In one embodiment of the second aspect, the isomeric alcohol polyether is an isomeric dodecanol alkoxylate, preferably XL-80;
the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is AEO-7;
the softening agent is di-fatty alkyl ester hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate;
the pH regulator is citric acid;
the bactericide is a silver ion compound;
the anti-redeposition agent is an acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer;
the water is deionized water.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) in the formula, the isomeric alcohol polyether (XL-80) with narrow gel zone and good dispersion solubility is compounded with the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-7) and the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES), so that the dissolving capacity of the washing gel bead in water is effectively improved, the gel tendency of the washing gel bead is inhibited, and the requirement that the washing gel bead is dissolved when meeting water is met;
(2) the addition of the di-fatty alkyl ester hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate and the cocamidopropyl betaine in the formula effectively improves the anti-felting performance of the wool fabric;
(3) the laundry bead provided by the invention does not contain active enzyme and bleaching agent substances, has proper pH value, and does not cause the problem of hand feeling deterioration caused by damaging the fiber structure of wool fabric. Moreover, the washing gel bead is low in foam, easy to rinse, strong in detergency and degerming performance, and very suitable for cleaning wool fabrics. However, for some expensive woollen fabrics, it is recommended not to wash with water if particular attention is paid to the prohibition of washing with water.
Detailed Description
In a specific embodiment, the application provides a laundry bead for washing wool fabrics and a preparation method thereof, wherein the laundry bead comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-25% of propylene glycol, 5-15% of glycerol, 5-10% of deionized water, 15-25% of heterogeneous alcohol polyether (XL-80), 15-30% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-7), 8-16% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES), 2-15% of di-fatty alkyl ester group hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate, 2-15% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.2-0.5% of diethanolamine, 0.05-0.1% of citric acid, 0.1-0.5% of silver ion compound, 0.005-0.015% of complexing agent, 1-3% of acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer, 0.03-0.06% of preservative, 1-2.5% of essence and 0.001-0.003% of pigment.
The isomeric alcohol ether (XL-80) is isomeric decyl alcohol alkoxylate, a nonionic surfactant, low foam, easy rinsing, and excellent surface activity, wetting permeability and emulsifying power.
The fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-7) has an HLB value of about 12, is a nonionic surfactant, and has good wettability and excellent emulsifying power.
The sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate (AES) is an anionic surfactant, has excellent decontamination, wetting, emulsifying, dispersing and foaming performances, has good biodegradation performance (the degradation degree is 99 percent), and has low irritation to skin and eyes.
The di-fatty alkyl ester hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate is a novel cationic surfactant, is easy to biodegrade as a softening agent, and is green and environment-friendly.
The cocamidopropyl betaine is an amphoteric surfactant with small irritation and mild performance, can be used as a softening agent and an antistatic agent, can be used together with an anionic surfactant, a cationic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant, and has good compatibility.
The silver ion compound is a green sterilization product which is nontoxic, tasteless, non-irritant and pollution-free, and is harmless to human bodies.
The complexing agent is one or more of amino carboxylate and hydroxy carboxylate; the amino carboxylate is one or more of sodium aminotriacetate, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and diethylenetriamine pentacarboxylate; the hydroxy carboxylate is one or more of tartaric acid, sodium gluconate and sodium alginate.
The acrylic acid-propionate copolymer is an anti-redeposition agent and has excellent scale inhibition and dispersion effects.
The preservative is one or more of 1, 2-benzisothiazolin-3-one (BIT), 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-One (OIT), 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (MIT) and 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (CMIT).
The invention relates to a washing condensation bead for wool fabric washing and a preparation method thereof, which are prepared by the following steps:
(1) at room temperature, adding propylene glycol, glycerol, deionized water, diethanolamine and a complexing agent into a reaction kettle, and mixing and stirring uniformly;
(2) adding isomeric alcohol polyether (XL-80), fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-7), fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES), di-fatty alkyl ester hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine and acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer, heating to 40-50 ℃, and mixing and stirring uniformly;
(3) cooling to room temperature, adding silver ion compound, antiseptic, essence and pigment, mixing and stirring;
(4) adjusting the pH value to 7-8 by using citric acid, filtering and discharging after the physicochemical indexes are qualified to obtain a washing gel bead material liquid;
(5) adding the obtained washing gel material liquid into an automatic washing gel bead packaging machine, and encapsulating by using a water-soluble film to obtain the washing gel bead.
Examples
The following will describe in detail the embodiments of the present invention, which are implemented on the premise of the technical solution of the present invention, and the detailed embodiments and the specific operation procedures are given, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
In the following examples and comparative examples, XL-80 manufacturer was Shanghai Dongda chemical Co., Ltd; the AEO-7 manufacturer is Shanghai Dongda chemical Co., Ltd; SILVER ion compound manufacturer and SILVER-T450, Guangzhou Shengxin chemical technology Limited; complexing agent manufacturers and EDTA-2Na with the brand name of Jinan Zhupu chemical technology Co., Ltd; acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer manufacturers and T-225 of Jinan san and chemical Co., Ltd; the preservative manufacturer and the brand are Kathon of Shandong Xin chemical industry Co., Ltd; the essence manufacturer is Guangdong Fenghao essence Co., Ltd; the pigment manufacturer is Shenzhen chemical technology Limited.
Example 1
The washing condensation bead for washing wool fabrics comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
15% of propylene glycol, 7% of glycerol, 8.984% of deionized water, 20% of isomeric alcohol polyether (XL-80), 16% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-7), 12% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES), 8% of di-fatty alkyl ester group hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate, 8% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.2% of diethanolamine, 0.02% of citric acid, 0.25% of silver ion compound, 0.005% of complexing agent, 2.5% of acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer, 0.04% of preservative, 2% of essence and 0.001% of pigment. The sum of the total amount of all the components is 100 percent.
A washing condensation bead for wool fabric washing is prepared by the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the proportion, adding propylene glycol, glycerol, deionized water, diethanolamine and a complexing agent into a reaction kettle at room temperature, and mixing and stirring uniformly;
(2) adding isomeric alcohol polyether (XL-80), fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-7), fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES), di-fatty alkyl ester hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine and acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer, heating to 40-50 ℃, and mixing and stirring uniformly;
(3) cooling to room temperature, adding silver ion compound, antiseptic, essence and pigment, mixing and stirring;
(4) adjusting the pH value to 7-8 by using citric acid, filtering and discharging after the physicochemical indexes are qualified to obtain a washing gel bead material liquid;
(5) the obtained washing gel material liquid is added into an automatic washing gel bead packaging machine and is encapsulated by a water-soluble film, so that the washing gel beads according to the embodiment 1 are obtained.
Example 2
The washing condensation bead for wool fabric washing comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
17% of propylene glycol, 5% of glycerol, 8.019% of deionized water, 18% of isomeric alcohol polyether (XL-80), 20% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-7), 10% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES), 10% of di-fatty alkyl ester group hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate, 8% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.2% of diethanolamine, 0.02% of citric acid, 0.2% of silver ion compound, 0.01% of complexing agent, 1.5% of acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer, 0.05% of preservative, 2% of essence and 0.001% of pigment. The sum of the total amount of all the components is 100 percent.
A wool fabric washing laundry gel bead is prepared by the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials of the formula according to the proportion, adding propylene glycol, glycerol, deionized water, diethanolamine and a complexing agent into a reaction kettle at room temperature, and mixing and stirring uniformly;
(2) adding isomeric alcohol polyether (XL-80), fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-7), fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES), di-fatty alkyl ester hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine and acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer, heating to 40-50 ℃, and mixing and stirring uniformly;
(3) cooling to room temperature, adding silver ion compound, antiseptic, essence and pigment, mixing and stirring;
(4) adjusting the pH value to 7-8 by using citric acid, filtering and discharging after the physicochemical indexes are qualified to obtain a washing gel bead material liquid;
(5) the obtained washing gel material liquid is added into an automatic washing gel bead packaging machine, and a water-soluble film is adopted for encapsulation, so that the washing gel beads according to the embodiment 2 are obtained.
Example 3
The washing condensation bead for wool fabric washing comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
15% of propylene glycol, 7% of glycerol, 8.439% of deionized water, 15% of isomeric alcohol polyether (XL-80), 15% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-7), 10% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES), 15% of di-fatty alkyl ester group hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate, 10% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.2% of diethanolamine, 0.02% of citric acid, 0.3% of silver ion compound, 0.01% of complexing agent, 2% of acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer, 0.03% of preservative, 2% of essence and 0.001% of pigment. The sum of the total amount of all the components is 100 percent.
A wool fabric washing laundry gel bead is prepared by the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the proportion, adding propylene glycol, glycerol, deionized water, diethanolamine and a complexing agent into a reaction kettle at room temperature, and mixing and stirring uniformly;
(2) adding isomeric alcohol polyether (XL-80), fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-7), fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES), di-fatty alkyl ester hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine and acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer, heating to 40-50 ℃, and mixing and stirring uniformly;
(3) cooling to room temperature, adding silver ion compound, antiseptic, essence and pigment, mixing and stirring;
(4) adjusting the pH value to 7-8 by using citric acid, filtering and discharging after the physicochemical indexes are qualified to obtain a washing gel bead material liquid;
(5) the obtained washing gel material liquid is added into an automatic washing gel bead packaging machine and is encapsulated by a water-soluble film, so that the washing gel beads according to the embodiment 3 are obtained.
Comparative example 1
The washing condensation bead for wool fabric washing comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
20% of propylene glycol, 10% of glycerol, 9.984% of deionized water, 20% of isomeric alcohol polyether (XL-80), 16% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-7), 12% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES), 4% of di-fatty alkyl ester group hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate, 3% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.2% of diethanolamine, 0.02% of citric acid, 0.25% of silver ion compound, 0.005% of complexing agent, 2.5% of acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer, 0.04% of preservative, 2% of essence and 0.001% of pigment. The sum of the total amount of all the components is 100 percent.

(4) adjusting the pH value to 7-8 by using citric acid, filtering and discharging after the physicochemical indexes are qualified to obtain a washing gel bead material liquid;
(5) the obtained washing gel bead material liquid is added into an automatic washing gel bead packaging machine, and a water-soluble film is adopted for encapsulation, so that the washing gel bead according to the comparative example 1 is obtained.
Comparative example 2
The washing condensation bead for wool fabric washing comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
24% of propylene glycol, 14% of glycerol, 8.439% of deionized water, 15% of isomeric alcohol polyether (XL-80), 15% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-7), 10% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES), 5% of di-fatty alkyl ester group hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate, 4% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.2% of diethanolamine, 0.02% of citric acid, 0.3% of silver ion compound, 0.01% of complexing agent, 2% of acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer, 0.03% of preservative, 2% of essence and 0.001% of pigment. The sum of the total amount of all the components is 100 percent.
A wool fabric washing laundry gel bead is prepared by the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the proportion, adding propylene glycol, glycerol, deionized water, diethanolamine and a complexing agent into a reaction kettle at room temperature, and mixing and stirring uniformly;
(2) adding isomeric alcohol polyether (XL-80), fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-7), fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate (AES), di-fatty alkyl ester hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine and acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer, heating to 40-50 ℃, and mixing and stirring uniformly;
(3) cooling to room temperature, adding silver ion compound, antiseptic, essence and pigment, mixing and stirring;
(4) adjusting the pH value to 7-8 by using citric acid, filtering and discharging after the physicochemical indexes are qualified to obtain a washing gel bead material liquid;
(5) the obtained washing gel bead material liquid is added into an automatic washing gel bead packaging machine, and a water-soluble film is adopted for encapsulation, so that the washing gel bead according to the comparative example 2 is obtained.
Performance testing
Detergency tests for laundry beads are described below.
1. Experimental samples: example 1, example 2, example 3 laundry beads prepared in comparative example 1 and comparative example 2.
2. The test method comprises the following steps:
the detergency test was carried out in accordance with the national standard GB/T13174-2008 "determination of detergency and circulating detergency for detergents for clothing".

As can be seen from the table, the laundry beads of the present invention have good detergency.
The laundry beading wool anti-felting test is described below.

As can be seen from the table, the softener and the antistatic agent in the laundry bead formulation of the present invention have a significant effect on the wool anti-felting property, and it can be seen from the two comparison results of example 1 and comparative example 1, and example 3 and comparative example 3 that the felting rate is reduced and the anti-felting property becomes better as the amounts of the softener and the antistatic agent are increased.

Claims (7)

1. The washing gel bead for washing wool fabrics is characterized in that the feed liquid of the washing gel bead for washing wool fabrics consists of the following components in percentage by weight:
15-25% of propylene glycol;
5-15% of glycerol;
15-25% of isomeric alcohol polyether;
15-30% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether;
8-16% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate;
2-15% of di-fatty alkyl ester hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate;
2-15% of cocamidopropyl betaine;
0.2-0.5% of diethanolamine;
0.05-0.1% of pH regulator;
0.1-0.5% of a bactericide;
0.005-0.015% of complexing agent;
1% -3% of anti-redeposition agent;
0.03-0.06% of preservative;
1-2.5% of essence;
0.001-0.003% of pigment;
and, the balance water;
the isomeric alcohol polyether is isomeric decyl alcohol alkoxylate;
the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is AEO-7.
2. A wool washing laundry bead as claimed in claim 1 wherein said isomeric alcohol polyether is an isomeric tridecyl alcohol alkoxylate of type XL-80;
the pH regulator is citric acid;
the bactericide is a silver ion compound;
the anti-redeposition agent is an acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer;
the water is deionized water.
3. A wool washing bead as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2 wherein the complexing agent is one or more of an aminocarboxylate and a hydroxycarboxylic acid.
4. A wool fabric washing laundry bead as claimed in claim 3 wherein the aminocarboxylate is one or more of sodium aminotriacetate, disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate and diethylenetriaminepentacarboxylate;
the hydroxy carboxylate is one or more of tartaric acid, sodium gluconate and sodium alginate.
5. A wool washing bead according to claim 1 or claim 2 wherein the preservative is one or more of 1, 2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one.
6. A process for preparing a wool washing bead according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) at room temperature, adding propylene glycol, glycerol, deionized water, diethanolamine and a complexing agent into a reaction kettle, and mixing and stirring uniformly;
(2) adding isomeric alcohol polyether, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, di-fatty alkyl ester group hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine and an anti-redeposition agent, heating to 40-50 ℃, and mixing and stirring uniformly;
(3) cooling to room temperature, adding bactericide, antiseptic, essence and pigment, mixing and stirring;
(4) adjusting the pH value of the reaction system to 7-8 by using a pH regulator, filtering and discharging after the physicochemical indexes are qualified to obtain a washing gel bead material liquid;
(5) and adding the obtained washing gel bead material liquid into a washing gel bead automatic packaging machine, and encapsulating by adopting a water-soluble film to obtain the washing gel bead for washing wool fabrics.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein said isomeric alcohol polyether is isomeric tridecyl alcohol alkoxylate having the formula XL-80;
the pH regulator is citric acid;
the bactericide is a silver ion compound;
the anti-redeposition agent is an acrylic acid-acrylate copolymer;
the water is deionized water.
