本发明公开了一种免洗手消毒液及其制备方法,涉及卫生清洁用品技术领域。本发明消毒液以重量份计包括如下组份:苦参提取物0.02‑3份、聚六亚甲基胍0‑5份、聚乙烯醇0‑7份、甘油0.1‑5份、冰片0.01‑0.8份、薄荷脑0.01‑0.8份纯化水加至100份;本发明免洗手消毒液制备方法包括称取聚乙烯醇加入纯化水中,加热60‑90℃搅拌溶解后加入苦参提取物、聚六亚甲基胍搅拌混合均匀至温度降到常温得溶液A,冰片、薄荷脑混合研磨溶解加入甘油搅拌均匀后加入溶液A中搅拌混合均匀即得。本发明的免洗手消毒液方便随时的进行手部消毒,能抑制杀灭皮肤表面上致病菌,无皮肤剌激和潜在健康风险。

背景技术
手是人体接触外界最频繁的部位,在日常工作生活中极易沾染上各种细菌等病原微生物。
免洗抗菌洗手液是一种新型的卫生清洁消毒产品,在使用后不需要用水冲洗,方便在日常生活、公共场所、医院、野外工作等缺水条件下对手部进行清洁和消毒使用。
现用于手部消毒的消毒剂不少,常见有:乙醇、异丙醇、苯扎溴铵、氯已定、邻苯基苯酚、等配成的手部消毒剂、使用中需要水洗,许多产品刺激性比较大,常会导致过敏等不良反应。在消毒杀菌的同时对皮肤有一定的伤害剌激。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种免洗手消毒液及其制备方法,本发明制备的免洗手消毒液可抑制杀灭皮肤表面上常见的致病菌,且无剌激性,长期使用不会引起的皮肤干燥皲裂过敏。
有鉴于此,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种免洗手消毒液,以重量份计包括如下组份:苦参提取物0.02-3份、聚六亚甲基胍0-5份、聚乙烯醇0-7份、甘油0.1-5份、冰片0.01-0.8份、薄荷脑0.01-0.8份、纯化水加至100份。
上述配方中苦参提取物以苦参总碱计。
本发明中活性物质:1. 苦参为豆科植物苦参( Sophora flavescens Ait . ) 的干燥根。苦参味苦、性寒。归心、肝、胃、大肠、膀胱经。 苦参在中药中按功效分类是属于清热药中的清热燥湿药。其味苦、性寒,具清热燥湿、杀虫、利尿等功效;用于热痢,便血,黄疸尿闭,赤自带下,阴肿阴痒,湿疹,湿疮,皮肤瘙痒,疥癣麻风;外治滴虫性阴道炎。现代药理学研究不仅对其部分传统功效提供了科学依据,同时拓宽了其药理作用范围,为更广泛的应用提供了基础。如下药理作用:
(1)抗过敏作用 苦参的抗过敏作用的活性成分主要是氧化苦参碱,其对大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应和反相皮肤过敏反应、Ar t hus反应及绵羊红细胞诱导的迟发型过敏反应,均有明显的抑制作用。苦参对小鼠血清I s E、抗体形成细胞及TH/Ts比值均无明显影响;
(2)抗炎作用 苦参碱可抑制炎症过程的各个阶段,对多种炎性介质均有不同程度的抑制作用。氧化苦参碱具有较强的免疫调节作用,可通过对宿主的抗体水平、免疫细胞的变化、细胞因子及其他炎性调节因子的影响发挥其抗炎作用;
(3)杀菌消毒 张顺合等研究发现苦参对细菌繁殖体、病毒、真菌(霉菌)具有消毒作用。苦参提取物的杀菌消毒作用对皮肤无刺激性,致敏性低,符合现代的消毒杀菌理念;
(4)抗寄生虫 现在研究表明苦参对多种寄生虫有抵抗作用。殷袜隆等[3]经过试验发现苦参碱能抑制棘球绦虫的正常代谢,从而起到抗棘球绦虫的作用。在我国古代就有苦参治疗痢疾的先例,苏利波等等发现苦参中的糖苷类物质能杀死阿米巴原虫。Youn等报道苦参的乙醇提取物对刚地弓形虫和犬新孢子虫有很好的抑制作用并通过实验证明了这一结论。还有很多实验证明了苦参对血虱、疥螨、痒螨有杀灭作用。由上可看出苦参有较强的抗寄生虫作用,且为广谱的抗寄生虫药物。
2.薄荷脑是唇形科植物薄荷Mentho haplocalyx Bing)全草,中提取的高挥发性精油,其成份多为半萜、单萜及倍半萜,有止痒、止痛、防腐、刺激、麻醉、清凉和抗炎作用。作用于皮肤或粘膜,有清凉止痒作用。
3.冰片是由菊科艾纳香茎叶或樟科植物龙脑樟枝叶经水蒸汽蒸馏并重结晶而得。冰片是中医药中一味常用佐药。 中医认为其有开窍醒神 、清热止痛 、生肌之效 。现代医学研究表明 冰片有抗炎镇痛、抗菌、抗病毒。
4.聚六亚甲基胍是一种阳离子聚合物,具抗菌作用,其抗菌作用主要是通过溶解脂质,改变细菌细胞膜的通透性,使菌体内的代谢发生障碍而抗菌。抗菌谱较广,对革兰氏阳性和阴性菌及霉菌有效力,具有无色、无嗅、对皮肤无刺激性、无毒性、无腐蚀性的特点。
本发明提供的免洗手消毒液的制备方法为,按配方比例称取聚乙烯醇加入纯化水中,加热60-90℃搅拌溶解后加入苦参提取物、聚六亚甲基胍搅拌混合均匀至温度降到常温得溶液A,冰片、薄荷脑混合研磨溶解加入甘油搅拌均匀后加入溶液A中搅拌混合均匀,罐装于瓶中,即得。
本发明制备的免洗手消毒液配方温和、不会对人体健康造成任何伤害,能够随时随地的用于手部清洁消毒,快速杀灭皮肤表面上常见的致病菌,使用和携带方便,灭杀细菌不伤手部肌肤。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说。
实施例1
称取聚乙烯醇10g加入纯化水976ml中,加热65℃搅拌溶解后加入苦参提取物1g、聚六亚甲基胍2g搅拌混合均匀至温度降到常温得溶液A,冰片0.5g、薄荷脑0.5g混合研磨溶解加入甘油10g搅拌均匀后加入溶液A中搅拌混合均匀,罐装于瓶中,即得。
实施例2
称取聚乙烯醇20g加入纯化水938ml中,加热80℃搅拌溶解后加入苦参提取物8g、聚六亚甲基胍12g搅拌混合均匀至温度降到常温得溶液A,冰片1g、薄荷脑1g混合研磨溶解加入甘油20g搅拌均匀后加入溶液A中搅拌混合均匀,罐装于瓶中,即得。

1.权利要求1:一种免洗手消毒液,其特征在于,以重量份计包括如下组份:苦参提取物0.02-3份、聚六亚甲基胍0-5份、聚乙烯醇0-7份、甘油0.1-5份、冰片0.01-0.8份、薄荷脑0.01-0.8份 纯化水加至100份;
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种免洗手消毒液,其特征在于,一种免洗手消毒液的制备方法,包括按配方比例称取聚乙烯醇加入纯化水中,加热60-90℃搅拌溶解后加入苦参提取物、聚六亚甲基胍搅拌混合均匀至温度降到常温得溶液A,冰片、薄荷脑混合研磨溶解加入甘油搅拌均匀后加入溶液A中搅拌混合均匀。
