Abstract
本发明涉及防护材料领域,具体涉及一种高危化学品防护材料;由耐低温橡胶材料与膜材料覆合而成,所述耐低温橡胶材料是将耐低温橡胶配制成胶浆,用刮涂的方式涂覆到纤维层,所述膜材料包括耐低温防化膜和防护膜,其中耐低温防化膜位于耐低温橡胶材料的外侧,防护膜位于耐低温橡胶材料的内侧,以热合或贴条的方式覆合而成的防护材料;本发明的新材料不仅实现了材料在化学防护方面的广谱防护,而且该材料可在‑40℃‑150℃的环境下长期使用。防护材料可用于热合、贴条等成型方式,加工工艺简单,效率高,适合工厂的大批量生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及防护材料领域,具体涉及一种高危化学品防护材料。
背景技术
市场上现有皮肤防护装备、三防材料、弹衣材料等相关产品,在-40℃的环境下使用,塑性大,产品舒适性差,不适用于低温环境;在高温的环境下使用,材料的防护性能严重下降。我国现有防护产品,一般采用橡胶制品,橡胶与膜的复合材料技术还不成熟,现有材料的适用环境范围窄,还没有应用在-40℃-150℃环境下长期使用的材料。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高危化学品防护材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种高危化学品防护材料,由耐低温橡胶材料与膜材料覆合而成,所述耐低温橡胶材料是将耐低温橡胶配制成胶浆,用刮涂的方式涂覆到纤维层,所述膜材料包括耐低温防化膜和防护膜,其中耐低温防化膜位于耐低温橡胶材料的外侧,防护膜位于耐低温橡胶材料的内侧,以热合或压延的方式复合成防护材料。
本发明防护材料主要应用于高危化学品、立即危害生命的毒剂、放射性污染等环境,保障人员免受有毒有害化学工业品、有机溶剂、强腐蚀性物质的伤害。从科研建设角度出发,膜材料与橡胶材料的化学、物理性能差距较大,复合后会出现气泡、剥离强度低等问题。另考虑到防护材料制品的加工工艺、生产环节等因素,本发明从材料结构设计入手,材料结构设计如下图1所示,耐低温橡胶作为胶黏剂,用刮涂的方式涂覆到纤维层;材料外层采用同种耐低温防化膜,内层采用防护膜,以热压的方式覆合,便于后期防护装备的加工、制作。
进一步的,所述耐低温橡胶材料为氯丁橡胶、天然橡胶、防老剂D、氧化镁和硫磺按照一定的质量份配比混炼,将混炼后得到的共混橡胶溶入乙酸乙酯、汽油稀释剂,配置成胶浆,再将胶浆分别刮涂到纤维层两侧制备而成。
进一步的,所述耐低温防化膜为聚偏氟乙烯PVDF。
进一步的,所述防护膜为阻燃TPU材料。
优选的,所述防护膜与耐低温防化膜分别经过合布机,通过设置压力为0.5~0.7Mpa、温度为70~100℃,使各层材料牢固地结合在一起。
进一步的,耐低温橡胶材料的制备中所用各原料及试剂的质量份配比如下:天然橡胶70份,氯丁橡胶30份,氧化镁5~10份,防老剂D 2~5份,硫磺3~6份,汽油700~1000份,乙酸乙酯600~1000份。
聚偏氟乙烯PVDF与阻燃聚氨酯TPU的质量比为1:0.5~2,防护材料中耐低温防化膜的厚度为20~50微米,防护膜的厚度为10~100微米。
另外,本发明还提供上述高危化学品防护材料在皮肤防护装备、三防材料、帐篷、弹衣材料等相关产品中的应用。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下有益效果:
市场上现有皮肤防护装备、三防材料、弹衣材料等相关产品,在-40℃的环境下使用,塑性大,产品舒适性差,不适用于低温环境;在高温环境下使用,材料的防护性能严重下降。本发明的新材料不仅实现了材料在化学防护方面的广谱防护,适用于《B24539-2009防护服装化学防护服通用技术要求》的所有技术指标要求,而且该材料可在-40℃-150℃的环境下长期使用。防护材料可用于热合、贴条等成型方式,加工工艺简单,效率高,适合工厂的大批量生产,为企业带来新的效益。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例
防护材料由耐低温橡胶材料与膜材料覆合而成。所述耐低温橡胶材料为氯丁橡胶、天然橡胶、防老剂D、氧化镁和硫磺按照一定的质量份配比混炼,将混炼后得到的共混橡胶溶入乙酸乙酯、汽油稀释剂,配置成胶浆,再将胶浆分别刮涂到纤维层两侧。
耐低温防化膜为聚偏氟乙烯PVDF,防护膜为阻燃TPU材料,防护膜与耐低温防化膜分别经过合布机,通过设置压力为0.6Mpa、温度为85℃,使各层材料牢固地结合在一起。
耐低温橡胶材料的制备中所用各原料及试剂的质量份配比如下:天然橡胶70份,氯丁橡胶30份,氧化镁8份,防老剂D 4份,硫磺4份,汽油800份,乙酸乙酯900份。
聚偏氟乙烯PVDF与阻燃聚氨酯TPU的质量比为1:1.5,防护材料中耐低温防化膜的厚度为20微米,防护膜的厚度为30微米。
将上述防护材料加工并试制了防化避火材料,指标如下表1所示:

1.一种高危化学品防护材料,其特征在于,由耐低温橡胶材料与膜材料覆合而成,所述耐低温橡胶材料是将耐低温橡胶配制成胶浆,用刮涂的方式涂覆到纤维层,所述膜材料包括耐低温防化膜和防护膜,其中耐低温防化膜位于耐低温橡胶材料的外侧,防护膜位于耐低温橡胶材料的内侧,以热合或压延的方式复合成高危化学品防护材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高危化学品防护材料,其特征在于,所述耐低温橡胶材料为氯丁橡胶、天然橡胶、防老剂D、氧化镁和硫磺按照一定的质量份配比混炼,将混炼后得到的共混橡胶溶入乙酸乙酯、汽油稀释剂,配置成胶浆,再将胶浆分别刮涂到纤维层两侧制备而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高危化学品防护材料,其特征在于,所述耐低温防化膜为聚偏氟乙烯PVDF。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高危化学品防护材料,其特征在于,所述防护膜为阻燃聚氨酯TPU。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高危化学品防护材料,其特征在于,所述防护膜与耐低温防化膜分别经过合布机,通过设置压力为0.5~0.7Mpa、温度为70~100℃,使各层材料牢固地结合在一起。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种高危化学品防护材料,其特征在于,耐低温橡胶材料的制备中所用各原料及试剂的质量份配比如下:天然橡胶70份 ,氯丁橡胶30份,氧化镁5~10份,防老剂D 2~5份,硫磺3~6份,汽油700~1000份,乙酸乙酯600~1000份。
