Description
Technical Field
The application relates to but is not limited to the field of detergents, in particular to but not limited to a transparent laundry detergent composition with washing and softening effects and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Currently, for detergents, in addition to detersive efficacy, consumers also focus on care efficacy. Conventional laundry detergents generally do not have softening efficacy and therefore, after laundering, softening care is often required. Commonly used softeners are primarily made of alkyl chains (primarily C16-C18) and silicone groups to provide softening efficacy. The quaternary ammonium salt softener has small polarity of linear chain fatty alkane, can change configuration rapidly under the action of external force, can be adsorbed on fabric to reduce the dynamic and static friction coefficient of the surface, can reduce the fabric abrasion caused by friction in the washing process, and can endow the fabric with soft and smooth hand feeling. Because the biodegradability of the alkyl quaternary ammonium salt is poor, green, environment-friendly and biodegradable ester quaternary ammonium salt is gradually paid attention. Therefore, the laundry detergent with the washing and protecting integrated effect can be obtained by adding the esterquat into the formulation of the laundry detergent.
Methods for adding esterquat to laundry detergent formulations to achieve a combined wash and care benefit have been disclosed. The laundry detergent containing esterquat prepared by the inventor of the application by using the disclosed formula and method is an emulsion-like product, and usually needs to be added with a sunscreen agent in the formula. And the transparent laundry detergent is beautiful and elegant, and is more acceptable to consumers. However, no report is found on how to prepare the transparent laundry detergent by utilizing the esterquat, and the factors for determining whether the laundry detergent is emulsion-like or transparent are not clear to the skilled person at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The following is a summary of the subject matter described in detail herein. This summary is not intended to limit the scope of the claims.
The inventor of the application unexpectedly finds that the transparent laundry detergent is difficult to prepare by adopting the ester quaternary ammonium salt mainly comprising the saturated fatty chain, the stability of the obtained laundry detergent is poor, and the layering phenomenon can occur after high and low temperature tests. Only by adopting ester-based quaternary ammonium salt containing a certain proportion of unsaturated fatty chain can the transparent laundry detergent be prepared. Based on this, the inventors of the present application have proposed a concept that "the composition of the alkyl chain of the esterquat has a large influence on the properties of the laundry detergent". In addition, the inventor of the application also finds that the weight ratio of the nonionic surfactant to the esterquat in the formula of the laundry detergent and the composition of the nonionic surfactant also have influence on the property and stability of the product.
Based on the above theoretical research, the inventors of the present application propose a preparation scheme for preparing a stable and transparent laundry detergent composition with a washing and protecting integrated effect by using esterquat.
Specifically, the application provides a transparent laundry detergent composition with washing and softening effects, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
