一种显示面板及其制作方法、电子设备，显示面板包括：基底(10)和设置在基底(10)上的阵列结构层和发光结构层(20)，基底(10)包括：晶体管(11)，阵列结构层包括：第一导电柱(13)、连接电极(14)和第二导电柱(16)，发光结构层(20)包括：第一电极(21)、有机发光层(22)和第二电极(23)，第一电极(21)位于有机发光层(22)靠近基底(10)的一侧，第二电极(23)位于有机发光层(22)远离基底(10)的一侧；第一电极(21)包括：第一子电极(211)、第二子电极(212)和第三子电极(213)，第二子电极(212)位于第一子电极(211)远离基底(10)的一侧，第三子电极(213)位于第一子电极(211)靠近基底(10)的一侧；第一子电极(211)的反射率大于阈值反射率，且大于第二子电极(212)的反射率，第二子电极(212)的反射率小于第三子电极(213)的反射率；第一电极(21)通过第二导电柱(16)与连接电极(14)连接，连接电极(14)通过第一导电柱(13)与晶体管(11)的漏电极连接。
