Abstract
本发明涉及中空纤维膜技术领域,尤其涉及多巴胺改性稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜的制备方法,包括原料备份,取稀土30‑50份,聚氨酯树脂10‑20份、石墨粉3‑5份、硼粉1‑3份、多巴胺改性溶液70‑80份和纤维膜,原料加工,将稀土进行打磨成粉,然后S1中的聚氨酯树脂、石墨粉和硼粉混合在一起形成混合液,然后将稀土注入混合液中,进行混合成屏蔽复合溶液,纤维膜加工,将复合溶液涂覆在纤维膜的两侧,然后进行烘干。本发明通过聚氨酯树脂、石墨粉、硼粉和稀土混合形成屏蔽复合溶液涂覆在纤维膜的两侧进行烘干得到稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜,然后通过多巴胺改性溶液将稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜进行改性,则得到多巴胺改性稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜,让其具有良好的稳定性和延展性。

技术领域
本发明涉及中空纤维膜技术领域,尤其涉及多巴胺改性稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜的制备方法。
背景技术
中空纤维膜是指外形像纤维状,具有自支撑作用的膜。中空纤维膜是以聚砜、二甲基乙酰胺为原料加工成中空内腔的纤维丝,再除以高渗透性聚合物,具有选择性渗透特性。
目前中空纤维膜的稳定性和延展性较差,需要让其具有良好的稳定性和一定的延展性。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了多巴胺改性稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜的制备方法。
本发明提出的多巴胺改性稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:原料备份,取稀土30-50份,聚氨酯树脂10-20份、石墨粉 3-5份、硼粉1-3份、多巴胺改性溶液70-80份和纤维膜;
S2:原料加工,将稀土进行打磨成粉,然后S1中的聚氨酯树脂、石墨粉和硼粉混合在一起形成混合液,然后将稀土注入混合液中,进行混合成屏蔽复合溶液;
S3:纤维膜加工,将复合溶液涂覆在纤维膜的两侧,然后进行烘干,烘干完毕得到稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜;
S4:多次加工,将S3中的稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜放入多巴胺改性溶液进行浸泡,浸泡完毕后,再用离子水冲洗,将不稳定分子冲走,如此重复三至五次,将其进行风干,即可得到多巴胺改性稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜。
优选的,所述S2中通过中药粉碎机对其进行粉碎10-15min,然后最终混合液的容量为500-800ml。
优选的,所述S3中复合溶液涂层厚度为20-30㎜,且烘干时间为30-60min。
优选的,所述S4中份多巴胺改性溶液由70-80份多巴胺溶液与容量为300ml,ph为8.8的缓冲液进行混合,且多巴胺改性溶液的浓度为2000mg/L。
优选的,所述风干时长为15-30min,且多巴胺改性稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜厚度为40-50mm。
本发明的有益效果:
通过聚氨酯树脂、石墨粉、硼粉和稀土混合形成屏蔽复合溶液涂覆在纤维膜的两侧进行烘干得到稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜,然后通过多巴胺改性溶液将稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜进行改性,则得到多巴胺改性稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜,让其具有良好的稳定性和延展性。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
多巴胺改性稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:原料备份,取稀土30-50份,聚氨酯树脂10-20份、石墨粉 3-5份、硼粉1-3份、多巴胺改性溶液70-80份和纤维膜;
S2:原料加工,将稀土进行打磨成粉,然后S1中的聚氨酯树脂、石墨粉和硼粉混合在一起形成混合液,然后将稀土注入混合液中,进行混合成屏蔽复合溶液;
S3:纤维膜加工,将复合溶液涂覆在纤维膜的两侧,然后进行烘干,烘干完毕得到稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜;
S4:多次加工,将S3中的稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜放入多巴胺改性溶液进行浸泡,浸泡完毕后,再用离子水冲洗,将不稳定分子冲走,如此重复三至五次,将其进行风干,即可得到多巴胺改性稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜;

1.多巴胺改性稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:原料备份,取稀土30-50份,聚氨酯树脂10-20份、石墨粉3-5份、硼粉1-3份、多巴胺改性溶液70-80份和纤维膜;
S2:原料加工,将稀土进行打磨成粉,然后S1中的聚氨酯树脂、石墨粉和硼粉混合在一起形成混合液,然后将稀土注入混合液中,进行混合成屏蔽复合溶液;
S3:纤维膜加工,将复合溶液涂覆在纤维膜的两侧,然后进行烘干,烘干完毕得到稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜;
S4:多次加工,将S3中的稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜放入多巴胺改性溶液进行浸泡,浸泡完毕后,再用离子水冲洗,将不稳定分子冲走,如此重复三至五次,将其进行风干,即可得到多巴胺改性稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多巴胺改性稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S2中通过中药粉碎机对其进行粉碎10-15min,然后最终混合液的容量为500-800ml。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多巴胺改性稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3中复合溶液涂层厚度为20-30㎜,且烘干时间为30-60min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多巴胺改性稀土屏蔽熔纺纤维膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S4中份多巴胺改性溶液由70-80份多巴胺溶液与容量为300ml,ph为8.8的缓冲液进行混合,且多巴胺改性溶液的浓度为2000mg/L。
