s8, after the crop straws in the substrate fermentation tank 1 are piled up and decayed for a period of time, the substrates containing the crop straws and the poultry manure are prepared by taking the standard that the crop straws are hand-held and then are broken into pieces and finishing the decay of the crop straws, thereby realizing the whole process of the harmless treatment of the poultry manure.
According to the device, wet excrement discharged from a poultry breeding house 7 and cleaning water for cleaning a colony house are subjected to precipitation separation through a sedimentation tank 4; the clear liquid after precipitation is subjected to microbial liquid fermentation through a liquid fermentation tank 5, so that the urine-containing excrement aqueous solution is fully treated; the fermentation liquid in the liquid fermentation tank 5 can be fermented together with dry excrement in the methane tank 2, or can be used as a microorganism culture raw material together with biogas residues of methane fermentation, and the microorganism seeds are subjected to enlarged culture in the microorganism seed tank 3; the crop straws, the biogas slurry and the biogas residues are decomposed by a substrate fermentation tank 1 to prepare a substrate containing the crop straws and the poultry manure, and the substrate can be used as a substrate for cultivating crops and fruit trees and growing seedlings.
The innocent treatment device system for the poultry manure has the advantages of ingenious design and compact structure; the harmless treatment method of the poultry manure is simple in process, can carry out harmless treatment on the poultry manure, is high in treatment efficiency, thorough in treatment, efficient and reliable, and can fully utilize the poultry manure.

Claims (9)

1. A poultry excrement innocent treatment device system is characterized by comprising a substrate fermentation tank (1), a methane tank (2), a microorganism seed tank (3), a sedimentation tank (4), a liquid fermentation tank (5), a poultry breeding house (7) and a feed liquid transmission pipeline assembly (8), wherein the feed liquid transmission pipeline assembly (8) comprises a straw feeding pipe (81), a dry excrement feeding pipe (82), a clear liquid discharging pipe (84), a sedimentation discharging pipe (85), a methane liquid discharging pipe (86), a methane residue discharging pipe (87), a fermentation liquid discharging pipe (88) and a microorganism strain discharging pipe (89);
one end of the straw feeding pipe (81) feeds materials, and the other end of the straw feeding pipe is arranged on the substrate fermentation tank (1); dry excrement in the poultry breeding house (7) enters the methane tank (2) through a dry excrement feeding pipe (82), and wet excrement and cleaning water enter the sedimentation tank (4); clear liquid in the sedimentation tank (4) enters a liquid fermentation tank (5) through a clear liquid discharging pipe (84) for fermentation, and sediment enters the methane tank (2) through a sedimentation discharging pipe (85); fermentation liquor in the liquid fermentation tank (5) enters the microbial seeding tank (3) through a fermentation liquor discharge pipe (88) for expanded culture, and then enters the substrate fermentation tank (1) through a microbial strain discharge pipe (89) and a straw feed pipe (81); the biogas slurry in the biogas digester (2) enters the substrate fermentation tank (1) through a biogas slurry discharge pipe (86).

The poultry manure innocent treatment apparatus system according to claim 1, further comprising a hydrothermal apparatus (6), wherein the hydrothermal apparatus (6) comprises: the substrate fermentation tank comprises a water storage tank (61), a substrate fermentation tank water inlet pipe (62), a substrate fermentation tank water outlet pipe (63) and a storage tank water outlet pipe (64), wherein a cooling coil (11) is arranged in the substrate fermentation tank (1), the substrate fermentation tank water inlet pipe (62) and the substrate fermentation tank water outlet pipe (63) are respectively connected to the water inlet end and the water outlet end of the cooling coil (11), and the other end of the substrate fermentation tank water outlet pipe (63) is connected into the water storage tank (61); one end of the water outlet pipe (64) of the storage tank is connected to the bottom in the water storage tank (61), and the other end of the water outlet pipe is connected to the top in the substrate fermentation tank (1).

The poultry manure innocent treatment device system according to claim 2, wherein the hydrothermal device (6) further comprises a storage tank water outlet branch pipe (65), one end of the storage tank water outlet branch pipe (65) is connected to the storage tank water outlet pipe (64), the other end of the storage tank water outlet branch pipe is connected to the poultry farming house (7), and the poultry farming house (7) is sprayed and washed by a spray header (74) installed in the poultry farming house (7).

The innocent treatment device system for poultry excrement according to claim 3, wherein one end of the biogas slurry outlet pipe (86) is connected to the supernatant in the biogas digester (2), and the other end is connected to the water outlet pipe (64) of the storage tank; the biogas slurry discharging pipe (86) is connected with a biogas slurry discharging branch pipe (861).

The poultry manure innocent treatment device system according to claim 1, wherein a poultry breeding house (7) is internally provided with a breeding partition plate (72), the breeding partition plate (72) is provided with a plurality of uniformly distributed leakage holes, the poultry breeding house (7) below the breeding partition plate (72) is provided with a manure scraping plate (73) on the ground, one end of the poultry breeding house (7) on the ground is provided with a manure water liquid channel (71), and wet manure and cleaning water in the poultry breeding house (7) enter the sedimentation tank (4) through the manure water liquid channel (71) for sedimentation.

The innocent treatment device system for poultry excrement according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of substrate fermentation tanks (1) are provided, a plurality of straw feeding branch pipes (83) are provided on each substrate fermentation tank (1), and the other ends of the straw feeding branch pipes (83) are communicated with the straw feeding pipe (81).

s1, poultry are raised in a poultry raising house (7), wherein dry excrement is directly discharged into the biogas digester (2) through a dry excrement feeding pipe (82), and wet excrement and cleaning water for cleaning the house enter a sedimentation tank (4) for sedimentation and separation;
s2, after precipitation and separation of wet excrement and cleaning water in the sedimentation tank (4), enabling supernatant to enter a liquid fermentation tank (5) through a clear liquid discharge pipe (84) for microbial fermentation; the excrement sediment in the sedimentation tank (4) enters the methane tank (2) through a sedimentation discharge pipe (85) and is fermented together with the dry excrement;
s3, drying and crushing crop straws, and adding the crop straws into the substrate fermentation tank (1) through a straw feeding pipe (81); warm water stored in the water storage tank (61) is added into the substrate fermentation tank (1) through a water outlet pipe (64) of the storage tank and is uniformly mixed with the crop straws to be soaked for a period of time;
s4, after soaking, after the crop straws in the substrate fermentation tank (1) fully absorb moisture, the fermentation biogas slurry in the biogas digester (2) enters the substrate fermentation tank (1) through a biogas slurry discharge pipe (86) and a storage tank water outlet pipe (64) to be uniformly stirred together with the soaked crop straws, and is accumulated for a period of time to realize primary maturity;
s5, adding fermentation biogas residues in the biogas digester (2) and fermentation liquid in the liquid fermentation tank (5) into the microbial seeding tank (3), supplementing microbial culture components, sterilizing, inoculating microbial strains, and performing expanded culture to obtain production strains for mature fermentation;
s6, adding fermentation biogas residues in the biogas digester (2) and the decomposed fermentation production strains prepared in the S5 step into the substrate fermentation tank (1) after the primary decomposition in the S4 step, supplementing a proper amount of fermentation biogas slurry in the biogas digester (2) and warm water stored in the water storage tank (61), uniformly stirring, and sealing and composting;
s7, stirring the crop straws in the substrate fermentation tank (1) in a timely manner during the composting process, and supplementing warm water; once the temperature of crop straws in the substrate fermentation tank (1) exceeds 80 ℃, controlling the water inlet pipe (62) of the substrate fermentation tank to feed water, utilizing a cooling coil (11) arranged in the substrate fermentation tank (1) to cool, and allowing warm water at the water outlet end of the cooling coil (11) to flow into a water storage tank (61) through a water outlet pipe (63) of the substrate fermentation tank for storage and standby;
s8, after the crop straws in the substrate fermentation tank (1) are piled up and decayed for a period of time, the substrates containing the crop straws and the poultry manure are prepared by taking the standard that the straws are held by hands and are broken into pieces, and the decomposition of the crop straws is finished, so that the whole process of harmless treatment of the poultry manure is realized.
