pipe 515, the pressurizing pipe 5152 blows gas to the oil injection pipe 515 for pressurizing, the bottom end of the oil injection pipe 515 is provided with a plurality of oil injection holes 5151, after pressurizing in the oil injection pipe 515, lubricating oil flows out of the oil injection holes 5151, and lubricating oil in the oil injection pipe 515 is conveniently introduced into the bearing ring. In order to improve the stability of the bearing ring in the oiling process, the limiting block 12 is provided with a pressing plate 24, and the pressing plate 24 is provided with a round hole which is larger than the diameter of the oiling pipe 515 and smaller than the diameter of the bearing ring, so that the stability of the bearing ring in the oiling process is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, after lubricating oil is injected into the bearing ring and reaches the lower part of the needle assembly 52, the needle assembly 52 comprises a plurality of guide rods four 521 fixed on the machine body 1, a mounting seat three 522 fixed on the top surface of the guide rods four 521, a driving cylinder two 523 fixed on the mounting seat three 522, a guide plate two 524 fixed on the piston end of the driving cylinder two 523 and a needle feeding tube 525 arranged on the guide plate two 524, the piston end of the driving cylinder two 523 is downwards arranged, the driving cylinder two 523 is convenient to drive the guide plate two 524 to move up and down, a vibration disc 15 for conveying the needle is arranged on the machine body 1, one end of the needle feeding tube 525 is communicated with a discharge hole of the vibration disc 15, the other end of the needle feeding tube 525 is fixedly provided with a needle feeding tube 16, a needle outlet 17 for moving the needle is arranged on the needle feeding tube 16, and a gas blowing tube 20 communicated with the needle feeding tube 525 is also arranged on the machine body 1, so that the needle is convenient to move the needle from the needle feeding tube 16 into the bearing ring.
The bearing ring is required to be rotatably mounted because a plurality of needle rollers are required to be mounted in the bearing ring, a rotary table 18 for driving the bearing ring to rotate is mounted on the machine body 1, a rotary opening 62 for rotating the rotary table 18 is formed in the conveying seat 6, and a rotary motor 19 for driving the rotary table 18 to rotate is fixed on the machine body 1. After the needle roller is installed, a receiving tray 9 is arranged at the discharge end of the conveying seat 6, a receiving block 91 is fixed in the receiving tray 9, the top surface of the receiving block 91 is gradually declined in a slope shape, and the bearing ring can conveniently enter the receiving tray 9.
The implementation principle of the bearing needle roller assembly equipment provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: the centrifugal disc 21 conveys the bearing ring with the sealing ring to the conveyor belt 221, the conveyor motor 223 is started to drive the conveying roller 222 to move, the conveyor belt 221 conveys the bearing ring to the feeding end of the conveying seat 6, the limiting part 82 limits the bearing ring to the feeding end of the conveying seat 6, the moving cylinder 72 is started to drive the positioning plate 76 to move to the position of the bearing ring, the push-pull cylinder 73 is started again to push the positioning plate 76, the bearing ring is positioned in the positioning groove 761, the positioning plate 76 and the limiting block 12 are matched to improve the stability of the bearing ring, and the moving cylinder 72 is started again to drive the bearing ring to move. The bearing ring moves to the lower part of the face recognition rod 315, the adjusting cylinder 313 is started to push the face recognition rod 315 to detect the bearing ring, and when the front surface of the bearing ring is upward, the overturning assembly 32 is directly skipped to reach the pressing device 4; if the back of the bearing ring is up, the positioning plate 76 carries the bearing ring into the clamping plate 322, and the push-pull cylinder 73 is activated to pull the positioning plate 76 away from the clamping plate 322.
The overturning motor 321 drives the clamping plate 322 to overturn, so that the bearing ring is overturned to face upwards. The flipped bearing ring is conveyed to the position right below the pressing ring rod 43 by the positioning plate 76, the pressing cylinder 42 is started to move down the pressing ring rod 43, and the sealing ring in the bearing ring is pressed to the bottom of the bearing ring by the pressing ring rod 43. After the sealing ring is pressed, the positioning plate 76 moves the bearing ring to the lower part of the oil filler pipe 515, the first driving cylinder 513 is started to move the oil filler pipe 515 downwards, and the booster tube 5152 is started to blow air into the oil filler pipe 515, so that lubricating oil in the oil filler pipe 515 is convenient to enter the inner wall of the bearing ring. After the bearing ring is oiled, the positioning plate 76 moves the bearing ring to the position below the needle feeding head 16, the driving cylinder II 523 is started to extend the needle feeding head 16 into the bearing ring, the air blowing pipe 20 is started to blow the needle rollers into the bearing ring, after one needle roller is installed, the rotating motor 19 is started to rotate the rotary table 18, after the position of the bearing ring is adjusted, the balls are installed again, and the rotating step is repeated until the balls in the bearing ring are installed.
After the needle roller is installed on the bearing ring, the positioning plate 76 moves the bearing ring into the collecting tray 9, the collecting block 91 is in a slope shape, the bearing ring can slide to the bottom of the collecting tray 9, and the stability of the bearing ring is improved. The whole device effectively improves the installation efficiency of the bearing needle roller, reduces manual operation and improves the processing efficiency of the bearing.

Claims (9)

1. Bearing kingpin assembly device, its characterized in that: the device comprises a machine body (1), a feeding device (2), an adjusting device (3), a pressing device (4), a needle mounting device (5), a conveying seat (6) and a moving device (7), wherein the feeding device (2), the adjusting device (3), the pressing device (4), the needle mounting device (5) is used for mounting a needle, the conveying seat (6) is used for bearing a bearing ring, and the moving device (7) is arranged along the length direction of the conveying seat (6), wherein the feeding device (2), the adjusting device is used for adjusting the forward and backward positions of the bearing ring, the pressing device is used for pressing a sealing ring, and the moving device (7) is arranged along a bearing processing path; the feeding device (2) comprises a centrifugal disc (21), a conveying assembly (22) arranged on the machine body (1) and positioned at the discharge end of the centrifugal disc (21), and a detection sensor (23) arranged at the discharge end of the conveying assembly (22); the moving device (7) comprises a moving seat (71) arranged on the machine body (1), a moving cylinder (72) for pushing the moving seat (71) to move, a plurality of push-pull cylinders (73) arranged on the moving seat (71) and perpendicular to the moving direction of the moving cylinder (72), a control plate (74) arranged at the piston ends of the push-pull cylinders (73), a positioning rod (75) arranged on the control plate (74) and arranged along one side of the length direction of the conveying seat (6) and a plurality of positioning plates (76) arranged on the positioning rod (75); the adjusting device (3) comprises a face recognition component (31) and a turnover component (32) which are sequentially arranged on the machine body (1) along the bearing processing step, wherein the turnover component is used for turning over the bearing ring; the pressing device (4) comprises a first mounting seat (41) arranged on the machine body (1), a pressing cylinder (42) arranged on the first mounting seat (41) and a pressing ring rod (43) arranged at the piston end of the pressing cylinder (42), wherein the pressing ring rod (43) is positioned above the conveying seat (6); the needle mounting device (5) comprises an oiling component (51) and a needle mounting component (52) for mounting a needle roller, wherein the oiling component (51) and the needle mounting component (52) are sequentially arranged on the machine body (1) along the bearing processing steps.

A bearing needle assembly apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the machine body (1) is provided with a positioning block (8) positioned at the feeding end of the conveying seat (6), the discharging end of the conveying seat (6) is provided with a receiving tray (9), a receiving block (91) is arranged in the receiving tray (9), and the top surface of the receiving block (91) is in a slope shape.

A bearing needle assembly apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the conveying assembly (22) comprises a conveying belt (221) arranged on the machine body (1), a conveying roller (222) used for driving the conveying belt (221) to move and a conveying motor (223) arranged on the machine body (1), an output end of the conveying motor (223) is fixedly connected with the conveying roller (222), a mounting lug (10) used for mounting the conveying roller (222) is arranged on the machine body (1), the positioning block (8) comprises a mounting part (81) arranged on the machine body (1) and a limiting part (82) which is arranged on the conveying belt (221) and used for limiting the movement of a bearing ring, and a mounting block (11) used for fixing the mounting part (81) is arranged on the machine body (1).

A bearing needle assembly apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the oiling assembly (51) comprises a plurality of guide rods III (511) arranged on the machine body (1), a mounting seat II (512) arranged on the top surfaces of the guide rods III (511), a driving cylinder I (513) arranged on the mounting seat II (512), a guide plate I (514) arranged at the piston end of the driving cylinder I (513) and sleeved on the guide rods III (511) and an oiling pipe (515) arranged on the guide plate I (514), wherein the oiling pipe (515) is arranged above the conveying seat (6) and the bottom end of the oiling pipe (515) is provided with a plurality of oiling holes (5151), and the oiling pipe (515) is further provided with a pressurizing pipe (5152) for pressurizing.
