Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装保护装置。
背景技术
类似于本发明所表明的包装保护装置用于保护各种片状结构的角部或边缘,防止在如运输过程中受损。这种类型的包装保护装置出现在德国申请公开19606546中。该包装保护装置由纸板制成,折叠成一可用于保护各种物品的手风琴或波纹管型结构。但是,这种结构在许多方面都不令人满意。对所需的物品不能提供充分的保护,尤其是当用作一角部保护装置时,它对物品角部末端的保护非常不好。另外,该保护装置安装困难,特别是它保持在位置上的能力很差。如芬兰实用新型申请950381中出现的,设计用来消除上述缺点的一种方案是例如用塑料制成的一种弹性角部保护装置。该角部保护装置具有弹性性质,因此能够用来保护具有不同厚度尺寸的产品,它还可以有效地保护角部的末端。这种产品的主要缺点是所用的原材料。由于角部保护装置是大宗货物,需要很大的量,因此产生了很多浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是消除上述缺点。本发明的一个特定目的是公开一种新型包装保护装置,该装置可由回收的纸板制造,且能够为产品提供有效的保护,尽管这种易于破坏或回收的材料使用起来容易而简单,且允许被保护的产品的厚度有很大的变化。
用于保护片状物品的边缘区域的包装保护装置,上述包装保护装置包括一边缘保护装置,及从边缘保护装置在相同方向并排延伸的凸缘,凸缘和边缘保护装置由一连续纸板通过折叠制成,其特征在于,边缘保护装置是一由窄的条带形成的可折叠或波纹管型结构,该结构包括将边缘保护装置的相邻条带联接在一起的接合区域,以将凸缘倾斜地压向彼此,接合区域设置在面向凸缘的条带表面上,条带之间的折页上设置了切口,用于在其宽度方向上增加边缘保护装置的弹性。
包装保护装置优选地由一单独连续的纸板制成,通过将板的中部交替地以不同方向折叠,形成具有等宽度的窄的平行条带,该条带构成一手风琴或波纹管型边缘保护装置。然后将板的边缘部分弯折,形成最外部条带的延伸,形成沿相同的方向并排延伸的凸缘。
在本发明另一实施例中,边缘保护装置由纸板条带制成,该纸板条带具有相等的宽度,以适当的距离胶粘在一起,胶粘是以交错的方式进行的,这样横跨边缘保护装置的整个宽度在各层之间胶粘点不在同一条线上。以这种方式,生产出了一种具有弹性和波纹管结构的边缘保护装置。然后较宽的凸缘可以胶粘到边缘保护装置的两个边缘上,这样,由于边缘保护装置的弹性,凸缘将压靠在要保护的物品的平行表面上。
在条带中使用的接合区域优选地是胶粘点或提供了胶粘剂的较大的区域。该接合区域优选地设置在波纹管状边缘保护装置的这些表面上,该表面在完成的包装保护装置上面向凸缘,换句话说,在条带表面上面向包装保护装置内部。
在本发明一优选实施例中,形成边缘保护装置的条带在其内表面上并不完全相互胶粘,它们具有以适当距离间隔的接合区域,在不同条带中的接合区域优选地在边缘保护装置宽度方向沿同一条线设置,且在边缘保护装置的长度方向以适当的距离间隔。
在本发明一优选实施例中,边缘保护装置条带之间的折页上提供了切口,以增加边缘保护装置的弹性。该切口可沿与接合区域相同的线设置。在一优选实施例中,切口沿与接合区域相同的线设置,但仅在条带之间的内折页上,这样从完成的包装保护装置外部就看不到切口,而包装保护装置的手风琴状的背部看起来结实而完整。
如上所述的一包装保护装置可用在片状结构的直的边缘上。在本发明一优选实施例中,包装保护装置上设置了一横切,在完成的包装保护装置中该横切从凸缘方向延伸到边缘保护装置,将边缘保护装置的大部分切开。这样,只有在条带之间的外折页区域以及最外部条带与凸缘之间的区域,才形成窄颈部,该窄颈部构成沿横切的接合线,将这样形成在横切两侧的包装保护装置的两部分联接在一起,并允许这些部分彼此相对弯折成一角度。在另一可替换方案中,横切不是正好从凸缘的边缘开始,而是在横切的开始处留下一小的桥部,使包装保护装置保持直线和刚性,且只有当包装保护装置以一成角度的形状使用时,该桥部例如通过在反方向弯折而撕开或断开。这样,允许用作角部保护装置的带横切的同一包装保护装置还可以用作物品直线边缘上的直线保护装置。
在本发明一优选实施例中,横切沿联接条带的接合区域及条带之间内折页的对应切口的一条线设置,使接合区域和切口位于横切的一侧。在这种情况下,位于横切另一侧的条带由内和外折页联接,且没有接合区域将它们保持在一起。这样,当包装保护装置的两部分弯折成一角度时,横切两侧的条带部分将相互配合,且不会阻止该部分弯折成一角度。同时,在角度顶点的相互配合区域形成一个坚固的双重保护,有效地保护了物品角部末端。
与现有技术相比,本发明的包装保护装置具有显著的优点。尽管包装保护装置可以由易于回收和破坏的廉价的回收纸板制造,但在甚至两种意义上该包装保护装置具有一弹性结构。第一,由于凸缘的弹性以及它们相互倾斜,该包装保护装置绕要保护的物品保持在位置上,因此在包装过程中不需要紧固,从而可更快速和容易地进行包装。第二,包装保护装置的波纹管状边缘保护装置在宽度上是可变的,从而使同一个包装保护装置尺寸可用于大量具有不同厚度尺寸的物品。另外,不用在直边缘和角部设分开的保护装置,而是同一包装保护装置可以用于保护直边缘,也可以弯折成一角度而保护角部。

具体实施方式
图1所示设计用来保护一片状物品的角部的包装保护装置,是由图2所示纸板坯件制造的。该坯件基本为一矩形形状, 且在其边缘具有长度和宽度相等的直的平面凸缘。在凸缘之间是形成包装保护装置中边缘保护装置1的部分。它包括十三个相互以等距离设置的平行皱褶线,在凸缘2和3之间形成一包含十二个窄条带5的手风琴或波纹管型结构。
每个第二条带上设置了胶粘点4,这些胶粘点4位于不同条带的相同高度上且在条带纵向相互间隔一定距离。在胶粘点区域,各第二折页,即内折页6处设置了切口8,换句话说,内折页在这些区域被切开了。
另外,该坯件设置了一个横切9,该横切9在坯件中部沿横向几乎将其切成两半而到达条带5的纵向方向。该横切9从形成在凸缘2和3中的凹陷或斜面14开始,这样在坯件上初始地留下了小的桥部16。然后横切以一断续的方式继续,这样在条带5之间的各外折页7处以及在最外部条带与凸缘之间的折页10处留下一裂缝,上述裂缝形成一接合线11。
横切9如此设置,即在紧靠横切的一侧的条带5中有接合区域也有切口8,而紧靠横切9的另一侧没有接合区域也没有相应的切口。
另外,在横切9的一侧,凸缘2和3上设置了锁紧切口15,用于当包装保护装置被弯折到一角度时将凸缘互锁。
当图2所示坯件被旋转和压缩在一起时,即当接合区域4被压靠在相对的条带5或凸缘2上时,形成一直的弹性包装保护装置,其中凸缘2和3如图1所示向彼此倾斜。当如图1所示包装保护装置被弯折形成一角部保护装置时,包装保护装置首先略微在反方向绕接合线11弯折,从而使桥部16断开。此后,两部分12和13相互弯折成一角度。由此,绕横切9在不同部分12和13中的两条带5区域相互配合,形成一厚的和坚固的角部保护。同时,部分12中倾斜的凹陷14被压入部分13的凸缘中的锁紧切口15中,从而使两部分12和13不用胶粘而以直角互锁。但是,这里也可使用胶粘联接,既可以代替锁紧切口,也可以作为其补充。
前面参照附图通过举例对本发明进行了描述,但在由权利要求限定的发明构思的范围内本发明可以有不同的实施例。
Claims (10)
1.用于保护片状物品的边缘区域的包装保护装置,上述包装保护装置包括一边缘保护装置(1),及从边缘保护装置在相同方向并排延伸的凸缘(2,3),凸缘(2,3)和边缘保护装置(1)由一连续纸板通过折叠制成,其特征在于,边缘保护装置是一由窄的条带(5)形成的可折叠或波纹管型结构,该结构包括将边缘保护装置的相邻条带(5)联接在一起的接合区域(4),以将凸缘倾斜地压向彼此,接合区域(4)设置在面向凸缘的条带(5)表面上,条带(5)之间的折页(6,7)上设置了切口(8),用于在其宽度方向上增加边缘保护装置的弹性。
2.如权利要求1所述的包装保护装置,其特征在于,接合区域(4)包括胶粘点。
3.如权利要求1所述的包装保护装置,其特征在于,不同条带(5)中的接合区域(4)跨边缘保护装置的宽度沿同一条线设置,且在边缘保护装置的长度方向以一定距离相互间隔。
4.如权利要求1所述的包装保护装置,其特征在于,切口(8)沿与接合区域(4)相同的一条线设置。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的包装保护装置,其特征在于,切口(8)设置在条带(5)之间的内折页(6)上。
6.如权利要求1所述的包装保护装置,其特征在于,包装保护装置设置了一横切(9),该横切(9)切开凸缘(2,3)和边缘保护装置(1)的一实体部分,将包装保护装置分为两个部分(12,13),而条带(5)之间的外折页(7)和最外端条带与凸缘之间的折页(10)沿横切线形成一接合线(11),允许包装保护装置的两部分(12,13)相对于彼此弯折成一角度。
7.如权利要求6所述的包装保护装置,其特征在于,横切(9)沿接合区域及条带(5)之间内折页(6)中对应的切口(8)的一条线旁设置,使接合区域和切口位于横切的一侧,而横切另一侧的条带通过折页联接在一起,并独立于接合区域。
8.如权利要求6所述的包装保护装置,其特征在于,凸缘(2,3)在横切(9)的边缘处设置了倾斜的凹陷(14),以允许包装保护装置的两部分(12,13)相对于彼此弯折成一90°的角度。
9.如权利要求6所述的包装保护装置,其特征在于,凸缘(2,3)在靠近横切(9)处设置了一个锁紧切口(15),当包装保护装置的部分相对于彼此弯折成一角度时使凸缘互锁在一起。
10.如权利要求6所述的包装保护装置,其特征在于,凸缘(2,3)的边缘在横切(9)开始处包括一桥部(16),该桥部只有在包装保护装置弯折到一角度时才被撕开。
