Description

Processing method and processing system for power swapping cost of cloud and power swapping station
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of charging of new energy vehicles, and particularly relates to a processing method and a processing system for battery replacement cost of a cloud and a battery replacement station.
Background
With the rapid development of new energy automobiles, China enters a post-industry subsidy era of new energy automobiles, and the battery replacement mode greatly reduces the time cost for charging vehicles by users. In addition, because the batteries are in a rental form, consumers do not need to bear the cost of the batteries, and the vehicle purchasing cost is reduced. However, in the current market, there is no fee deduction scheme for replacing the battery of the battery replacement vehicle in the battery replacement mode in the battery replacement station, and a mature battery power monitoring technology is also lacked. Therefore, when a user enters the battery replacement station to replace the battery, the consumed electric quantity of the replaced battery cannot be known at the first time, and the current battery replacement cost cannot be accurately deducted from the user account according to the actual electric quantity. In addition, because the types of the batteries are not uniform, the batteries need to be matched when being replaced, so that the process of calculating the battery replacement cost is complex and difficult to operate.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defect that a reasonable fee deduction scheme aiming at battery replacement of a battery replacement vehicle in a battery replacement mode in a battery replacement station is lacked when a user enters the battery replacement station to replace the battery in the prior art, and provides a reasonable processing method and a processing system aiming at the cloud end of the battery replacement vehicle in the battery replacement mode in the battery replacement station and the battery replacement cost of the battery replacement station.
The invention solves the technical problems through the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a cloud electricity replacement cost processing method, which comprises the following steps:
receiving account information of a user acquired by a power swapping station;
carrying out pre-authorization fee deduction on an account corresponding to the account information;
after receiving an actual charging amount sent by the power change station, performing authorized fee deduction on the account according to the actual charging amount;
the actual charging amount is the actual charging amount measured after the battery replaced by the vehicle of the user is charged by the battery replacement station.
In this scheme, the account information may be identification information used for uniquely determining the identity of the user, such as a member ID (identification) of the user, which is acquired by an operator in the power conversion station through code scanning.
The scheme provides a reasonable battery replacement cost processing method for replacing the battery in the battery replacement station of the battery replacement vehicle in the battery replacement mode. Specifically, the cloud end carries out pre-authorized fee deduction according to account information of a user provided by the battery replacement station, then the battery replacement station charges the replaced old battery, the actual charging amount is calculated in the charging process and sent to the cloud end, the cloud end calculates the actual battery replacement fee according to the actual charging amount and then carries out authorized fee deduction, wherein the pre-authorized fee deduction can be freezing or actual fee deduction, and the corresponding authorized fee deduction is unfreezing or more, less or more refunding and the like according to the actual fee deduction. The scheme provides an automatic fee deduction scheme for replacing batteries of a battery replacement vehicle in a battery replacement mode in a battery replacement station.
According to the scheme, the processing of the battery replacement cost is realized through interaction between the cloud and the battery replacement station, the condition that a user pays the battery at the first time after the battery can be replaced quickly is met, the battery replacement time of the user cannot be influenced due to the fact that the electric quantity of the old battery needs to be calculated, and meanwhile the final settlement of the battery replacement cost can be accurately realized.
Preferably, the pre-authorization deduction of the account corresponding to the account information includes the following steps:
acquiring balance of a corresponding account and pre-authorization cost of a vehicle type corresponding to a vehicle of the user according to the account information of the user;
and deducting the pre-authorization fee from the account.
According to the scheme, the maximum value of the single charge amount of the brand vehicle model and/or the maximum driving mileage of single battery replacement can be obtained according to the vehicle model, so that the pre-authorized cost which needs to be deducted can be determined, and the cost processing of the current battery replacement can be completed by directly returning redundant cost during subsequent authorized fee deduction.
Preferably, the processing method further comprises the following steps:
after the pre-authorization deduction is completed, sending a notification of successful pre-authorization to the power conversion station and the client of the user;
and after the authorization deduction is finished, sending a notice of fee deduction completion to the power conversion station and the client of the user.
In the scheme, the notification of successful pre-authorization is a notification sent by the cloud after pre-authorization deduction is performed on the account corresponding to the account information of the user. The notification of successful pre-authorization is used for the cloud to notify the battery swapping station and the corresponding user, the cloud carries out pre-authorization fee deduction on the current battery swapping, the battery swapping station end can swap the vehicle of the user after successful pre-authorization, and the user can leave the battery swapping station after the battery swapping is finished. The cloud end subsequently sends a fee deduction completion notification to the battery replacement station and the corresponding user, the fee deduction completion notification is used for notifying the battery replacement station end and the user of the current battery replacement fee deduction so as to carry out fee deduction according to the actual cost, and the fee deduction is successfully completed.
Preferably, the sending a notification of successful pre-authorization to the power swapping station and the client of the user after the pre-authorization deduction is completed includes the following steps:
deducting the pre-authorized cost from the account to generate a consumption order, wherein the consumption order comprises an order identification code, cost information and a charging state;
setting the charging status of the consumption order to wait for charging and setting the fee information to deduct the pre-authorized fee;
and sending the consumption order and a notification of successful pre-authorization to the power conversion station and the client of the user.
In the scheme, the order identification code is used for uniquely identifying the order of the current battery replacement and is used in pre-authorization fee deduction and authorization fee deduction. The cost information is used for representing the specific cost when pre-authorization fee deduction is carried out on the current battery replacement. The charging state comprises two states, namely waiting for charging and charging completion, the cloud informs the battery replacement station through the charging state that the battery replacement is carried out to a waiting stage for charging the replaced battery, the battery replacement station can set the charging state to be charging completion and send the charging state to the cloud after the replaced battery is charged, and the cloud checks the value of the charging state and starts authorization and deduction when the charging is completed.
Preferably, after receiving the actual charging amount sent by the power swapping station, the method performs authorized deduction on the account according to the actual charging amount, and includes the following steps:
after receiving an actual charging amount sent by the power swapping station, calculating an actual charging price of the user according to the actual charging amount;
refunding the account according to the actual charging price and the pre-authorization cost;
the step of sending a notification of fee deduction completion to the power conversion station and the client of the user after the authorization fee deduction completion comprises the following steps:
and after the charge refund is finished, setting the charging state of the consumption order as the charge completion and the charge information as the charge refund, and sending the consumption order and the charge refund notice to the power conversion station and the client of the user.
In the scheme, the pre-authorization cost which is to be deducted is determined according to the vehicle type during pre-authorization fee deduction, the pre-authorization cost is larger than the actually generated cost, the actually generated cost is calculated according to the actually charged amount after charging is completed, the balance is refunded in the authorization fee deduction link, and the battery swapping station end and the client end of a user are notified by updating the corresponding state of the consumption order, so that the current battery swapping cost processing is completed.
Preferably, the step of obtaining the balance of the corresponding account and the pre-authorization cost of the vehicle type corresponding to the vehicle of the user according to the account information of the user further includes: inquiring whether a corresponding account has a reputable volume meeting the use condition according to the account information of the user, if not, deducting the pre-authorization cost from the account, and if so, deducting the difference value between the pre-authorization cost and the reputable coupon after the reputable coupon is used by the account;
the setting of the fee information to deduct the pre-authorization fee is: setting the cost information as a difference between the deducted coupon and the pre-authorized cost and the coupon if the coupon is used; setting the fee information as the pre-authorized fee is deducted if the coupon is not used.
In the scheme, whether a deduction roll exists in a corresponding account is correlated according to account information of a user, whether the use condition of the deduction roll is met is judged, and if yes, the balance of the account is used for deducting the deduction amount and then deducting the fee; and if the balance does not meet the requirement, directly using the account balance to deduct the fee, and informing the battery replacement station end and the client of the user of the fee deduction details through updating the state of the fee information in the consumption order.
Preferably, the following steps are further included between the step of receiving the account information of the user acquired by the power swapping station and the step of pre-authorizing the deduction of the account corresponding to the account information:
judging whether an account corresponding to the account information is in a frozen state, if so, sending an account freezing notice to the power swapping station and a client of the user, and entering an exception handling process; and if not, carrying out pre-authorization fee deduction on the account corresponding to the account information.
In the scheme, the method further comprises the step of verifying the account number state before the battery swapping operation, if the account number is in the freezing state, the battery swapping operation fails, and at the moment, the cloud sends a notice that the account number is frozen to the battery swapping station and the client of the user. The operator at the battery swapping station end and the client of the user can prompt information of ' during member account freezing, speed requesting and after-sales contact ', failure of client transaction and the like ', and then enter an abnormal processing flow. The exception handling process can be a process of interaction between the user and the battery swapping station terminal, and how to solve the problem of account freezing is negotiated.
Preferably, the cloud end stores historical ODO (total mileage) mileage of the user's vehicle, the historical ODO mileage being an ODO mileage of the user's vehicle at the previous power change;
the step of receiving the account information of the user acquired by the power swapping station further comprises the following steps:
receiving the current ODO mileage of the vehicle of the user, which is acquired by the battery swapping station;
the method comprises the following steps that the step of receiving account information of a user acquired by a power swapping station and the step of pre-authorizing fee deduction of an account corresponding to the account information further comprise the following steps:
calculating a difference between the current ODO mileage and the historical ODO mileage;
and judging whether the current ODO mileage is reasonable or not according to the difference, if not, sending an ODO mileage abnormity notification to the power swapping station and entering an abnormity processing flow, and if so, updating the current ODO mileage into a new historical ODO mileage and carrying out pre-authorization fee deduction on an account corresponding to the account information.
In the scheme, the cloud carries out ODO mileage rationality verification. An operator at the battery replacement station end can acquire the current ODO mileage of a vehicle to be replaced on site and send the current ODO mileage to the cloud, the historical ODO mileage of the user is stored in the cloud, and whether the ODO mileage is unreasonable or not can be identified by calculating the difference between the current ODO mileage and the historical ODO mileage. If the difference value is less than or equal to the maximum driving mileage of the vehicle type in a single battery replacement, normal processing is carried out; and if the difference value is larger than the maximum driving mileage of single battery replacement of the vehicle type, sending an ODO mileage abnormity notification to a battery replacement station end, and entering an abnormity processing flow. At this time, the operator at the battery swapping station end can check whether the current ODO mileage sent to the cloud end is wrong, if so, the updated current ODO mileage can be sent again, and if not, the user can be prompted to inquire abnormal reasons and the like. At this time, the cloud end does not perform any processing on the electricity replacement deduction fee.
Preferably, after receiving the actual charging amount sent by the power swapping station, the method performs authorized deduction on the account according to the actual charging amount, and includes the following steps:
after receiving the actual charging amount sent by the battery swapping station, judging whether the actual charging amount is larger than the maximum value of the single charging amount allowed by the vehicle type corresponding to the vehicle of the user, if so, sending a notice that the actual charging amount is abnormal to the battery swapping station and entering an abnormal processing flow, and if not, performing authorized fee deduction on the account according to the actual charging amount.
In the scheme, the cloud end carries out rationality verification on the actual charging amount, namely whether the accumulated actual charging amount of the consumption order is larger than the maximum value of the single charging amount of the brand vehicle model is judged, if yes, the actual charging amount is abnormal, an abnormal processing flow is entered, the consumption order can be marked as an abnormal order, the charging state is not changed, and manual processing can be waited; if not, the actual charging amount is reasonable, the charging cost can be further calculated, vehicle model fees and power station replacement service fees can be accumulated during actual application, account balance of the associated user at the cloud end is returned, the difference is returned, the power replacement transaction is successful, and the charging state is modified to be charging completion.
The invention also provides a method for processing the battery replacement cost of the battery replacement station, which comprises the following steps:
acquiring account information of a user, and uploading the account information to a cloud;
after receiving the notification of successful pre-authorization sent by the cloud, performing battery swapping operation on the vehicle of the user;
charging the replaced battery, and sending an actual charging amount to a cloud terminal after the replaced battery is charged; the actual charging amount is the actual charging amount measured after the battery replacement station completes charging of the replaced battery.
The scheme provides a method for processing battery replacement cost by a battery replacement station terminal, wherein the battery replacement station is used for acquiring account information of a user to be replaced, interacting with a cloud terminal and completing battery replacement and deduction of the cost in cooperation with the cloud terminal. Specifically, the battery swapping station executes battery swapping on the vehicle after receiving the notification of successful pre-authorization sent by the cloud, charges the replaced battery, obtains the actual charging amount and sends the actual charging amount to the cloud, and the cloud calculates and processes the accurate battery swapping cost according to the actual charging amount.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a method for processing a power swapping cost of a cloud, wherein historical ODO mileage of a vehicle of a user is stored in the cloud, and the historical ODO mileage is ODO mileage of the vehicle of the user during previous power swapping.
As shown in fig. 1, the processing method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step 101, receiving account information of a user and current ODO mileage of a vehicle of the user, wherein the account information is acquired by a power swapping station.
Specifically, after an operator at the battery swapping station successfully scans a code (a user two-dimensional code), the current ODO mileage and the vehicle queue number are filled, and after the current ODO mileage and the vehicle queue number are clicked and determined, information is uploaded to the cloud. The uploaded information during the specific implementation may include the following service fields: member ID, current ODO mileage of the vehicle, coupon ID, billing mode (payment account), etc.
Step 102, judging whether an account corresponding to the account information is in a frozen state, if so, sending an account freezing notification to a power swapping station and a user client, and entering an exception handling process; if not, go to step 103.
The account status determination process in specific implementation may refer to the following: the state of the account number is verified before the battery swapping operation, if the account number is in a frozen state, the battery swapping operation fails, the cloud sends a notification to an APP (Application) of an operator at the battery swapping station end, and prompts that the member account number is frozen, the member account number asks for contact with after-sales service, and the battery swapping operation transaction fails.
The specific implementation may further include an identity authentication process: and verifying the identity of the member and the vehicle, inquiring whether the operation attribute and the city registration area of the member are the same as those of the vehicle or not by the cloud according to the member ID and the vehicle ID, and prompting the APP terminal of the operator that the member registration area or the operation attribute is not consistent with the vehicle attribute if the operation attribute and the city registration area are different.
And 103, calculating the difference value between the current ODO mileage and the historical ODO mileage.
And 104, judging whether the current ODO mileage is reasonable according to the difference, if not, sending an ODO mileage abnormity notification to the power swapping station and entering an abnormity processing flow, and if so, updating the current ODO mileage into a new historical ODO mileage and executing the step 105.
In specific implementation, if the vehicle is a new user, the step is skipped, the rationality verification of the current ODO mileage is not performed, if the vehicle is an old user, the electricity-changing consumption mileage (namely the driving mileage) is calculated according to the difference, and the maximum driving mileage for one electricity-changing of the vehicle type is obtained according to the vehicle type.
1) And if the power conversion consumption mileage is less than or equal to the maximum driving mileage of the vehicle type in single power conversion, directly jumping to the step 105.
2) If the power conversion consumption mileage is larger than the single power conversion maximum driving mileage of the vehicle, the cloud prompts the ODO mileage to be abnormal, whether fee deduction is needed or not is carried out continuously, and meanwhile the APP power conversion mileage value of the operator is fed back. If the fee deduction needs to be continued, the operator selects an abnormal reason according to the actual situation, and the cloud end executes the step 105 after receiving the confirmation; and if the mileage is selected to be modified, the cloud recalculates the consumed mileage according to the newly uploaded current ODO mileage, and executes the logical judgment of the theoretical driving mileage again. And if so, the cloud end is fed back to give up the mileage consumption.
3) Abnormal conditions are as follows: the APP of the operator enters an ODO mileage abnormity prompting interface, so that no operation is performed any more, and the cloud end cannot receive a client-side mileage confirmation and cancellation request of the operator. The cloud end does not perform any processing on the electricity replacement deduction fee.
And 105, inquiring whether a corresponding account has a reputable volume meeting the use condition according to the account information of the user, if not, deducting the pre-authorization cost from the account, and if so, deducting the difference value between the pre-authorization cost and the reputable ticket after using the reputable ticket for the account.
106, generating a consumption order by the cloud, wherein the consumption order comprises an order identification code, cost information and a charging state; setting the charging state of the consumption order to wait for charging; if the coupon is used, setting the expense information as the difference value between the deducted coupon and the pre-authorization expense and the coupon; if the coupon is not used, setting the expense information as the deducted pre-authorization expense; and sending a consumption order and a notification of successful pre-authorization to the power conversion station and the client of the user.
During specific implementation, the cloud end generates a transaction serial number of a consumption order, directly informs an operator and a user that pre-authorization is successful, and at the moment, can record a member mobile phone number, a power change station name, a license plate number, order generation time, the last ODO mileage, the current ODO mileage, driving mileage, a charging mode, electric quantity, pre-authorization cost, account balance (expense for deducting a coupon and pre-authorization), the amount of used coupon, a unique identification code and the like. And updating the ODO mileage of the vehicle and setting the charging state of the order to be charged. And after the pre-authorization of the consumption order is successful, synchronizing the order data to a client of the user, wherein the synchronization content comprises an order serial number, order time, a unique identification code and the like. After logical judgment, the client of the user actively sends the battery code, the initial SOC (State of Charge) and the charging State of the order to the cloud, and the three data are pushed to the cloud by the client of the user.
And 107, after receiving the actual charging amount sent by the battery swapping station, judging whether the actual charging amount is larger than the maximum value of the single charging amount allowed by the vehicle type corresponding to the vehicle of the user, if so, sending a notification that the actual charging amount is abnormal to the battery swapping station and entering an abnormal processing flow, and if not, executing a step 108.
The actual charging amount is the actual charging amount measured after the battery replaced by the vehicle of the user is charged by the battery replacement station.
And 108, calculating the actual charging price of the user according to the actual charging amount, and refunding the account according to the actual charging price and the pre-authorized fee.
And step 109, after the charge refund is finished, setting the charging state of the consumption order as the charge completion and setting the cost information as the charge refund, and sending the consumption order and the charge refund notice to the power conversion station and the client of the user.
In this embodiment, after the cloud receives the charging completion signal (if the order is an abnormal order, the order is not processed), the logic determines whether the accumulated actual charging amount of the order is greater than the maximum single charging amount of the brand vehicle model. If the accumulated charging amount is larger than the preset charging amount, recording an abnormal reason event that the accumulated charging amount is too large, marking the order as an abnormal order, and waiting for manual processing, wherein the transaction state is still pre-authorized, and the charging state is not changed. If the charging state is less than or equal to the charging state, calculating the charging cost, accumulating the vehicle model fee and the power station changing service fee, associating the balance of the customer electric quantity account, returning the difference, successfully trading, and modifying the charging state into the charging completion.
In this embodiment, the following references may be made to the abnormal order determination and the abnormal order processing:
1) judging an abnormal order: and the cloud end screens the consumption orders at each integral point, the transaction state of the consumption orders is pre-authorized, the order state is normal, the interval between the order time and the current system time is more than or equal to 12 hours, the order state is modified to be abnormal, an abnormal reason event that a battery full-charge signal is not received, the charging state is unchanged, the transaction state is also unchanged, and the manual processing is waited.
2) And (3) processing abnormal orders in more than 24 hours, delivering the orders to an operation and maintenance platform for processing, screening consumption orders at each integral point, wherein the transaction state is preauthorized, the order state is abnormal, the processing state is unprocessed, and the interval between the order time and the current system time is more than or equal to 24 hours, the cloud end modifies the processing state of the orders into system processing, marks the orders as winning orders, calculates the total cost, correlates the balance of the customer, returns the balance, succeeds in transaction, and modifies the charging state into charging completion. The order status is still abnormal.
