(1) preparation of ergothioneine mixture: adding the ergothioneine extracting solution, sodium citrate, pearl hydrolysate and glycerol into a stirrer, heating to 60-70 ℃, uniformly heating and mixing to obtain an ergothioneine mixture, and keeping the temperature of the ergothioneine mixture for 5-6 min;
(2) putting water and a thickening agent into another stirrer, stirring and dissolving uniformly, heating to 80 ℃, continuously stirring for 30-50 minutes, then cooling to below 45 ℃ while stirring, adding a polyhydric alcohol humectant, stirring for 10-20 minutes until uniformly mixing, and continuously cooling to obtain an additive solution;
(3) ultrasonic mixing: mixing the ergothioneine mixture with the additive solution, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 10-20 min by using an ultrasonic mixer;
(4) sampling inspection: and filtering the qualified product, discharging, sterilizing and bottling to obtain the whitening and antioxidant toning lotion.

Claims (10)

1. The whitening and antioxidant toning lotion rich in ergothioneine is characterized by consisting of the following components in parts by weight: 80-140 parts of ergothioneine extract, 20-30 parts of sodium citrate, 20-30 parts of pearl hydrolysate, 8-10 parts of glycerol, 8-10 parts of thickening agent, 4-6 parts of polyol humectant and 10-30 parts of water.
2. The whitening, antioxidant and ergothioneine-rich lotion according to claim 1, wherein the ergothioneine extract is an ergothioneine extract of fresh Pleurotus eryngii.
3. The whitening and antioxidant ergothioneine-rich lotion according to claim 2, wherein the ergothioneine extracting solution is an ergothioneine extracting solution of fresh pleurotus eryngii, and the specific extraction method comprises the following steps: firstly, cleaning and chopping fresh pleurotus eryngii, then, fermenting the chopped pleurotus eryngii in a fermentation tank after passing through a colloid mill to obtain fermentation liquor, and finally, sequentially filtering, centrifuging and distilling the fermentation liquor at low pressure to obtain an ergothioneine extracting solution.
4. The whitening, antioxidant and ergothioneine-rich astringent according to claim 3, wherein the "fermentation in a fermentation tank" is specifically fermentation in a fermentation tank at 70 ℃ for 2 hours, and the temperature of the low-pressure distillation is 65-75 ℃.
5. The whitening, antioxidant and ergothioneine-rich lotion according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the pearl hydrolysate is prepared from pearl powder and water.

The whitening and antioxidant toning lotion rich in ergothioneine according to claim 6, wherein the pearl hydrolysate is prepared by cleaning pearls, drying and grinding to obtain pearl powder, mixing the pearl powder with water, stirring, and filtering to remove impurities to obtain the pearl hydrolysate.
8. The whitening and antioxidant ergothioneine-rich lotion according to claim 7, wherein the particle size of the pearls is 2-4mm, the water temperature of the pearl powder and water during mixing and stirring is 50 ℃, and the stirring time is 2 hours.

The whitening, antioxidant and ergothioneine-rich lotion according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 or 8, wherein the thickener is a combination of any two or more of hydroxyethyl cellulose, methylhydroxyethyl cellulose, ethylhydroxyethyl cellulose and methylhydroxypropyl cellulose, and the combination ratio is equal; the polyalcohol humectant is a combination of more than two of betaine, 1, 3-propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, polyethylene glycol-8, polyethylene glycol-32 and sorbitol, and the combination proportion is equal proportion; the water is mineral water.
10. A method for preparing the whitening, antioxidant and ergothioneine-rich astringent as claimed in claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
a1. preparation of ergothioneine mixture: mixing the ergothioneine extracting solution, sodium citrate, pearl hydrolysate and glycerol, heating and stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain an ergothioneine mixture, and then keeping the temperature of the ergothioneine mixture;
a2. preparing an additive solution: mixing and stirring water and a thickening agent until the water and the thickening agent are dissolved uniformly, then heating and continuously stirring, stopping heating, cooling to below 45 ℃ while stirring, adding a polyhydric alcohol humectant, stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed, and continuously cooling to obtain an additive solution;
a3. ultrasonic mixing: mixing the ergothioneine mixture with the additive solution, and treating the mixed ergothioneine mixture and the additive solution by adopting ultrasonic waves;
a4. sampling inspection: and filtering the qualified product, discharging, sterilizing and bottling to obtain the whitening and antioxidant toning lotion.
