Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to an oral and external composition for improving sensitive skin and application thereof.
Background
With the improvement of national quality of life, consumers increasingly attach importance to the life style of health preservation and pursue internal and external sensory experiences. Sensitive skin refers to a type of problematic skin that is easily subject to skin intolerance under external stimuli, is highly sensitive to physical (e.g., temperature, ultraviolet, humidity, wind speed, etc.) or chemical stimuli (e.g., corrosive chemicals, air pollutants, smoke, etc.), and is unstable and uncomfortable after receiving external sensitization signals, such as redness, peeling, dryness, tightness, itching, acne, even redness and swelling, pain, etc., which are essentially caused by the fact that the sebum membrane and the horny layer are damaged and the skin barrier cannot provide sufficient protection.
The existing research finds that the factors causing the skin sensitivity are not only external reasons, but also the physiological balance in the body is an important factor influencing the skin state; recent scientific studies have shown that the patch of gut microbiome causes a change in the immune response and leads to the development of atopic dermatitis, and it has been further explored that the stability of gut microbiome is closely related to the homeostasis and ectopic metabolism of the skin. Based on the above, the adjustment of the intestinal flora state provides a brand new idea for improving and treating sensitive skin; the technical blind area of the field of skin care products is the combination of the scheme of regulating the intestinal health of organisms and conditioning the skin by external application. Under such circumstances, exploring a method for improving sensitive muscles that organically combines internal modulation with external application becomes an urgent problem to be solved in the art.

The probiotics promote the nutrient absorption of human body and keep the intestinal tract healthy by adjusting the immune function of host mucous membrane and system or by adjusting the flora balance in the intestinal tract; based on the influence of intestinal health on the overall function of a human body, the probiotics also have the potential function of treating skin diseases. According to the invention, through experimental researches, the lactobacillus paracasei, the lactobacillus rhamnosus and the lactobacillus helveticus are adopted as the oral probiotic composition to act together, so that the physical barrier of an intestinal tract resisting pathogens can be increased, the growth of the intestinal tract pathogens can be inhibited, the immune response of an organism can be enhanced, the proinflammatory cytokine can be inhibited, and the skin homeostasis can be recovered; the specific oral probiotic composition and the external skin care composition are adopted to act, so that the skin sensitivity can be obviously reduced, and the barrier repair can be improved. Further researches show that the maltodextrin is added on the basis of the 3 probiotic compositions, can effectively load probiotics into human intestinal tracts, promotes the interaction of the probiotics with intestinal epithelium and immune cells to release immune media, regulates the balance of intestinal flora, further improves the recovery rate of skin barrier function, effectively resists skin sensitivity and inflammation and improves the skin resistance.
On the basis of regulating the intestinal microbial balance by adopting the oral probiotic composition, the invention further adopts the cooperation of the external skin care composition to improve the skin state from the external dimension and the internal dimension. In the prior art, food prebiotics cannot act on skin flora, most probiotic cosmetics are inactivated bacteria, the activity of protein is difficult to maintain in cosmetic varieties, and probiotic fermentation products can play a role in skin, have stable efficacy, are not influenced by factors such as ecological flora and the like, and are effective methods for introducing probiotics into cosmetic formulas. The invention adopts lactobacillus and bifidobacterium to inoculate in Japanese black soybean milk, and the metabolite is obtained by fermentation under bionic conditions, on one hand, the permeability of the skin is improved, the rapid and effective absorption of active factors by the skin is promoted, on the other hand, the natural extract is converted into a more stable and efficient compound, the potential damage of substances such as aflatoxin and the like to the skin is inhibited, microbial, chemical, physical and biological multiple barriers are provided for the skin, the quality and diversity of skin microorganisms are improved, the skin is maintained to be in a healthy weak acid pH, the skin inflammation and the stress reaction caused by external stimulation are improved, and simultaneously, the lactobacillus and bifidobacterium are compounded with substances such as specific ceramide, specific saccharide components, rhamnose soothing agent and the like to play a role in promoting the synthesis of skin recombination units such as collagen, hyaluronic acid and the like, repairing the loss of skin lipid, and activating the innate immune defense system of the skin, reducing irritation, erythema, desquamation, roughness and dryness of diseased skin, and improving skin hydration. The external skin care composition composed of the raw materials can play a synergistic interaction role with the oral probiotic composition, and has remarkable effects of improving sensitive skin and improving skin tolerance.
The second aspect of the invention provides application of an oral and external composition for improving sensitive skin, and the oral and external composition is applied to repair and treatment of problem skin.
In some preferred embodiments, the skin care composition for external use provided by the present invention can be added to various cosmetic formulations to exert skin care effects, such as night cream, essence, cream, mask, toner, cleanser, etc.

Performance test method
Skin roughness:
60 sensitive muscle volunteers (divided into 3 groups of 20 persons each) were selected, and the oral and external composition of examples 1-3 was used in 3 groups, specifically using the following method: taking 400mg of oral probiotic composition before breakfast and dinner with empty stomach every day, cleaning face every morning and night, and applying 2g of topical skin care composition on face; the oral and external composition was continuously used for 60 days, and the roughness of the facial skin was evaluated using an ANTERA 3D skin imaging tester from Miravex corporation; facial skin roughness K before and after use was recorded.
Skin moisture content:
60 sensitive muscle volunteers (divided into 3 groups of 20 persons each) were selected, and the oral and external composition of examples 1-3 was used in 3 groups, specifically using the following method: administering 400mg of oral probiotic composition before breakfast and supper on empty stomach every day, and applying 5g of topical skin care composition to the inner side of forearm after bathing every day; the oral and external composition was used continuously for 28 days, and the water content W of the forearm medial skin before and after 8 hours of use was measured using a moisturmetersc (MSC1001) stratum corneum hydration meter of DELFIN corporation.
Stability;
the external skin care composition prepared in the examples 1 to 3 is used as a sample to be tested, each group of the liquid to be tested is placed at 45 ℃, 25 ℃ and 5 ℃ for 3 hours in sequence, the circulation is performed for 3 times, and the state of the sample to be tested is observed after the liquid to be tested is taken out, so that the phenomena of layering, precipitation and discoloration do not occur in the samples to be tested in the examples 1 to 3.
