the battery rental information comprises the service time of a rental vehicle battery, the output electric quantity of the rental vehicle battery or the mileage of the rental vehicle battery, and the battery order comprises the purchase service time of the rental vehicle battery, the purchase output electric quantity of the rental vehicle battery or the purchase mileage of the rental vehicle battery; if the date is taken as the metric value of the purchased vehicle battery use right, the cost to be paid = the number of use days × the unit price of a daily rental; if the output electric quantity of the rental car battery is taken as the measurement value of the use right of the purchased car battery, the cost to be paid = the output electric quantity multiplied by the unit price of the electric quantity; if the driving mileage of the rental car battery is taken as a measurement value of the use right of the purchased car battery, the cost to be paid = the driving mileage multiplied by the mileage unit price;
the permission content allowed in the authorized use command comprises battery permission use time, battery permission use mileage or battery permission output electric quantity, and the vehicle terminal unlocks the use permission of the vehicle battery according to the permission content allowed in the authorized command.
2. The battery authorized use system of claim 1, wherein the battery rental management platform comprises a battery monitoring management unit, an order and authorization management unit and a billing and charging unit;
the order and authorization management unit is connected with the user terminal unit and the battery monitoring management unit, and is used for receiving order information sent by the user terminal and sending the order information to the battery monitoring management unit; the battery monitoring management unit is used for inquiring the vehicle information of the vehicle terminal and the battery information of the vehicle terminal after receiving the order information; and the charging and charging unit is used for receiving the terminal information and the battery information fed back by the order and authorization management unit, performing payment calculation and generating payment information.

The system of claim 1, wherein the authorized content of the rights allowed in the authorized use command includes a battery purchase usage time; the vehicle terminal is used for judging whether the actual service time of the battery is less than the purchasing service time of the battery, and if the actual service time of the battery is less than the purchasing service time of the battery, the use permission of the vehicle battery is unlocked.

The system of claim 1, wherein the authorized content allowed in the authorized use command includes battery purchase mileage; the vehicle terminal is used for judging whether the actual use mileage of the battery is smaller than the purchase use mileage of the battery, and if the actual use mileage of the battery is smaller than the purchase use mileage of the battery, the use authority of the vehicle battery is unlocked.

The system of claim 1, wherein the authorized content allowed in the authorized use command includes a battery purchase output power; the vehicle terminal is used for judging whether the actual output electric quantity of the battery is smaller than the battery purchase output electric quantity or not, and if so, unlocking the use permission of the vehicle battery.

The battery authorized use system according to claim 3, 4 or 5, wherein the vehicle terminal is further configured to detect whether to unlock the use right of the vehicle battery before operation, and if not, stop starting and generate first reminding information to remind the user to pay a fee; and if the use permission is unlocked, the system is started normally.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the vehicle terminal is further configured to transmit the vehicle usage data and the battery usage data to the battery rental management platform in real time after normal startup, so as to monitor the operation of the vehicle terminal and the vehicle battery in real time.
8. The battery authorized use system of claim 1, wherein the user terminal comprises a cell phone, a tablet or a computer; the vehicle terminal unit comprises a new energy automobile.
9. A vehicle battery authorized use method, which is performed by the vehicle battery authorized use system of any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a user terminal receives battery leasing information input by a user and generates a battery order according to the battery leasing information;
the battery leasing management platform receives the battery order and generates payment information according to the battery order;
the battery leasing management platform feeds the payment information back to the user terminal, and generates an authorized use command after the user terminal finishes payment; the battery lease management platform can complete charging modes in various forms according to a battery order provided by the user terminal;
the vehicle terminal receives the authorized use command and unlocks the use permission of the vehicle battery according to the permission content allowed in the authorized use command;
before unlocking the use permission and carrying out normal starting, the vehicle terminal judges whether the vehicle battery authorized to be used is matched with a vehicle battery on a vehicle, if not, the vehicle terminal stops starting and generates second reminding information to remind a user; if the matching is carried out, the starting is carried out normally;
the battery rental information comprises the service time of a rental vehicle battery, the output electric quantity of the rental vehicle battery or the mileage of the rental vehicle battery, and the battery order comprises the purchase service time of the rental vehicle battery, the purchase output electric quantity of the rental vehicle battery or the purchase mileage of the rental vehicle battery; if the date is taken as the metric value of the purchased vehicle battery use right, the cost to be paid = the number of use days × the unit price of a daily rental; if the output electric quantity of the rental car battery is taken as a measurement value of the use right of the purchase car battery, the cost to be paid = the output electric quantity multiplied by the unit price of the electric quantity; if the driving mileage of the rental car battery is taken as a measurement value of the use right of the purchased car battery, the cost to be paid = the driving mileage multiplied by the mileage unit price;
the permission content allowed in the authorized use command comprises battery permission use time, battery permission use mileage or battery permission output electric quantity, and the vehicle terminal unlocks the use permission of the vehicle battery according to the permission content allowed in the authorized command.
