Abstract
本发明提供了一种涤纶高弹丝去污剂,是由90~92%的基础油、8~10%的乳化剂、0.1~2%的增溶剂、0.01~0.2%的防腐剂、0.2~2%的分散剂、0.08~1%的杀菌剂和0.08~1%的抗静电剂组成。本发明还提供了上述涤纶低弹丝去污剂的制备方法。本发明的涤纶高弹丝去污剂材料配伍性好,不含水分和氯、硫等腐蚀物,对各种化纤材料不会产生腐蚀和锈蚀;安全性好,制作过程都是在常温状态下搅拌调和,辅料之间不产生危险的化学反应;水解稳定性好,在水中易乳化分散,易去除织物油污,可生物降解且无污染。具有优良的乳化性能、抗氧化性、抗静电性,优良的低温流动性和防腐蚀性,良好去污的同时还能有效保护弹丝。

本发明涉及精细化工领域,尤其涉及纺织与织造技术领域。具体来说是一种涤纶高弹丝去污剂及其制备方法
背景技术
现有技术中除油去污采用的是有机溶剂、热碱溶液和表面活性剂溶液清洗的方法。有机溶剂法分为三类:一类是以卤代烃为活性物,但卤代烃类具有毒性,而且对环境有污染,特别会对臭氧层造成十分严重的破坏,不环保;另一类是以石烃为活性物,例如以煤油为主要的活性物,十分浪费石油资源,还污染环境;还有一类是以碱类为主,能除去金属上的油脂和污垢,腐蚀性较强,易损坏金属表面,去污效果不理想,上述三类去污剂均不能达到很好的去污效果。
随着我国每年生产的化纤丝的增加,后道加工量也随之增加,由于机器的新旧不一,磨损情况的加剧,导致丝的用油污染,进而影响产品质量和品相,除去产品上的油污物变成我国化纤行业生产厂家迫切需要解决的问题。原有的去污剂在效果和环保方面也不能满足日益增长的需求,迫使急需新型高弹丝去污剂的诞生。
经过调查和研究发现:涤纶高弹丝去污剂品类的选择、抗氧化性能、对化纤丝的的兼容性情况,以及涤纶高弹丝去污剂的去污特性、水洗效果等,都是影响涤纶高弹丝去污剂选择的重要因素。但是在现有技术中,涤纶高弹丝去污剂往往单方面侧重于去污性能、抗静电性能或清洗性能。导致涤纶高弹丝去污剂选择性波动较大,有时产品会出现不兼容的现象,实际使用稳定性较差。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术中的缺陷与不足,本发明旨在提供一种涤纶高弹丝去污剂及其制备方法,本发明提供的涤纶高弹丝去污剂能够同时具有优良的去污性能、抗静电性能或清洗性能,还具有优良的环保性和防腐蚀性,可处理油污,而且水解稳定性好,在水中易乳化分散,使弹丝油污易去除,可生物降解且无污染。
本发明的涤纶高弹丝去污剂在符合环保要求的前提下是通过以下比较关键的3个影响因素而研发的;(1)在高要求严环保的要求下,研制去污效果好、易分解、无污染、易清洗的替代原有的去污剂;(2)不论是在棉纱还是以涤纶为主原料的坯布上都要具有良好的水洗性能,(3)对弹性纤维的腐蚀性,目前市场对弹性纤维的腐蚀问题关注度并不多,它主要表现在两个方面:去污剂使用时的腐蚀性和清洗后的腐蚀性。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种涤纶高弹丝去污剂,由基础油、乳化剂、增溶剂、防腐剂、分散剂、杀菌剂、抗静电剂组成,所述基础油的含量为所述涤纶高弹丝去污剂总质量的90%~92%;所述乳化剂的含量为所述涤纶高弹丝去污剂总质量的8%~10%;所述增溶剂的含量为所述涤纶高弹丝去污剂总质量的0.1%~2%;所述防腐剂的含量为所述涤纶高弹丝去污剂总质量的0.01%~0.2%;所述分散剂的含量为所述涤纶高弹丝去污剂的0.2%~2%;所述杀菌剂的含量为所述涤纶高弹丝去污剂总质量的0.08%~1%;所述抗静电剂的含量为所述涤纶高弹丝去污剂总质量的0.08%~1%。
进一步的,所述基础油为二次加氢工业白油。选择运动黏度在5.0-6.0mm2/s之间的二次加氢工业白油作为基础油,既能满足涤纶高弹丝去污剂的使用要求,又能减小对环境的污染,该基础油的粘度较低,具有良好的流动性和兼容性,从而起到良好的去污效果。
进一步的,所述乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯酯、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚中的任意一种或两种任意比例的组合物。
优选的,所述乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,是由脂肪醇和聚氧乙烯醚化学反应所得。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚是最重要的一类非离子表面活性剂,它是油溶性乳化剂,能增强物质在有机溶剂中的溶解度,分子中的醚键不易被酸、碱破坏,所以稳定性较高,水溶性较好,耐电解质,易于生物降解,泡沫小。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚是无色液体或蜡状物,其碳链长度、环氧乙烷加成数及分布都对产品的物化性能和应用性能有很大影响。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的浊点、相对密度、黏度等随环氧乙烷加成数的增大而增大,但其表面活性如去污能力、起泡性、润湿和分散力则是开始随环氧乙烧加成数的增大而增大,到最大值后,继续增加环氧乙烷加成数,其表面活性又开始下降。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与其他表面活性剂的配伍性好,对硬水不敏感,低温洗涤性能好,在pH为4-10的范围内,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚水解稳定。无毒、无刺激,类似天然磷脂,与皮肤亲和性好,高效低泡易冲洗。
进一步的,所述增溶剂为聚山梨酯和聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、月桂酸聚氧丙烯酯的任意一种或者两种任意比例的组合。聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯是重要的表面活性剂,外观为琥珀色液体至乳白色固体,属非离子表面活性剂。可溶于水、乙醇及高级脂肪醇,具有良好的乳化、增溶、润湿、分散、柔软及抗静电等表面活性,且无毒、无刺激性。因而,在化妆品、医药、食品、农药、造纸及纺织加工等行业中有着极为广泛的应用。聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯去污力很强,在亲水基聚合污度为10的条件下,疏水基原料为纯月桂酸的活性物较纯软脂酸时的活性物去污值高。
进一步的,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸酐中的任意一种或两种任意比例的组合物。苯甲酸和苯甲酸钠有杀菌和抑制细菌生长的作用,且低毒无味,因而它们广泛地用作防腐剂。在微酸性介质中,仅0.1%浓度的苯甲酸可抑制细菌生长。改变pH值对苯甲酸盐的杀菌作用和抑菌作用影响很大,在减性介质中其效果明显降低,pH值在2.5~4.5时效果最佳。考虑到后期放置条件和时间的影响,加入适当防腐剂,提高产品使用体验度,还能保证产品质量不掉品级。
进一步的,所述分散剂为亚甲基双荼磺酸钠、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、聚乙二醇中的任意一种或者两种任意比例的组合物。亚甲基二萘磺酸钠是一种阴离子表面活性剂,有良好的扩散力,起泡能力低,能与其他阴离子型、非离子型表面活性剂混用。主要用作染色的匀染剂、制造色淀的分散剂,也用作还原染料的稀释剂。
进一步的,所述杀菌剂为三氯碳酰苯胺、苯扎氯铵、聚季铵盐中的任意一种或两种任意比例的组合物。聚季铵盐絮凝杀菌剂属强阳离子高分子聚合物,在水中有很好的溶解性能,属非氧化性杀菌剂絮凝剂,具有广谱、高效的杀菌灭藻能力,能有效地控制水中菌藻繁殖和粘泥生长,并具有良好的粘泥剥离作用和一定的分散、渗透作用,同时具有一定的去油、除臭能力和缓蚀作用。聚季铵盐杀菌剂絮凝剂可作为纺织印染行业的杀菌防霉剂及柔软剂、调理剂等。
进一步的,所述抗静电剂为单烷基醚磷酸酯钾盐、乙氧基化烷基酸胺、乙氧基月桂酷胺中的任意一种或两种任意比例的组合物。单烷基醚磷酸酯钾盐是醇醚型非离子改性为一种磷酸酯型阴离子表面活性剂,无色或微黄色透明液体,此类表面活性剂由于磷原子的存在而具有某些独特功能;有较好电解质相容性、热及碱稳定性、优良抗静电性、润滑性、阻蚀性等,故作为特种表面活性剂,广泛用于化纤、纺织、皮革、塑料、造纸、化妆品等领域。
一种涤纶高弹丝去污剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照质量百分比称取各反应物质;
(2)将乳化剂加入到反应釜内,加热至液体温度为30~35℃,在该温度下以70r/min的转速搅拌2~5min;
(3)将增溶剂加入到步骤2)的反应釜内得混合液体,将所得混合液体降至常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)以70r/min的转速搅拌2~3min;
(4)将防腐剂加入到步骤3)的混合反应釜内得混合液体,混合液体常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)以70r/min的转速搅拌2~3min;
(5)将分散剂加入到步骤4)的混合反应釜内得混合液体,混合液体常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)以70r/min的转速搅拌2~3min;
(6)将杀菌剂加入步骤5)的混合液体常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃),以70r/min的转速搅拌1~2min;
(7)将抗静电剂加入步骤6)的混合液体常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)下以70r/min的转速搅拌1~2min;
(8)将步骤7)的混合液体移送至降温沉淀釜内,加入基础油,常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)下以70r/min的转速搅拌3~5min;然后经过塑料皮桶包装,制得成品涤纶高弹丝去污剂。
本发明的有益效果是:与已有技术相比,本发明的挥涤纶高弹丝去污剂具有以下积极和明显的优点:(1)材料配伍性好,不含水分和氯、硫等腐蚀物,对各种化纤材料不会产生腐蚀和锈蚀;(2)安全性好,制作的过程都是在常温状态下执行,搅拌调和,多个辅料之间不产生危险的化学反应;(3)环保可降解,水解稳定性好,在水中易乳化分散,使织物油污易去除,可生物降且无污染。本发明所制得的涤纶高弹丝去污剂去能够同时具有优良的乳化性能、抗氧化性、抗静电性,还具有优良的低温流动性和防腐蚀性,而且油品水解稳定性好,在水中易乳化分散,使织物油污易去除,可生物降且无污染。

一种涤纶高弹丝去污剂,由基础油、乳化剂、增溶剂、防腐剂、分散剂、杀菌剂、抗静电剂组成,其中,所述乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;所述增溶剂为聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯;所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠;所述分散剂为亚甲基双荼磺酸钠;所述杀菌剂为聚季铵盐;所述抗静电剂为单烷基醚磷酸酯钾盐;所述基础油为二次加氢工业白油。所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚是由是由脂肪醇和聚氧乙烯醚化学反应所得,具体地,是用氢氧化钠做催化剂,长链脂肪醇在无水和无氧气存在的情况下与环氧乙烷发生开环聚合反应,生成脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。

另,上述涤纶高弹丝去污剂的制备方法如下:
(1)按照质量百分比称取各反应物质;
(2)将乳化剂加入到反应釜内,加热至液体温度为30~35℃,在该温度下以70r/min的转速搅拌2~5min;
(3)将增溶剂加入到步骤2)的反应釜内得混合液体,将所得混合液体降至常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)以70r/min的转速搅拌2~3min;
(4)将防腐剂加入到步骤3)的混合反应釜内得混合液体,混合液体常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)以70r/min的转速搅拌2~3min;
(5)将分散剂加入到步骤4)的混合反应釜内得混合液体,混合液体常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)以70r/min的转速搅拌2~3min;
(6)将杀菌剂加入步骤5)的混合液体常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃),以70r/min的转速搅拌1~2min;
(7)将抗静电剂加入步骤6)的混合液体常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)下以70r/min的转速搅拌1~2min;
(8)将步骤7)的混合液体移送至降温沉淀釜内,加入基础油,常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)下以70r/min的转速搅拌3~5min;然后经过塑料皮桶包装,制得成品涤纶高弹丝去污剂;制得的成品涤纶高弹丝去污剂的各项技术指标见表1。
实施例2
一种涤纶高弹丝去污剂,由基础油、乳化剂、增溶剂、防腐剂、分散剂、杀菌剂、抗静电剂组成,其中,所述乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;所述增溶剂为聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯;所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠;所述分散剂为亚甲基双荼磺酸钠;所述杀菌剂为聚季铵盐;所述抗静电剂为单烷基醚磷酸酯钾盐;所述基础油为二次加氢工业白油。所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚是由是由脂肪醇和聚氧乙烯醚化学反应所得,具体地,是用氢氧化钠做催化剂,长链脂肪醇在无水和无氧气存在的情况下与环氧乙烷发生开环聚合反应,生成脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
且,所述乳化剂在涤纶高弹丝去污剂中的质量百分比为8.2%;所述增溶剂在涤纶高弹丝去污剂中的质量百分比为0.1%;所述防腐剂在涤纶高弹丝去污剂中的质量百分比为0.1%;所述分散剂在涤纶高弹丝去污剂中的质量百分比为0.1%;所述杀菌剂在涤纶高弹丝去污剂中的质量百分比为0.2%;所述抗静电剂在涤纶高弹丝去污剂中的质量百分比为0.3%;所述基础油在涤纶高弹丝去污剂中的质量百分比为91%。
另,上述涤纶高弹丝去污剂的制备方法如下:
(1)按照质量百分比称取各反应物质;
(2)将乳化剂加入到反应釜内,加热至液体温度为30~35℃,在该温度下以70r/min的转速搅拌2~5min;
(3)将增溶剂加入到步骤2)的反应釜内得混合液体,将所得混合液体降至常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)以70r/min的转速搅拌2~3min;
(4)将防腐剂加入到步骤3)的混合反应釜内得混合液体,混合液体常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)以70r/min的转速搅拌2~3min;
(5)将分散剂加入到步骤4)的混合反应釜内得混合液体,混合液体常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)以70r/min的转速搅拌2~3min;
(6)将杀菌剂加入步骤5)的混合液体常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃),以70r/min的转速搅拌1~2min;
(7)将抗静电剂加入步骤6)的混合液体常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)下以70r/min的转速搅拌1~2min;
(8)将步骤7)的混合液体移送至降温沉淀釜内,加入基础油,常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)下以70r/min的转速搅拌3~5min;然后经过塑料皮桶包装,制得成品涤纶高弹丝去污剂;制得的成品涤纶高弹丝去污剂的各项技术指标见表1。
实施例3
一种涤纶高弹丝去污剂,由基础油、乳化剂、增溶剂、防腐剂、分散剂、杀菌剂、抗静电剂组成,其中,所述乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;所述增溶剂为聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯;所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠;所述分散剂为亚甲基双荼磺酸钠;所述杀菌剂为聚季铵盐;所述抗静电剂为单烷基醚磷酸酯钾盐;所述基础油为二次加氢工业白油。所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚是由是由脂肪醇和聚氧乙烯醚化学反应所得,具体地,是用氢氧化钠做催化剂,长链脂肪醇在无水和无氧气存在的情况下与环氧乙烷发生开环聚合反应,生成脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。

另,上述涤纶高弹丝去污剂的制备方法如下:
(1)按照质量百分比称取各反应物质;
(2)将乳化剂加入到反应釜内,加热至液体温度为30~35℃,在该温度下以70r/min的转速搅拌2~5min;
(3)将增溶剂加入到步骤2)的反应釜内得混合液体,将所得混合液体降至常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)以70r/min的转速搅拌2~3min;
(4)将防腐剂加入到步骤3)的混合反应釜内得混合液体,混合液体常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)以70r/min的转速搅拌2~3min;
(5)将分散剂加入到步骤4)的混合反应釜内得混合液体,混合液体常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)以70r/min的转速搅拌2~3min;
(6)将杀菌剂加入步骤5)的混合液体常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃),以70r/min的转速搅拌1~2min;
(7)将抗静电剂加入步骤6)的混合液体常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)下以70r/min的转速搅拌1~2min;
(8)将步骤7)的混合液体移送至降温沉淀釜内,加入基础油,常温(冬天加热至液体温度为30~35℃)下以70r/min的转速搅拌3~5min;然后经过塑料皮桶包装,制得成品涤纶高弹丝去污剂;制得的成品涤纶高弹丝去污剂的各项技术指标见表1。

另外,虽然市场上目前还没有与本发明相似的涤纶高弹丝去污产品,但为了做对比,取同样有污的化纤丝(涤纶高弹丝),分别采用本发明的去污剂、市售的威猛先生厨房重油污净和立白洗洁精进行处理,对比结果显示:本发明的去污剂,使用方便,用毛巾蘸着使用,处理后的化纤丝依然保持原有特性,除油污无残留,后续水洗乳化效果好;相比同类型的市售产品,例如市售的威猛先生厨房重油污净和立白洗洁精,更能保护涤纶高弹丝,且无残留去污,乳化效果更好。
因此,本发明的涤纶高弹丝去污剂的优势在于:第一,本发明涤纶高弹丝去污剂,使用了表面活性剂大大增加除油去污效果,而且使用的表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,比其它单一活性剂的乳化效果更好,使用多种天然植物混合提取物,既增加去污效果,又不损坏产品表面,二次加氢工业白油作为载体,增加去污剂的渗透乳化作用,提高去污效率;第二,本发明生物降解性好,环保无毒,使用时不产生异味,使用安全高效;第三,本发明不需要配合其它清洁剂使用,使用方便,易乳化水洗。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种涤纶高弹丝去污剂,其特征在于:由基础油、乳化剂、增溶剂、防腐剂、分散剂、杀菌剂、抗静电剂组成,所述基础油的含量为所述涤纶高弹丝去污剂总质量的90%~92%;所述乳化剂的含量为所述涤纶高弹丝去污剂总质量的8%~10%;所述增溶剂的含量为所述涤纶高弹丝去污剂总质量的0.1%~2%;所述防腐剂的含量为所述涤纶高弹丝去污剂总质量的0.01%~0.2%;所述分散剂的含量为所述涤纶高弹丝去污剂的0.2%~2%;所述杀菌剂的含量为所述涤纶高弹丝去污剂总质量的0.08%~1%;所述抗静电剂的含量为所述涤纶高弹丝去污剂总质量的0.08%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶高弹丝去污剂,其特征在于:所述基础油为二次加氢工业白油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶高弹丝去污剂,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯酯、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚中的任意一种或两种任意比例的组合物。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的涤纶高弹丝去污剂,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,是由脂肪醇和聚氧乙烯醚化学反应所得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶高弹丝去污剂,其特征在于:所述增溶剂为聚山梨酯和聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、月桂酸聚氧丙烯酯的任意一种或者两种任意比例的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶高弹丝去污剂,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸酐中的任意一种或两种任意比例的组合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶高弹丝去污剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为亚甲基双荼磺酸钠、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、聚乙二醇中的任意一种或者两种任意比例的组合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶高弹丝去污剂,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂为三氯碳酰苯胺、苯扎氯铵、聚季铵盐中的任意一种或两种任意比例的组合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶高弹丝去污剂,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂为单烷基醚磷酸酯钾盐、乙氧基化烷基酸胺、乙氧基月桂酷胺中的任意一种或两种任意比例的组合物。
10.一种如权利要求1~9任意一项所述涤纶高弹丝去污剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)按照质量百分比称取各反应物质;
(2)将乳化剂加入到反应釜内,加热至液体温度为30~35℃,在该温度下以70r/min的转速搅拌2~5min;
(3)将增溶剂加入到步骤2)的反应釜内得混合液体,将所得混合液体降至常温以70r/min的转速搅拌2~3min;
(4)将防腐剂加入到步骤3)的混合反应釜内得混合液体,混合液体常温以70r/min的转速搅拌2~3min;
(5)将分散剂加入到步骤4)的混合反应釜内得混合液体,混合液体常温以70r/min的转速搅拌2~3min;
(6)将杀菌剂加入步骤5)的混合液体常温,以70r/min的转速搅拌1~2min;
(7)将抗静电剂加入步骤6)的混合液体常温下以70r/min的转速搅拌1~2min;
(8)将步骤7)的混合液体移送至降温沉淀釜内,加入基础油,常温下以70r/min的转速搅拌3~5min;然后经过塑料皮桶包装,制得成品涤纶高弹丝去污剂。
