The material channel 53 is communicated with a discharge hole at the upper end of the O-shaped ring storage tank 52, and a detachable storage tank upper cover 55 is sealed at the upper end of the O-shaped ring storage tank 52; the other end of the material channel 53 is connected with a material dropping seat 56, as shown in fig. 11, a material dropping hole 57 penetrating up and down is formed in the material dropping seat 56, the O-ring in the O-ring storage tank 52 is blown upwards by compressed air, and since the O-ring storage tank 52 is only communicated with the material channel 53, the blown-up O-ring is output from the material channel 53 and then enters the material dropping seat 56.
Preferably, the material channel 53 is further provided with a material stopping assembly, the material stopping assembly comprises a material stopping cylinder 58, a material stopping plate 59 and material stopping rods 60, the material stopping plate 59 is connected with the material stopping cylinder 58, the lower end of the material stopping plate 59 is provided with a plurality of material stopping rods 60, the material stopping rods 60 extend downwards into the material channel 53, and the material stopping rods 60 are controlled by the material stopping cylinder 58, so that the O-shaped ring is stopped from moving.
As shown in fig. 12, the O-ring assembling mechanism 6 of the present embodiment preferably includes a material guiding rod 61 and a material pushing mechanism engaged with the material guiding rod 61, the material guiding rod 61 is disposed at the lower end of the material dropping seat 56, the upper end of the material guiding rod 61 extends into the material dropping hole 57 of the material dropping seat 56, and the O-ring falls onto the material guiding rod 61 through the material dropping hole 57 of the material dropping seat 56.
As shown in fig. 10, in the preferred embodiment, the material guiding rod 61 includes a cylindrical material dropping portion 62 and a conical material dropping portion 63, and a material pushing mechanism is further disposed outside the conical material dropping portion 63, the material pushing mechanism includes a material pushing cylinder and two material pushing claws 64 connected to the material pushing cylinder, and the two material pushing claws 64 are symmetrically disposed outside the material guiding rod 61.
The working principle is as follows:
1) the vibration disc 41 vibrates to vibrate the plugs to the feeding track 42, then the plugs are conveyed to the position of the clamping mechanism through the feeding track 42, and then the clamping cylinder 50 of the clamping mechanism controls the clamping claws 51 to grab the plugs and place the plugs on the plug fixing seats 31 of the transfer turntable 3;
2) compressed air is introduced into the O-shaped ring storage tank 52 through an air inlet pipe at the lower end of the O-shaped ring storage tank 52, the O-shaped ring in the O-shaped ring storage tank 52 is blown up and is conveyed to the blanking seat 56 through the material channel 53, and then the O-shaped ring falls onto the material guide rod 61 through the blanking hole 57; when the blanking head passes through the conical blanking part 63 of the material guiding rod 61, the plug fixing seat 31 on the transferring turntable 3 just rotates to the position right below the material guiding rod 61;
3) the pushing claw 64 of the pushing mechanism pushes the O-shaped ring on the cylindrical blanking portion 62 of the material guiding rod 61 to the conical blanking portion 63, so that the O-shaped ring is opened through the conical blanking portion 63, the ejection cylinder 36 controls the ejector rod 33 to eject the plug fixing seat 31 upwards, the plug is just located at the lower end of the material guiding rod 61, the O-shaped ring on the conical blanking portion 63 is pushed to the plug through the pushing claw 64, and automatic assembly of the O-shaped ring and the plug is achieved.

Claims (9)

1. An automatic O-shaped ring assembling device comprises a rack (1), wherein a bottom plate (2) is arranged on the rack (1), and the automatic O-shaped ring assembling device is characterized by further comprising a shifting turntable (3) arranged on the bottom plate (2), a plug feeding mechanism (4), a plurality of O-shaped ring feeding mechanisms (5) and an O-shaped ring assembling mechanism (6) which are arranged on the bottom plate (2) of the rack (1) and arranged on the outer side of the shifting turntable (3);
the plug feeding mechanisms (4) are used for conveying plugs to the transfer turntable (3), and the O-shaped rings are conveyed and assembled by the O-shaped ring feeding mechanisms (5) in a matching mode through the transfer turntable (3) and the O-shaped ring assembling mechanisms (6);
the O-shaped ring feeding mechanism (5) comprises an O-shaped ring storage tank (52), a material channel (53) and a plurality of air inlet pipes, wherein the O-shaped ring storage tank (52) is arranged on the bottom plate (2) through a supporting seat (54), the lower end of the O-shaped ring storage tank (52) is connected with the plurality of air inlet pipes, the air inlet pipes are connected with a compressed air generator, and compressed air is introduced into the O-shaped ring storage tank (52) through the air inlet pipes;
the material channel (53) is communicated with a discharge hole at the upper end of the O-shaped ring storage tank (52), and a detachable storage tank upper cover 55 is sealed at the upper end of the O-shaped ring storage tank (52); the other end of the material channel (53) is connected with a blanking seat (56), a blanking hole (57) which penetrates through the blanking seat (56) up and down is formed in the blanking seat (56), an O-shaped ring in the O-shaped ring storage tank (52) is blown upwards through compressed air, and the O-shaped ring storage tank (52) is only communicated with the material channel (53); the blown-up O-shaped ring is output from the material channel (53) and then enters the blanking seat (56);
the O-shaped ring assembling mechanism (6) comprises a material guiding rod (61) and a material pushing mechanism matched with the material guiding rod (61), the material guiding rod (61) is arranged at the lower end of the blanking seat (56), the upper end of the material guiding rod (61) extends into a blanking hole (57) of the blanking seat (56), and the O-shaped ring falls on the material guiding rod (61) through the blanking hole (57) of the blanking seat (56);
the material guiding rod (61) comprises a cylindrical blanking portion (62) and a conical blanking portion (63), a material pushing mechanism is further arranged on the outer side of the conical blanking portion (63), the material pushing mechanism comprises a material pushing cylinder and two material pushing claws (64) connected with the material pushing cylinder, and the two material pushing claws (64) are symmetrically arranged on the outer side of the material guiding rod (61).
