Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of daily necessities, in particular to high-foam shower gel and a preparation method thereof. The shower gel consists of lemon grass essential oil, basil essential oil, sweet wormwood oil, an anionic surfactant, a zwitterionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, a preservative, a humectant, a metal chelating agent, an organic acid and water. According to the invention, by adding dodecyl dimethyl amine oxide and disodium cocoyl amphoteric diacetate, both of which are zwitterionic surfactants, and using the two surfactants in a compatible manner, the use of anionic surfactants can be reduced, so that the skin irritation is reduced; secondly, the compatibility of the two components can enhance the stability of the shower gel, and the skin cleaning effect is good; in addition, the compatibility of the two can increase the amount of foam generated during friction, the foaming performance is excellent, the foam is rich, and the use comfort is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of daily necessities, in particular to high-foam shower gel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
For shower gel, the irritation is mainly caused by the contained surfactant, the skin application test shows that the irritation of the active agent is generally cationic active agent > anionic active agent > zwitterionic active agent ≈ nonionic active agent, and the anion active agent is used in the largest amount in the shower gel. The irritation or sensitization of the surfactant to the skin or mucosa is mainly caused by the following three factors: (ii) dissolution: the surfactant has the function of dissolving out moisture-retaining components, intercellular lipid and free amino acids and fat in the horny layer of the skin, and the dissolving-out of the components can cause the surface layer of the skin to be damaged, the water-retaining capacity of the skin to be reduced, and finally, skin cells are formed into scurf to fall off, thereby causing the skin to be tight, irritated or dry. Penetration property: the surfactant has the ability to penetrate through the skin, and this ability has been confirmed to be one of the causes of various inflammations of the skin. The penetration of the surfactant changes the original structural state of the skin and the compatibility between adjacent molecules, thereby causing skin irritation and even causing anaphylactic reaction, and causing the skin to have erythema and edema. ③ reactivity: the surfactant has effects of adsorbing protein, denaturing protein, and changing skin pH condition.
Based on the above three factors, it is possible to reduce the irritation of the surfactant by adding some substance in combination with the anionic surfactant to increase the micelle of the surfactant and reduce the penetrability thereof. Such as johnson corporation, effectively reduce the irritation of cleansing products to the skin and eyes by adding hydrophobically modified acrylic polymers, hydrophobically modified cellulose, hydrophobically modified starch to personal cleansing type cleansing products. But this reduction in irritation is accompanied by an inevitable sacrifice in the foaming or foam stabilizing properties of the cleaning product portion. .
Based on the situation, the invention provides the high-foaming shower gel and the preparation method thereof, and the problems can be effectively solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide high-foaming shower gel and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides high-foam shower gel which is composed of lemon grass essential oil, basil essential oil, sweet wormwood oil, an anionic surfactant, a zwitterionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, a preservative, a humectant, a metal chelating agent, an organic acid and water.
Preferably, the shower gel consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of lemon grass essential oil, 10-20 parts of basil essential oil, 30-60 parts of sweet wormwood oil, 30-40 parts of anionic surfactant, 25-45 parts of zwitterionic surfactant, 10-20 parts of nonionic surfactant, 2-6 parts of preservative, 2-6 parts of humectant, 1-3 parts of metal chelating agent, 1-3 parts of organic acid and 120-160 parts of water.
Preferably, the anionic surfactant is an N-acyl amino acid salt; the N-acyl amino acid salt comprises at least one or more of cocoyl sarcosinate, cocoyl sarcosinate TEA, lauroyl sarcosinate and salts thereof, myristoyl sarcosinate, palmitoyl sarcosinate, oleoyl sarcosinate and lauroyl methyl aminopropionate.
