Different from the prior art that a two-dimensional code is generated by a smart phone under the networking condition, and a public transport means can be taken by scanning the two-dimensional code, in the embodiment of the invention, user identity information and riding amount setting information are obtained; generating an offline two-dimensional code riding application according to the user identity information and riding limit setting information, and sending the offline two-dimensional code riding application to a vehicle company background system; receiving an offline two-dimensional code generated by a vehicle company background system according to the riding limit setting information, and providing the offline two-dimensional code for a user to store; determining a user payment account according to the user identity information; after a user gets off a bus by scanning a two-dimensional code offline, order information generated according to bus taking information of the user and sent by a background system of a vehicle company is received, corresponding bus taking amount is determined according to the order information, and fee deduction processing is carried out on a payment account of the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, an offline two-dimensional code riding application sent by a user through a mobile phone payment application is received, and the offline two-dimensional code riding application carries user identity information and riding limit setting information; generating an offline two-dimensional code for a user according to the offline two-dimensional code riding application, and sending the offline two-dimensional code to the mobile phone payment application for the user to store; when a user uses the off-line two-dimensional code to sweep a bus, checking the off-line two-dimensional code according to the user identity information and the bus limit setting information; allowing the user to take the bus after the verification is passed, and recording the bus taking information of the user; the order information is generated according to the riding information of the user, the order information is sent to the mobile phone payment application for the mobile phone payment application to carry out riding fee deduction processing, the user can be supported to ride through the offline two-dimensional code through interaction between the background system of the vehicle company and the mobile phone payment application, and the practical problem is solved for the user.

determining a user payment account according to the user identity information;
when a user uses the off-line two-dimensional code scanning to take a bus, order information which is sent by a background system of a vehicle company and generated according to the bus taking information of the user is received, the corresponding bus taking amount is determined according to the order information, and the payment account of the user is deducted.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the ride credit setting information includes one or more of:
the off-line two-dimensional code service life, the off-line two-dimensional code fee deduction limit and the off-line two-dimensional code use times.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a bus limit setting information modification request submitted by a user;
and according to the riding limit setting information modification request submitted by the user, modifying the riding limit setting information of the user, and sending the modified riding limit setting information to a vehicle company background system.

carrying out fee deduction and subscription operation on the offline two-dimensional code of the user according to the user request;
