Abstract

本发明涉及复合材料成型技术领域,特别是一种轮圈形复合材料的成型方法,与现有技术相比,该一种○型复合材料对对直接从挤出机挤出的风管进行偏心整形,来形成一个轮圈状的直形风管,再对风管进行裁切和焊接形成一个封闭的轮圈风管,即从挤出到成型均自动一体成型,这种直形风管既可以用于碳纤维轮圈的成型用,也可以直接当作轮圈的内胎使用,具有成型效率高、成本低等优点,材料由于其弹性体,因此具有极高的韧性、弹性,非常适合用于制成自行车内胎,同时材料的重量对比常规丁基、橡胶基车胎重量更轻,整体更具有减震、减重、安全优势。

一种轮圈形复合材料的成型方法
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料成型技术领域,特别是一种轮圈形复合材料的成型方法。
背景技术
碳纤维轮圈的成型是由薄膜等复合材料来进行定型的,现有技术中的这种碳纤维轮圈成型复合材料都是采用平面形的薄膜来进行裁剪成两块O形圆圈,即在一个大平面的薄膜中剪切出两个一模一样的空心圆圈,其它的都是废料,然后再将这两半的O形圆圈进行焊接形成一个完整的轮圈状薄膜,采用这种方式不但制作效率低、速度慢,而且会浪费大量的原材料。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中碳纤维轮圈成型复合材料所存在的缺陷和问题,提供一种轮圈形复合材料的成型方法。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明的一种轮圈形复合材料的成型方法:
(1)、通过挤出机挤出直型风管;
(2)、将挤出机挤出的直型风管经过一个整形机进行整形,使直形风管拉伸形成具有一定弯曲弧度的风管;
(3)、将整形后具有一定弯曲弧度的风管进行裁切,使裁切后的风管形成一个O形圆圈状,即形成一个轮圈状的直形风管;
(4)、在轮圈状的直形风管的接近端口固定位置处冲切一个气嘴孔;
(5)、将轮圈状的直形风管的两端进行焊接,形成一个封闭的轮圈风管;
(6)、在气嘴孔上焊接上气嘴芯或者气嘴芯堵头,形成一个完整圆形自行车内胎。
所述的直型风管由热塑性聚氨酯弹性体材料与尼龙弹性体通过复合制成。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明的一种O型复合材料对直接从挤出机挤出的风管进行偏心整形,来形成一个轮圈状的直形风管,再对风管进行裁切和焊接形成一个封闭的轮圈风管,即从挤出到成型均自动一体成型,这种直形风管既可以用于碳纤维轮圈的成型用,也可以直接当作轮圈的内胎使用,具有成型效率高、成本底等优点,材料由于其弹性体,因此具有极高的韧性、弹性,非常适合用于制成自行车内胎,同时材料的重量对比常规丁基、橡胶基车胎重量更轻,整体更具有减震、减重、安全优势。
具体实施方式:
本发明的一种轮圈形复合材料的成型方法:
(1)、通过挤出机挤出直形风管,这是正常的挤出方法,挤出的风管都是圆形的,由直形风管热塑性聚氨酯弹性体材料与尼龙弹性体通过复合制成,具有极高的韧性和弹性。
(2)、将挤出机挤出的直形风管经过一个整形机进行整形,使直形风管形成具有一定弯曲弧度的风管,此时的风管是刚刚从挤出机挤出,还处于软化状态,还没有硬化成型,因此其可塑性很强,改变其物理状态不会影响风管原有的性能。
(3)、将整形后具有一定弯曲弧度的风管进行裁切,即每隔一定长度后裁切下来,使裁切后的风管形成一个O形圆圈状,即形成一个轮圈状的直形风管。
(4)、在轮圈状的直形风管的端口处打一个气嘴孔,该气嘴孔是用于放置气嘴芯的,如果是用于碳纤维成型的,则该气嘴孔用于充气用。
(5)、将轮圈状的直形风管的两端进行焊接,形成一个封闭的轮圈风管,该焊接一般采用超声波进行焊接,使裁切的两端焊接在一起,形成轮圈风管。
(6)、在气嘴孔上焊接上气嘴芯或者气嘴芯堵头,当该轮圈风管直接用于轮圈内胎时,则焊接上气嘴芯即可。当用于碳纤维轮圈成型时,则用气嘴芯堵头焊接上,在使用时可以进行充气和放气。
综上所述,与现有技术相比,本发明的一种O型复合材料对直接从挤出机挤出的风管进行偏心整形,来形成一个轮圈状的直形风管,再对风管进行裁切和焊接形成一个封闭的轮圈风管,即从挤出到成型均自动一体成型,这种直形风管既可以用于碳纤维轮圈的成型用,也可以直接当作轮圈的内胎使用,具有成型效率高、成本底等优点,材料由于其弹性体,因此具有极高的韧性、弹性,非常适合用于制成自行车内胎,同时材料的重量对比常规丁基、橡胶基车胎重量更轻,整体更具有减震、减重、安全优势。

Claims (2)

1.一种轮圈形复合材料的成型方法:
(1)、通过挤出机挤出直型风管;
(2)、将挤出机挤出的直型风管经过一个整形机进行整形,使直形风管拉伸形成具有一定弯曲弧度的风管;
(3)、将整形后具有一定弯曲弧度的风管进行裁切,使裁切后的风管形成一个O形圆圈状,即形成一个轮圈状的直形风管;
(4)、在轮圈状的直形风管的接近端口固定位置处冲切一个气嘴孔;
(5)、将轮圈状的直形风管的两端进行焊接,形成一个封闭的轮圈风管;
(6)、在气嘴孔上焊接上气嘴芯或者气嘴芯堵头,形成一个完整圆形自行车内胎。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮圈形复合材料的成型方法,其特征在于:所述的直型风管由热塑性聚氨酯弹性体材料与尼龙弹性体通过复合制成。
