Background
Static electricity is a charge in a static state. Any two different objects are separated by contact with each other, or contact and rub against each other, and charge transfer and redistribution between the objects occurs, and static electricity is formed when the charges accumulate on or on the objects. In daily life, static electricity is possibly generated at any time and place, and particularly in dry seasons of autumn and winter, the static electricity generated on human bodies and clothes can bring great inconvenience and discomfort to our life. Static electricity generated when fabrics rub with each other can adsorb dust powder and the like in the surrounding environment, so that the attractiveness of clothes is influenced; meanwhile, the long-term static environment can also cause symptoms such as dry skin, pruritus and the like, and seriously harm the human health.
With the continuous development of technology, various new materials appear. The use of synthetic fibers and artificial fibers is more and more frequent, and the popularization of high-grade fabrics such as wool and silk, which are the improvement of living conditions of people, makes the electrostatic phenomenon more and more prominent. Meanwhile, the wearing comfort of clothes is gradually increased, so that the clothes are treated by using a clothes care agent (such as a softener) or a detergent with an antistatic effect to reduce the generation of static electricity on the fabric.
The traditional clothes care agent in the market is added in the post-rinsing process of the clothes washing procedure, so as to achieve the effect of softening the fabric. Preferably, the antistatic fabric care spray also comprises 0.01-1.0% of essence.

The preparation method of the antistatic fabric care spray comprises the following steps of: firstly, fully stirring a cationic surfactant, a fabric softener, an antistatic agent, a nonionic surfactant and polyhydric alcohol to obtain a first mixed solution; then sequentially adding the smell removing agent, the color fixative and the essence in the formula proportion into the first mixed solution, and fully dispersing and stirring to obtain a second mixed solution; then, adding deionized water according to the formula proportion into the second mixed solution, and fully stirring; finally, sieving and filling into a spray bottle.
The antistatic fabric care spray has the beneficial effects that:
1. by adopting the novel cationic alkyl glycoside, the raw material has the advantages of green, low toxicity, small irritation to skin, rapid biodegradation, environmental friendliness and the like of the alkyl glycoside, and has various characteristics of quaternary ammonium salt. A preparation method of antistatic care spray for fabrics comprises the following steps: firstly, fully stirring a cationic surfactant, a fabric softener, an antistatic agent, a nonionic surfactant and polyhydric alcohol to obtain a first mixed solution. According to the fabric antistatic care spray disclosed by the technical scheme of the invention, the cationic surfactant alkyl glycoside (CAPG) is compounded with quaternary ammonium salt cations to obtain the fabric antistatic care agent with a water-soluble formula, the fabric antistatic care agent is low in viscosity and stable, can be directly sprayed on clothes without dilution, can effectively improve the generation of fabric surface static electricity, and has the functions of reducing fabric wrinkles, removing peculiar smell, protecting clothes and color, keeping fragrance for a long time and the like.
The antistatic fabric care spray adopts cationic alkyl glycoside, which is a quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant prepared by taking nonionic alkyl glycoside as a basic raw material and carrying out quaternization on active groups of the cationic alkyl glycoside or taking glucose as a raw material for direct quaternization. The raw material has the advantages of green and low toxicity of alkyl glycoside, small irritation to skin, quick biodegradation, environmental friendliness and the like, and has various characteristics of quaternary ammonium salt. Meanwhile, the composition can be compounded and mixed with quaternary ammonium salt cations, and has excellent synergistic performance.
Compared with the traditional fabric care product for clothes, the antistatic care spray for the fabric has the advantages that the antistatic care spray for the fabric is greatly different from the traditional fabric care product for the clothes in actual use, the operation is simple and convenient, the pre-dilution is not needed, the antistatic care spray can be directly and uniformly sprayed on the clothes in a spray mode, the care agent is a water-soluble formula, the viscosity is low and stable, the antistatic care spray can be used in different seasons, the foam amount is small, the preparation process is simple, and an emulsifier is not needed. The method can quickly eliminate the electric charges accumulated on the surface of the clothes, so that the fabric keeps good antistatic performance, has no water mark residue and color change phenomena, and does not affect the fibers and the color of the clothes.
The antistatic care spray for the fabric, provided by the technical scheme of the invention, is mild in formula raw materials, safe, free of stimulation and harmless to human bodies and the environment. Meanwhile, the fabric contains components such as a softener, a deodorant, a color fixative and the like, so that the clothes feel soft after being used, the wrinkles of the fabric are reduced, the peculiar smell is removed, and the long-acting fragrance retention, the clothes protection and the color protection can be realized.

Claims (5)
1. An antistatic fabric care spray is characterized by mainly comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5 to 3.0 percent of cationic surfactant, 0.5 to 5.0 percent of fabric softener, 1.0 to 5.0 percent of antistatic agent, 0.1 to 2.0 percent of nonionic surfactant, 0.1 to 2.0 percent of deodorant, 1.0 to 10.0 percent of polyol, 0.05 to 1.0 percent of color fixative and 65 to 98 percent of deionized water;
the cationic surfactant is cationic alkyl glycoside;
the fabric softener is one or a mixture of more of quaternary ammonium compounds, siloxane derivatives, triethanolamine ester quaternary ammonium salts, imidazoline quaternary ammonium salts, polyquaternium-10, polyquaternium-18 and polyquaternium-22;
the antistatic agent is one or a mixture of more of octadecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl quaternary ammonium nitrate, nonionic Gemini surfactant, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate and polyethyleneimine ethoxy compound;
the nonionic surfactant is one or a mixture of more of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (7), fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (9), secondary alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and alkyl glycoside;
the deodorant is one or a mixture of tea polyphenol and zinc ricinoleate;
the polyalcohol is one or a mixture of more of absolute ethyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol and sorbitol;
the color fixative is one or a mixture of two of vinyl pyrrolidone/vinyl imidazole copolymer and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
2. The fabric antistatic spray of claim 1, further comprising 0.01% -1.0% of a perfume.

The antistatic fabric care spray as claimed in claim 2, is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5 to 3.0 percent of cationic surfactant, 0.5 to 5.0 percent of fabric softener, 1.0 to 5.0 percent of antistatic agent, 0.1 to 2.0 percent of nonionic surfactant, 0.1 to 2.0 percent of deodorant, 1.0 to 10.0 percent of polyol, 0.05 to 1.0 percent of color fixative, 0.01 to 1.0 percent of essence and 65 to 98 percent of deionized water.

The antistatic fabric care spray as claimed in claim 3, is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.7 to 2.0 percent of cationic surfactant, 1.0 to 3.0 percent of fabric softener, 1.5 to 4.0 percent of antistatic agent, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of nonionic surfactant, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of deodorant, 3.0 to 6.0 percent of polyol, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of color fixative, 0.01 to 0.5 percent of essence and 75 to 95 percent of deionized water.

A method for preparing an antistatic care spray for fabrics, which is characterized in that the antistatic care spray for fabrics as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 is prepared according to the following steps: firstly, fully stirring a cationic surfactant, a fabric softener, an antistatic agent, a nonionic surfactant and polyhydric alcohol to obtain a first mixed solution; then sequentially adding the smell removing agent, the color fixative and the essence in the formula proportion into the first mixed solution, and fully dispersing and stirring to obtain a second mixed solution; then, adding deionized water according to the formula proportion into the second mixed solution, and fully stirring; finally, sieving and filling into a spray bottle.
