Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a scenario illustrating an example implementation environment according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 1, the implementation environment may include: a lease request sender 100, an owner terminal 200, and a vehicle 300. Wherein the lease request sender 100 can communicate with the owner terminal 200, and the owner terminal 200 can communicate with the vehicle 300. Illustratively, the lease request sender 100 and the owner terminal 200 may communicate with each other via, for example, bluetooth, a ZigBee network, a 2G network, a 3G network, a 4G network, Wi-Fi, or the like. The owner terminal 200 and the vehicle 300 can communicate with each other via bluetooth, ZigBee network, 2G network, 3G network, 4G network, Wi-Fi, etc. The lease request sender 100 may be, for example, a smartphone, a tablet, a car rental system, a car rental platform, or the like. The owner terminal 200 may be, for example, a smart phone, a tablet computer, or the like. In fig. 1, the lease request sender 100 and the owner terminal 200 are illustrated as smartphones.
In the application scenario shown in fig. 1, a renter may issue a lease request to the owner terminal 200 through the lease request sender 100. After the owner terminal 200 receives the lease request, the owner may decide whether to grant the lease according to the lease request. When the owner agrees to the lease, the owner terminal 200 may transmit corresponding authorization information to the vehicle 300, and the vehicle 300 receives the authorization information. After the renter arrives at the vehicle within the specified time and completes the corresponding verification, the vehicle can be started. In contrast, when the owner of the vehicle does not agree with the lease, the owner terminal 200 may directly feed back rejection information to the lease request sender 100.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a vehicle rental method provided in accordance with one embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the method may be applied to an owner terminal, and may include the following steps.
In step 101, a lease request is received.
When the renter has a demand for renting the vehicle, a renting request can be sent to a vehicle owner terminal (such as a mobile phone of the vehicle owner), and the vehicle owner terminal can receive the renting request. Wherein the lease request may include the user biometric information of the leaser. The user biometric information may be, for example, a fingerprint, a voiceprint, an iris, face information, etc.
In step 102, when a user authorization instruction for the lease request is received, authorized vehicle usage rights are determined according to the user authorization instruction.
The owner can check the received lease request through the owner terminal, and according to the lease request, the owner can select whether to approve the lease request and input a user authorization instruction aiming at the lease request through the owner terminal. When the owner terminal receives the user authorization instruction aiming at the lease request, the vehicle use permission finally authorized by the owner can be determined according to the user authorization instruction. The vehicle usage rights may include vehicle usage time and function usage rights. The vehicle use time limit may be a time period for which the vehicle owner allows the renter to use the vehicle, and may include a start time and an end time, for example. The function use permission can be a vehicle function which is allowed to be used by a renter by a vehicle owner, the vehicle owner can authorize part or all of the functions of the vehicle, and the vehicle function authorized by the vehicle owner can be freely used by the renter.
In step 103, authorization information is sent to the vehicle in communication with the owner terminal.
After the authorized vehicle use permission is determined, the owner terminal can send corresponding authorization information to the vehicle communicated with the owner terminal, wherein the authorization information can comprise user biological information and the authorized vehicle use permission so as to inform the identity of the vehicle renter and the vehicle use permission of the renter, and the subsequent vehicle renting step is facilitated.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of a vehicle rental method provided in accordance with one embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the method may be applied to a sender of a lease request, i.e., a lease terminal (e.g., a requesting terminal where a leaser is located, a car rental system or a car rental platform, etc.), and may include the following steps.
In step 201, the biological information of the user of the lender and the vehicle use authority requested by the lender are acquired.
Illustratively, the renter may input the user biometric information through, for example, a requesting terminal, such as a fingerprint information acquisition module of the requesting terminal (e.g., the renter's phone) where the renter is located. For another example, the requesting terminal may store the biometric information of the user of the renter, for example, for a mobile phone with a fingerprint unlocking function, the mobile phone stores the fingerprint information of the renter, and only needs to acquire the fingerprint information, and does not need to be manually input by the user. In addition, the request terminal can also acquire the vehicle use authority requested by the renter, and the renter can input the requested vehicle use authority, such as a desired vehicle borrowing time period, a desired vehicle function and the like, through the request terminal.
For another example, the car rental system and the like can acquire the biological information of the user of the renter and the vehicle use authority requested by the renter through a car rental request sent by the user.
In step 202, a lease request is sent to the owner terminal.
The requesting terminal or the vehicle renting system, etc. may send the renting request to the owner terminal, where the renting request may include the user biological information and the requested vehicle usage right.
In step 203, when the modified vehicle usage right sent by the owner terminal is received, the modified vehicle usage right is output.
The owner can modify the vehicle use authority requested by the renter according to the actual condition of the owner and send the modification result back to the renting terminal. For example, the owner of the vehicle can modify the vehicle use authority (such as the vehicle use time limit and/or the function use authority) through the owner terminal. The renting terminal can receive the modified vehicle use permission sent by the owner terminal and output the modified vehicle use permission, for example, the modified vehicle use permission is displayed through a screen interface of the request terminal, or the modified vehicle use permission is sent to the request terminal where the renter is located, so that the renter can know the modified vehicle use permission.
In step 204, when receiving the confirmation instruction for the modified vehicle use authority, sending a confirmation instruction to the vehicle owner terminal.
When the renter agrees with the modified vehicle use right, the modified vehicle use right can be confirmed, and the renting terminal sends the confirmation instruction to the owner terminal.
In addition, the renter can also reject the modified vehicle use permission, and the modified vehicle use permission can be rejected through the request terminal. For example, the request terminal may directly send the rejection instruction to the owner terminal, or the request terminal may send the rejection instruction to a car renting system, and then the car renting system sends the rejection instruction to the owner terminal, and the current renting process is finished.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart of a vehicle rental method provided in accordance with one embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the method may be applied to a vehicle and may include the following steps.
In step 301, authorization information transmitted by an owner terminal in communication with a vehicle is received.
The vehicle can receive authorization information sent by an owner terminal communicated with the vehicle, wherein the authorization information can comprise biological information of a user of a renter and authorized vehicle use permission.
In step 302, authorization information is stored.
After the vehicle receives the authorization information, the authorization information needs to be stored, so that when a user needs to use the vehicle, the renter and the vehicle use authority are confirmed according to the authorization information.
In step 303, when the biometric information of the user is collected, it is determined whether the user is authorized to use the vehicle based on the collected biometric information of the user, the stored biometric information of the user of the renter, and the authorized vehicle use authority.
The body can be provided with a user biological information acquisition device outside to acquire user biological information of a user. For example, the user biological information collecting device (e.g., a fingerprint sensor) may be provided at a handle outside a door of the vehicle, and the user biological information may be collected by the vehicle by inputting the user biological information through the user identification information collecting device.
When the user biological information of the user is collected, whether the user is authorized to use the vehicle can be determined according to the collected user biological information, the stored user biological information of the renter and the authorized vehicle use authority. For example, when the stored biometric information of the user of the renter is identical to the collected biometric information of the user and the current time is in the time range indicated by the authorized vehicle use authority, it can be determined that the user is authorized to use the vehicle. For another example, when the stored biometric information of the user of the renter is inconsistent with the collected biometric information of the user, it may be determined that the user does not have the right to use the vehicle. For another example, when the stored biometric information of the user of the renter is identical to the collected biometric information of the user, but the current time is not within the time range indicated by the authorized vehicle use authority, it may be determined that the user is not currently authorized to use the vehicle.
In step 304, upon determining that the user has the right to use the vehicle, a vehicle unlocking operation is performed.
Through the technical scheme, the vehicle owner can manage the vehicle to be lent according to the leasing request of the renter and the actual situation of the vehicle owner, and management is more detailed and comprehensive. Moreover, the renter can directly communicate with the vehicle owner through the data network, so that the limitation that the renter needs to reach the position near the vehicle is eliminated, and the vehicle renting process is more convenient and faster.
Fig. 5A is a signaling interaction diagram of a vehicle rental method provided in accordance with one embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5A, signaling interaction among a lease request sender (taking a request terminal as an example), an owner terminal and a vehicle during a vehicle lease process is illustrated.
First, when a renter has a vehicle renting requirement, the request terminal may obtain the biological information of the user of the renter and the vehicle usage right requested by the renter in step 201, and send a renting request (including the biological information of the user) to the owner terminal in step 202.
The owner terminal may receive a lease request sent by the requesting terminal, via step 101. The owner terminal may output the lease request through a screen display, for example, so that the owner of the vehicle may browse the lease request. Step 102 may be performed when a user authorization instruction for the lease request is received.
In step 102, when a user authorization instruction for the lease request is received, authorized vehicle usage rights are determined according to the user authorization instruction.
In one embodiment, when a user authorization instruction for a lease request is received within a first preset time period since the lease request is received, authorized vehicle usage rights are determined according to the user authorization instruction.
The owner terminal may be set to a first preset time period, and when a user authorization instruction for the lease request is received within the first preset time period since the lease request is received, the authorized vehicle usage right may be determined according to the user authorization instruction. For example, if the first preset time period is 1h, if a user authorization instruction for the lease request is received within 1h from the time the lease request is received, the authorized vehicle usage right can be determined according to the user authorization instruction.
In another embodiment, when a user authorization instruction for a lease request is not received within a first preset time period or a user rejection instruction for the lease request is received, a rejection message is sent to a requesting terminal. The rejection message may, for example, be sent directly by the owner terminal to the requesting terminal. For another example, the reject message may be sent to the car rental system or the car rental platform by the owner terminal, and then sent to the requesting terminal by the car rental system or the car rental platform.
In one case, when a user authorization instruction for a lease request is not received within a first preset time period, which indicates that the owner does not see or ignore the lease request, a rejection message may be sent to the requesting terminal so that the leaser of the requesting terminal knows it. The refusal message can be directly sent to the request terminal by the owner terminal, or the refusal message can be sent to the car renting system or the car renting platform by the owner terminal, and then sent to the request terminal by the car renting system or the car renting platform. For example, if the first preset time period is 1h, if the user authorization instruction for the lease request is not received after receiving the lease request for 1h, a rejection message may be sent to the requesting terminal.
In another case, if a user rejection instruction for the lease request is received, which indicates that the owner does not approve the lease request, a rejection message may be sent to the requesting terminal so that the leaser of the requesting terminal knows. The refusal message can be directly sent to the request terminal by the owner terminal, or the refusal message can be sent to the car renting system or the car renting platform by the owner terminal, and then sent to the request terminal by the car renting system or the car renting platform.
In another embodiment, when the user authorization instruction indicates that the user agrees to the requested vehicle usage rights, the authorized vehicle usage rights are determined to be the requested vehicle usage rights.
When the user authorization instruction indicates that the user (namely the owner) agrees with the requested vehicle use right, the owner agrees with the vehicle use right requested in the lease request, and the authorized vehicle use right can be determined as the requested vehicle use right. The owner terminal may also send an approval instruction for the lease request to the requesting terminal so that the leaseholder knows that the owner has approved the lease request. Illustratively, the owner terminal may send the approval instruction directly to the requesting terminal. For another example, the owner terminal may send the approval instruction to the car rental system or the car rental platform, and then the car rental system or the car rental platform sends the approval instruction to the requesting terminal. And when receiving the approval instruction for the lease request sent by the owner terminal, the request terminal can store the requested vehicle use permission.
In another embodiment, the lease request may further include vehicle usage rights requested by the leaseholder. When the user authorization instruction indicates that the user agrees to the vehicle usage right requested by the renter, the authorized vehicle usage right can be determined to be the vehicle usage right requested by the renter.
In another embodiment, the vehicle owner may modify the requested vehicle usage rights when the requested vehicle usage rights in the lease request are not satisfied. For example, the owner of the vehicle may modify the usage time limit of the vehicle, or modify the usage right of the function, or modify the usage time limit of the vehicle and the usage right of the function. As shown in fig. 5B, in such an embodiment, step 102 may include the steps of:
in step 501, when the user authorization instruction indicates that the user modifies the requested vehicle usage right, the modified vehicle usage right is obtained;
in step 502, the modified vehicle use permission is sent to the request terminal;
in step 503, upon receiving a confirmation instruction for the modified vehicle usage right sent by the request terminal, the authorized vehicle usage right is determined to be the modified vehicle usage right.
When the user authorization instruction indicates that the user (namely, the owner) modifies the requested vehicle usage right, the modified vehicle usage right can be acquired, and the modified vehicle usage right is sent to the request terminal.
The requesting terminal may output the modified vehicle use authority upon receiving the modified vehicle use authority through step 203. The modified vehicle use authority is displayed, for example, through a screen of the terminal. Thereafter, the request terminal, when receiving the confirmation instruction for the modified vehicle usage right through step 204, indicates that the renter agrees with the vehicle usage right modified by the vehicle owner, at this time, the request terminal may send the confirmation instruction to the vehicle owner terminal. In addition, the requesting terminal may also store the modified usage rights of the vehicle.
When the owner terminal receives the confirmation instruction for the modified vehicle use permission sent by the request terminal, the authorized vehicle use permission can be determined to be the modified vehicle use permission.
Returning to fig. 5A, after the authorized vehicle usage rights are determined, authorization information is transmitted to the vehicle in communication with the owner terminal in step 103.
After the owner terminal determines the authorized vehicle use authority, the owner terminal can send authorization information to the vehicle communicated with the owner terminal. The authorization information may include, among other things, the biometric information of the renter's user and authorized vehicle usage rights.
The vehicle may receive the authorization information via step 301 and store the authorization information via step 302 for use in subsequent steps.
The authorization information can also carry the identification of the owner terminal. The vehicle may have stored therein in advance a terminal identification of an owner terminal communicating with the vehicle. After receiving the authorization information sent by the owner terminal, the vehicle may match the identifier carried by the authorization information with the pre-stored terminal identifier in step 401. And if the matching is unsuccessful, ignoring the authorization information. And when the matching is successful, storing the authorization information again. By the method, the stored authorization information can be ensured to be the authorization information agreed by the owner, and the condition of information error is avoided.
In addition, if the identifier carried by the authorization information is matched with the terminal identifier stored in advance in step 401, and the matching is successful, the vehicle can perform state detection in step 402 to obtain vehicle state information, and send the vehicle state to the vehicle owner terminal in step 403, so that the vehicle owner can judge whether the vehicle is suitable for being lent according to the vehicle state. Wherein, the vehicle state information may for example include, but is not limited to, at least one of: oil mass information, tire pressure information, driving range, battery capacity, position information, and the like.
The owner terminal may receive vehicle status information from the vehicle via step 404, and the owner may view the vehicle status information to determine whether the vehicle is suitable for being lent.
In one case, if the owner determines that the vehicle cannot currently loan the vehicle based on the vehicle status information, such as the vehicle status information indicating insufficient fuel or abnormal tire pressure, the owner may reject the renter's request by, for example, clicking a reject button displayed on the owner's terminal screen. The owner terminal can send the rejection instruction to the request terminal after receiving the rejection instruction so that the renter can know the rejection instruction. And the owner terminal can also send the current vehicle state information to the request terminal to inform the renter of the current vehicle state, which indicates that the vehicle is not suitable for being lent in the state.
In another case, if the owner determines that all the vehicles are normal and can lend themselves according to the vehicle status information, the owner can confirm the vehicle status information. Through step 405, when the owner terminal receives a confirmation instruction for the vehicle state information, the vehicle state information and the first notification message may be transmitted to the requesting terminal. Wherein the first notification message is used to indicate that the vehicle lease was successful.
The requesting terminal may receive the vehicle state information and the first notification message to inform the lessee of the successful lease and the current vehicle state of the vehicle through step 406.
Fig. 6 is a signaling interaction diagram of a vehicle rental method provided in accordance with another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6, signaling interaction between the owner terminal and the vehicle during the process of using the vehicle by the renter after the vehicle is rented successfully is illustrated.
After receiving the first notification message indicating that the vehicle is successfully rented, the renter can find the vehicle successfully rented according to the position information in the vehicle state information and start to use the vehicle. The vehicle needs to first verify the identity of the user requesting the vehicle.
In step 303, when the biometric information of the user is collected, it is determined whether the user is authorized to use the vehicle based on the collected biometric information of the user, the stored biometric information of the renter, and the authorized vehicle use authority.
For example, when the collected user biometric information matches the stored user biometric information of the renter and the current time is within the authorized vehicle use limit, it may be determined that the user is authorized to use the vehicle.
For another example, when the collected user biological information does not match the stored user biological information of the renter, it may be determined that the user does not have the right to use the vehicle.
For another example, when the collected user biological information matches the stored user biological information of the renter but is not within the authorized vehicle use limit at the present time, it may be determined that the user is not authorized to use the vehicle.
In step 304, upon determining that the user has the right to use the vehicle, a vehicle unlocking operation is performed.
When it is determined that the user has the right to use the vehicle, via step 303, the vehicle may perform an unlocking operation so that the user (i.e., a renter) can use the vehicle.
Alternatively, after the vehicle performs the unlocking operation, the function permitted to be used by the user may be set to the usable state and the function prohibited to be used by the user may be set to the unusable state according to the function use authority included in the authorized vehicle use authority. In this way, the user's use of vehicle functions may be severely restricted, avoiding the user from triggering an unavailable vehicle function.
In the process of using the vehicle by the user (i.e., the renter), the vehicle may transmit the vehicle use status information to the owner terminal through step 601. The vehicle use state information can be used for indicating the use condition of the vehicle, such as the driving mileage of the vehicle, the oil quantity change condition of the vehicle, the function use condition of the vehicle and the like, of a user, so as to help the vehicle owner to monitor the use condition of the lent vehicle in real time. For example, if the renter turns on the vehicle-mounted air conditioner while using the vehicle, the owner terminal may receive information for prompting the turning on of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner.
The owner terminal may receive the usage status information in step 602. The owner can check the use state information through the owner terminal so as to know the use condition of the renter on the vehicle.
In addition, the vehicle renting method applied to the renting terminal (e.g., the request terminal) provided by the present disclosure may further include the steps of: outputting first prompt information in a second preset time period before the starting time of the vehicle service time limit; and/or outputting second prompt information within a third preset time period before the end time of the vehicle service time limit.
Wherein the first reminder information may be used to remind the lender that the time at which the vehicle is available is about to be reached. The outputting of the first alert information may be, for example, displaying the first alert information through a screen of the requesting terminal, outputting the first alert information through an alert ring of the requesting terminal, or the like. For example, if the second preset time period is 10min and the vehicle use time limit in the authorized vehicle use authority indicates that the start time of vehicle renting is 20:00, the request terminal may output a first prompt message for prompting that the renter is about to use the vehicle within the time period between 19:50 and 20: 00.
The second prompt message may be used to prompt the remaining usage time of the vehicle by the renter, where the remaining usage time is a time difference between the end time and the current time. The outputting of the second prompting information may be, for example, displaying the second prompting information through a screen of the requesting terminal, outputting the second prompting information through a prompting ringtone of the requesting terminal, or the like. For example, if the third preset time period is 20min, and the vehicle use time limit in the authorized vehicle use permission indicates that the end time of the current vehicle rental is 10:20, the request terminal may output a second prompt message to remind the renter of reaching the vehicle rental end time within a time period of 10: 00-10: 20, so that the renter can take corresponding measures conveniently.
According to embodiments provided by the present disclosure, a lending terminal (e.g., a requesting terminal) may perform any one of the above steps, or may perform all of the above steps.
In addition, the vehicle may detect that the vehicle is in the mode when the end time of the vehicle usage period is reached. The mode of the vehicle can comprise a driving mode and a stopping mode. When the vehicle is in a running state, the mode of the vehicle is a driving mode. When the vehicle is not in a running state, that is, in a stopped state, it indicates that the mode in which the vehicle is located is a stopped mode. When the vehicle is in the stop mode, which indicates that the renter has stopped driving the vehicle, the vehicle may delete the stored authorization information to end the current vehicle renting process. When the mode of the vehicle is the driving mode, which indicates that the renter is still driving the vehicle, the mode of the vehicle can be continuously detected until the mode of the vehicle is the stop mode, so as to ensure the driving safety of the renter in the process.
