技术领域
本发明涉及材料裁剪领域,具体为黄酒坛封口材料的自动裁剪装置,属于酿酒工艺部分。
背景技术
当前,我国很多制酒商家仍遵循古法酿制,采用的是人工传统工艺,传统手工技艺酿造黄酒使用陶坛贮酒,荷叶封坛,现有的黄酒封坛是人工依次将荷叶、桃花纸、标签纸、陶盖、笋壳等材料叠放在坛口,用编织带扎紧后再进行后续的裁剪工作。黄酒坛封口材料的裁剪主要是人工完成,使得酿酒工艺效率不高,浪费过多人力,如何使黄酒坛封口材料裁剪实现自动化是急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可自动切割封口材料、提高裁剪效率的黄酒坛封口材料的自动裁剪装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明用了如下技术方案:
黄酒坛封口材料的自动裁剪装置,其特征在于,包括:
支撑架,包括支撑柱和设置于支撑柱上的横梁,所述支撑柱是整个装置的基体,竖向支撑于支撑面上;所述横梁具有第一端部和第二端部,且所述横梁的第一端部固定安装于在支撑柱的上部,第二端部安装下压装置;
下压装置,设置于所述支撑架上,包括气缸固定板、气缸、竖直导向杆、直线轴承和电机固定板,所述气缸通过所述气缸固定板竖向安装在横梁的第二端部,所述气缸的伸缩末端连接有一水平的电机固定板;所述电机固定板位于所述气缸固定板的下方;所述电机固定板的上方固定安装多根竖直导向杆,所述竖直导向杆的上部穿设于固定在气缸固定板上的直线轴承中,并与直线轴承竖向滑动配合;所述电机固定板的下方固定安装旋转裁剪装置;
旋转裁剪装置,悬装于所述电机固定板的下方,包括电机、小齿轮、大齿轮、心轴、刀架传动件、刀片机构和压紧机构,所述电机安装于所述电机固定板上,所述电机的电机轴与电机固定板下方的所述小齿轮固定连接,并且所述小齿轮与固定设置在所述刀架传动件上的大齿轮啮合;所述心轴的上、下两端分别连接所述电机固定板和所述压紧机构;所述刀架传动件可转动地安装在位于电机固定板和压紧机构之间的心轴上,并在刀架传动件的外边缘安装所述刀片机构,所述刀片机构的切割刃朝下,用于裁剪黄酒坛封口材料;所述压紧机构固定安装于所述心轴的底部,所述压紧机构包括压实架和轴承组件,所述压实架为一圆盘结构;所述刀架传动件为一长方体结构,且刀架传动件的长度略大于所述压实架的外径;

进一步,所述刀片机构由刀片、刀片压板、刀片限位板、弹簧和弹簧压板构成,所述刀片限位板通过螺钉安装在刀架传动件的外边缘;所述刀片压板位于刀片限位板上方,并且所述刀片压板与所述刀片限位板之间留有间隙;所述弹簧压板连接在刀片压板上,在弹簧压板和刀片限位板之间通过弹簧连接;所述刀片铰接于安装在所述刀片限位板和所述刀片压板上,并保持所述刀片倾斜,所述刀片的切割尖端超出所述刀片限位板以及压紧机构的底部,形成朝下的切割刃,用于裁剪切割板上的待裁剪材料。

进一步,所述刀片压板与所述刀片限位板之间的间隙从前向后渐增,以靠近弹簧一端为后,反正为前。
进一步,所述压紧机构包括压实架和轴承组件,所述轴承组件包括深沟球轴承、法兰件和推力轴承,所述压实架固定安装于所述心轴的底端,并在所述压实架与所述刀架传动件之间的心轴上依次从上到下套装深沟球轴承、法兰件和推力轴承,所述深沟球轴承和推力轴承的内圈均与所述心轴配合,所述深沟球轴承的外圈与所述刀架传动件的中心通孔内壁配合。
使用时,将待裁剪材料运送到裁剪装置正下方的切割板上,气缸开始工作,气缸的活塞杆伸出,在气缸的驱动下和竖直导向杆的导向作用下,旋转裁剪装置向下移动,移动到预定裁剪位置,并且压实架对切割板上的材料进行了压实,随后电机开始工作,其动力经小齿轮和大齿轮传递给刀架传动件,连接在刀架传动件下端两侧的两个刀片机构和刀架传动件一同进行旋转,对被压实材料的外圈进行裁剪,裁剪完成后,电机停止工作,刀架传动件和刀片机构停止旋转,气缸再次工作使活塞杆收回,裁剪装置回到初始状态,裁剪工作完成。
本发明的有益之处和取得的效果是:
实现了黄酒坛封口材料的自动裁剪,使得黄酒坛封口材料裁剪实现自动化,提高了整个酿酒工艺的工作效率,降低人工成本;
设计的裁剪方式为先压实后裁剪,裁剪刀片采用设计的浮动刀片机构,其中使用到弹簧,使得刀片裁剪压力可调节,防止刀片被损坏并获得更好的切割效果。

使用时,将待裁剪材料运送到裁剪装置正下方的切割板4上,气缸24开始工作,气缸24的活塞杆伸出,在气缸24的驱动下和导向杆23的导向作用下,旋转裁剪装置3向下移动,移动到预定裁剪位置,并且压实架39对切割板4上的材料进行了压实,随后电机31开始工作,其动力经小齿轮32和大齿轮33传递给刀架传动件34,连接在刀架传动件34下端两侧的两个刀片机构37和刀架传动件34一同进行旋转,对被压实材料的外圈进行裁剪,裁剪完成后,电机31停止工作,刀架传动件34和刀片机构37停止旋转,气缸24再次工作使活塞杆收回,裁剪装置回到初始状态,裁剪工作完成。
