Description

Extraction method of aesculus hippocastanum seed extract and hair washing composition thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of natural product extraction, in particular to a plant extraction method, and also relates to a shampoo composition containing components extracted by the method.
Background
Among the undesirable symptoms of skin and scalp perceived by consumers, skin aging, wrinkles, and itchiness and dandruff of the skin are the most important factors, and there are many factors that cause such a feeling, among which external factors are important factors, external adverse environments stimulate inflammation of the skin surface of a human body, and malassezia on the scalp aggravates dandruff of hair. Meanwhile, with the gradual development of the current science and technology, the artificial inflammation is the main cause of the sub-health problems of the skin or the scalp. Although the problems above individuals may also have internal physical causes, these external adverse environments are also not negligible.
The European aesculus hippocastanum seeds are known to have good free radical removal and inflammation removal capabilities, but most of researches are stopped in the aspect of purified aesculus hippocastanum saponin, while common European aesculus hippocastanum seed extracting solution does not have the aesculus hippocastanum saponin with high concentration, and meanwhile, as the traditional aesculus hippocastanum seed extracting solution mostly adopts direct extraction or purification technology, the mode can cause waste of plant raw materials, and simultaneously, because a large amount of molecular substances exist in the substances extracted from the plants, the substances are difficult to be absorbed by the skin in a short time, and the absorption rate of active substances is low. In addition, in order to ensure that the extracting solution has a certain shelf life, a preservative needs to be added, so that the irritation of the extract is increased, and the application range is low.
Based on the above, if some substances existing in the seeds of aesculus hippocastanum are directly extracted and purified and the extract is directly applied to a personal care product, the active ingredients of the extract are low in absorption rate on the skin and cause a great deal of waste due to the high molecular weight of the active ingredients, and meanwhile, the directly extracted plant extract has a great amount of residual dregs, which also contain a plurality of available ingredients and cause waste of raw materials.
In addition, even though a single extract has been shown to have beneficial effects on the human body, it still does not represent the same effect as the actual addition of the extract to the formulation, and therefore, such an active would have a corresponding requirement for a "matrix" or "carrier" and the need for a corresponding effective delivery of the active ingredients of the extract to the carrier would be sufficient to increase the availability of the active.
Therefore, another effective component capable of fully utilizing the seeds of the European horse chestnut is developed, so that the plant raw materials play a greater role, and the market prospect is good.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, the present invention is directed to overcome the technical defects of the prior art that the extraction of the active ingredients of aesculus hippocastanum seeds is insufficient and the utilization efficiency of the active ingredients by human bodies is not high, to provide a method for extracting the active ingredients of aesculus hippocastanum seeds, and to provide a shampoo composition containing the extract of aesculus hippocastanum seeds. The extraction method disclosed by the invention can improve the content of the aescin, simultaneously can recover protein components in plants, improves the anti-inflammatory effect and the free radical removing effect of products, and has high raw material utilization rate and good repeatability. Meanwhile, the prepared extract has an antiseptic effect, and no preservative is required to be added, so that the safety, efficacy and stability of the product are ensured.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a composition capable of improving the carrying efficiency of effective ingredients, so that the efficacy of the extract in the optimized formula can be improved, and the synergistic purpose of matrix-efficacy extract can be achieved.
The scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a method for extracting a horse chestnut seed extract sequentially comprises the following steps:

s2, respectively activating lactic acid bacteria accounting for 0.5-2wt% of the S1 material and yeast accounting for 0.5-2wt% of the S1 material to respectively obtain a lactic acid bacteria secondary seed liquid and a yeast secondary seed liquid;
s3, inoculating the lactobacillus secondary seed liquid and the microzyme secondary seed liquid obtained in the step S2 into the aesculus hippocastanum seed primary pulp obtained in the step 1, and performing coarse fermentation, wherein 0.5-2wt% of urea is supplemented in the process to obtain aesculus hippocastanum seed fermentation products; the time of the crude fermentation is 6-10 days, the temperature of the crude fermentation is 25-28 ℃, and the pressure of the crude fermentation is 0.08-0.1 Mpa;
s4, stirring, centrifuging and filtering the aesculus hippocastanum seed fermentation product obtained in the step S3, and removing filter residues to obtain a aesculus hippocastanum seed fermentation product filtrate;
s5, processing the filter residue obtained in the step S4 as follows:
a. drying the filter residue at 90-100 ℃ to obtain filter residue cake, shearing at high speed and crushing into powder, and placing in a container;
b. adding 30-45 parts by mass of hot pure water at 85-90 ℃ into 10-20 parts by mass of powder, soaking for 30-60 minutes, filtering to another container, keeping filtrate, and removing filter residues;
c. 0.1-5 parts by mass of flocculating agent Al is added2 (SO4) 3 Precipitating, removing impurities, cooling, and keeping the upper filtrate;
d. c, adding 30-60 parts by mass of 70-95% ethanol solution into the upper filtrate obtained in the step c, soaking and stirring for 2-4 hours, precipitating and filtering;
e. d, circularly decoloring the filtrate flow obtained in the step d in a decoloring device for 18-22 minutes;
f. distilling and concentrating the decolorized solution for 2-8 h, condensing the steam by a condensing device, and recovering an ethanol solution;
g. vacuum drying the crude aesculus hippocastanum seed fermentation product after distillation and concentration to obtain a solid finished product; the yield of the European horse chestnut seed solid finished product prepared by the process is 10-15%, and the purity is 92-96%. And the European horse chestnut seeds can form foams through experiments and have certain efficacy of relieving inflammation.
S6, mixing the fermentation liquid of the aesculus hippocastanum seeds obtained in the S4 and the solid finished products of the aesculus hippocastanum seeds obtained in the S5 according to the ratio of 2: 1-1: 2, adding the polyalcohol to dissolve the aesculus hippocastanum seed extract into a thick slurry solution, wherein the polyalcohol accounts for 10wt% of the thick slurry solution. This solution has been demonstrated to be preserved for long periods of time without the addition of preservatives.
