2. The method of claim 1, wherein after said determining whether said parking time has reached a preset parking time, said method further comprises:
and if the total parking time reaches the preset parking time, completing automatic renewal of the month card account through the third party deduction service account according to the automatic renewal time.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after the automatic renewal of the monthly card account through the third party deduction service account according to the automatic renewal time, the method further comprises:
and generating renewal information and respectively transmitting the renewal information to the mobile terminal of the vehicle owner and the parking management system.
4. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the obtaining registration information of the vehicle owner and the third party discount service account comprises:
checking the identity of the vehicle owner;
and acquiring the registration information of the vehicle owner and the third party deduction service account according to the verification result.
5. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein prior to said obtaining registration information for the vehicle owner and the third party tie-down service account, the method further comprises:

and the cancelling unit is used for cancelling the automatic renewal of the month card account if the judging unit determines that the total parking time does not reach the preset parking time.

and the renewal unit is used for completing automatic renewal of the month card account through the third party deduction service account according to the automatic renewal time if the judging unit determines that the total parking time reaches the preset parking time.

a generation unit for generating renewal information;
and the sending unit is used for respectively sending the renewal information to the mobile terminal of the car owner and the parking management system.

the verification module is used for verifying the identity of the vehicle owner;
