Description

Wool product detergent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical articles, and particularly relates to a wool article detergent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Wool products are common in daily life of people, such as woolen sweaters, cashmere overcoats, wool cushions and the like, are softer, skin-friendly and warm-keeping compared with other products, and play an important role in daily life of people. Because wool is inherently brittle, it is desirable to focus on the oxidative and antimicrobial properties of wool products in everyday use.
At present, the laundry detergent on the market has weak dirt-removing power and mild performance, is easy to damage clothes, cannot play a role in protecting clothes and skin, and particularly has the problems that wool materials of wool products are easy to damage and become hard when the wool products are washed, fading, shrinking and the like of the wool products are accelerated.
In the existing detergent, the washed wool product is hard in texture, dull in color and luster, generates static electricity and has no sterilization and disinfection functions. Moreover, because the main component of the wool product is protein fiber, the phenomenon of oxidation and yellowing is easily caused during daily sun irradiation.
Chinese patent application CN102660392A discloses a wool detergent, which is prepared from five components of natural or pure natural nonionic surfactant, dispersant, stabilizer, preservative and deionized water, wherein the mass ratio of the components is 5-30% of nonionic surfactant, 1-10% of dispersant, 1-10% of stabilizer, 0.1-2.0% of preservative and the balance of deionized water. The detergent is adopted to wash wool, and the surfactant is a natural source or a pure natural substance, so that the detergent is easy to degrade.
Chinese patent application CN106085616A discloses a shrink-resistant woolen sweater washing liquid containing hazelnut oil, which is characterized in that the washing liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: hazelnut oil: 8-15 parts; monoglyceride: 3-7 parts; sodium tripolyphosphate: 12-20 parts; octacosanol: 2-5 parts; nonionic surfactant: 10-18 parts; plant essential oil: 0.1-3.5 parts; thickening agent: 0.5-5 parts; preservative: 0.1-1 part; ethylene glycol: 5-11 parts; water: 55-80 parts.
Chinese patent CN1025631C discloses a heavy duty liquid laundry detergent composition comprising synthetic anionic and ethoxylated nonionic surfactants, detergency builders, specific proteases, an enzyme stabilizing system and water. The composition has a pH of between about 7.0 and 9.0 in a 10% by weight aqueous solution at 20 ℃, a critical micelle concentration of less than or equal to about 200ppm, and an air/water interfacial tension of less than or equal to about 32 dynes/cm in distilled water at 35 ℃ above the critical micelle concentration. The compositions are clean, homogeneous, stable and provide good cleaning performance, especially on enzyme sensitive stains.
Chinese patent application CN1823156A discloses a liquid laundry detergent composition for treating non-keratinous substrates comprising (a) at least one surfactant selected from anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, zwitterionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, and combinations thereof; (B) a silicone blend comprising a non-functionalized silicone and a functionalized silicone; and (C) at least one additional non-silicone detergent additive selected from the group consisting of detergent builders, detersive enzymes, dye transfer inhibitors and combinations thereof.
At present, the wool product detergent with oxidation resistance and antibacterial performance is less in products.

Washing method-reference GB/T13174-2008
The wool product pollution method refers to a preparation method of protein polluted cloth in GB/T13174-2008.
Cutting the contaminated wool product into pieces of 8cm by 8cm, washing for 30min with RHLQ vertical decontamination tester at 30 deg.C, and stirring at 100 rpm. The amount of detergent used in each of the examples and comparative examples was 0.5% of the amount of water.
After washing, the water content was drained off, and after drying naturally, the subsequent tests were carried out.
Test example 1 characterization of antioxidant Performance Using DPPH free radical removal
Weighing the washed wool product, placing the wool product in an outdoor natural environment, and testing the DPPH free radical removal rate on the first day, the third day and the seventh day respectively.
Adding 500 mg of antioxidant cotton fabric into 8mL of ethanol solution with volume percentage concentration of 50% and 2mL of ethanol solution of LDPPH (0.lmmol/L) in a dark place, and adding 37oC, shaking in a constant temperature water bath for 30min, taking out and measuring the absorbance value A of the solution at 517nm1. Taking 8mL ethanol solution with volume percentage concentration of 50%, adding 2mL of LDPPH ethanol solution (0.lmmol/L), and adding 37oC, shaking in a constant temperature water bath for 30min, taking out and measuring the absorbance value A of the solution at 517nm2. DPPH radical clearance (%) = (a)2-A1)/A2x100%。
The test results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2DPPH radical removal test results (Unit/%)
Figure 494839DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
It can be seen that the wool product has certain oxidation resistance after the detergent disclosed by the invention is used, and the oxidation resistance has better retention capability.
Test example 2 detergency
The standard washing powder in GB/T13174-2008 is taken as a reference, and the evaluation standard is as follows:
difference in whiteness Δ W = W2-W1
W1: whiteness before washing
W2: whiteness after washing
Stain removal ratio P =. DELTA.wi/. DELTA.Wj
Δ Wi: difference in whiteness of washing detergent composition
Δ Wj: difference in whiteness of washing with reference to washing powder
A P value of less than 1 indicates that the detergent composition has a lower detergency than the control and a P value of greater than 1 indicates that the detergent composition has a higher detergency than the control. The larger the P value, the stronger the detergency of the detergent composition. When the P value is >1.10, the detergent composition has good detergency performance on washing.
The test results are given in table 3 below.
TABLE 3 detergency test results
Figure 43632DEST_PATH_IMAGE003
It can be seen that the detergent of the present invention has a good detergency.
Test example 3 bacteriostasis
1) The wool articles were washed using sterile water, washed according to the washing methods provided herein, dried in a sterile operating station, and then placed in a sterile petri dish.
2) Under aseptic operation, the concentration of staphylococcus aureus liquid is 1x1050.2mL CFU/mL is evenly dripped on the wool product for inoculation.
3) And (4) eluting by using a sterile bacterial eluent, and continuously culturing the eluted wool product.
4) The relative humidity should be controlled above 85% for 1 to 3 days of co-cultivation at 36 ℃. After the incubation time was reached, the bacteria on each test sample were eluted from the sample.
5) The eluate was subjected to bacterial count measurement.
6) Calculating the bacterial inhibition rate: and (5) calculating the bacteriostasis rate, and reserving two decimal points for the result. And taking the calculated value of the bacteriostasis rate as the long-acting antibacterial test result. When the calculated value of the bacteriostasis rate is negative, the calculated value is expressed as 0.00 percent, and when the calculated value of the bacteriostasis rate is more than 99.99 percent
When it is expressed, "> 99.99%". When the bacteriostasis rate is more than or equal to 90.00 percent in 3 times of tests, the test sample has long-acting antibacterial effect.
Bacteriostasis rate = (Ct-Tt)/Ct x 100%
Ct: the number of bacteria measured after inoculation and incubation of the control for a period of time;
tt: number of bacteria measured after the test sample was inoculated and incubated for a period of time.
The test results are given in table 4 below.
TABLE 4 results of bacteriostatic ability test (bacteriostatic rate/%)
Figure 334936DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
It can be seen that the wool product has certain antibacterial ability after the detergent of the invention is used, and the antibacterial ability can be better maintained.
