The rice washing water is water left after washing rice, and mainly contains nutritional ingredients of rice bran and aleurone layer, including protein, dietary fiber, starch, oryzanol, vitamins, minerals and other bioactive ingredients. The rice bran protein has anticancer activity and health promotion function, and the rice bran peptide is rice bran proteinThe low molecular weight polypeptide obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis has the characteristics of low allergy and easy dissolution. There are researchers subjecting rice bran to CO2The extract shows good hair growth effect by supercritical extraction, and the hair follicles are increased remarkably. The rice washing water is put into a basin or a barrel and the like for natural fermentation every day by the people of the Dai nationality in Yunnan, and the traditional fermented rice washing water is used for washing hair and has the effects of removing dandruff, moistening hair, brightening hair, promoting hair to turn black and thick and the like.
Therefore, there have been increasing studies on the use of fermented rice washing water as a cleansing product, and as disclosed in, for example, chinese patent application 201610882067.1, a functional cosmetic composition for anti-oxidation, anti-wrinkle and moisturizing improvement containing a fermented rice washing water culture as an active ingredient and a method for preparing the same, wherein the cosmetic composition has an excellent effect of providing a functional cosmetic composition containing a fermented rice washing water culture as an active ingredient by comparing and confirming the anti-oxidation, anti-wrinkle and moisturizing improvement effects before and after fermentation of the rice washing water as a cosmetic raw material, but the anti-scalp aging performance of the fermented rice washing water is not studied.
For another example, Chinese patent application 201810502292.7 discloses a rice washing shampoo product, which adopts a pure natural formula and a modern biological fermentation synthesis technology to innovatively improve the rice washing shampoo formula, on the basis of obviously increasing active substances through biological fermentation of rice washing water, the biosurfactant compound liquid is added, and linoleic acid, bamboo leaf flavonoid, chitosan and the like are further introduced for compounding, the components have synergistic interaction, the scalp and hair can be gently cleaned, unexpected technical effects are generated in the field of hair loss prevention and/or hair growth and the aspects of relieving itching and removing dandruff, in addition, the high-efficiency absorption of active ingredients can be promoted, therefore, hair nourishing, hair care, hair fixing and hair growth are realized, and the application is suitable for long-term use, but the application uses the traditional saccharomycetes for fermentation in the fermentation process, and the anti-aging performance of the scalp is not researched.

Effect test
1. Hair density detection
200 consumers with alopecia symptoms were randomly searched in a shampoo shop of a certain market, and then a group of 10 consumers, each of which washed the hair for 2 to 3 days once using the shampoo products prepared in the application examples 1 to 14 of the present invention and the comparative examples 1 to 6 for a test period of 3 months, observed whether the alopecia was improved, and measured for hair density by a hair photography (photo trichgram).
The measurement method is carried out in a predetermined area (1 cm)2) And the average value was calculated using the number of hairs in the area as evaluation data, and the specific data is shown in table 1 below.
TABLE 1 Hair Density test results
Figure BDA0002829597600000141
As can be seen from the test data in table 1 above, the shampoo products prepared in application examples 1-5 have certain effects of anti-alopecia and promoting hair growth, and the shampoo products prepared in application example 3 using lactobacillus acidophilus as a microorganism for fermentation to obtain a rice-washing water fermentation product for preparing the shampoo product, and controlling the surfactant to be a mixture of sodium N-acyl glutamate and amidopropyl amine oxide in a mass ratio of 2:1, and the plant extract to be a mixture of catechu extract and kelp extract in a mass ratio of 1:1, and controlling the mass ratio of the rice-washing water fermentation product to the plant extract to be 1:6 are the best.
To further prove that the shampoo products prepared according to the present invention can prevent scalp aging, prevent hair loss and promote hair growth, the above experiments were performed on the shampoo products prepared in application examples 6 to 12, and the results are shown in table 2 below.
Figure BDA0002829597600000151
According to the detection results in the table 2, the types of the microbial compositions are changed, namely when the types of the microorganisms are increased to two, the obtained shampoo has good effects of resisting alopecia and promoting hair growth compared with the shampoo prepared by microbial fermentation; application examples 10 to 12 shampoo prepared by fermenting three kinds of microorganisms has better anti-hair loss and hair growth promoting effects, and changing the mass ratio of the microorganisms also significantly affects the performance of the shampoo, and according to the above table, it can be seen that the effect is best when the microbial composition is a fermentation liquid obtained when bifidobacterium longum, lactobacillus acidophilus and pediococcus pentosaceus are mixed in a mass ratio of 5:3:1, a mixture of sodium N-acyl glutamate and amidopropyl amine oxide is added in a mass ratio of 2:1, a mixture of catechu extract and kelp extract is mixed in a mass ratio of 1:1, and a mass ratio of rice-washing water fermented product to plant extract is controlled to be 1: 6.
To further demonstrate the above effects, the shampoo products prepared in comparative examples 1 to 6 were subjected to the above experiments, and the results are shown in Table 3 below.
TABLE 3 Hair Density test results
Figure BDA0002829597600000152
Figure BDA0002829597600000161
According to the detection data in the above table 3, it can be seen that when the mass ratio of the modified microorganism is not within the protection range of the present invention, the efficacy of the prepared shampoo product for resisting alopecia and promoting hair growth is significantly reduced, which is equivalent to the effect of the application example 3; the change of the mass ratio of the components in the surfactant can obviously influence the anti-alopecia and hair growth promoting effects of the shampoo product, and because the type of the surfactant can obviously influence the absorption of the hair on the shampoo product, the anti-alopecia and hair growth promoting effects can be obviously influenced; the change of the mass ratio of the rice washing water fermentation product to the plant extract can affect the overall quality of the product to a certain extent, thereby affecting the efficacy of resisting alopecia and promoting hair growth.
