For example, based on the above embodiment, after an authorized person has got something to perform a predetermined operation on the trunk of the vehicle, for example, an article is taken out from the trunk of the vehicle, and the trunk is closed; after the vehicle trunk is closed, the vehicle-mounted terminal generates closing information from information such as a photograph of a final state of the closed vehicle trunk, a surrounding environment of the vehicle, and the like, and transmits the closing information to the server. After the server receives the closing information sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal, the closing information is fed back to the vehicle owner APP, the vehicle owner APP receives the closing information, and then a certain vehicle owner looks over the condition after the vehicle trunk is closed through the vehicle owner APP, so that the problem can be found and solved in time.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for authorizing the vehicle to be turned on, which is applied to the system according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:

The authorized time period refers to the operation of determining that the authorized person opens the vehicle within the specific time period of the specific date, for example, the operation of determining that the authorized person opens the vehicle within 9:00 to 11:00 of 4, 6 days; the authorized times refer to the times of determining that the authorized person opens the vehicle, for example, determining that the authorized person opens the vehicle twice, respectively within 9:00 to 11:00 of 4 month and 6 days and within 16:00 to 18:00 of 4 month and 6 days, or twice within 9:00 to 11:00 of 4 month and 6 days; the information of the authorized person refers to information capable of determining the identity of the authorized person, such as the name, phone, etc. of the authorized person. Optionally, the first intelligent terminal is a control terminal such as an APP corresponding to a vehicle APP or a T-BOX. Optionally, the method for authorizing the vehicle to be started, which is applied to the server by the vehicle owner in the embodiment of the invention, can authorize the opening authority of the trunk, the vehicle door and the vehicle lamp of the vehicle to the authorized person.
S202, the server determines a second intelligent terminal according to the authorization information and sends an authorization entry to the second intelligent terminal;

S204, the server receives the starting operation request and sends a starting instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal;
in this step, after the server receives the start operation request sent by the second intelligent terminal, the server sends a start instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal, and opens the vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs and the camera monitoring device in the vehicle, so as to facilitate an authorized person corresponding to the second intelligent terminal to perform a predetermined target operation on the vehicle.
In an optional embodiment, in step S204, the server receives the start operation request and sends a start instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal, including: the server receives the starting operation request; the server judges whether the second intelligent terminal is located near a vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs; and if so, the server sends a starting instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal.
In this embodiment, after receiving the authorization entry sent by the server, the second intelligent terminal sends a start operation request to the server within an authorization allowed time, and after receiving the start operation request sent by the second intelligent terminal, the server determines whether the second intelligent terminal is near a vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs; and if the second intelligent terminal is near the vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs, the server sends a starting instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal. Further, the server judging whether the second intelligent terminal is in the vicinity of the vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs includes: the server acquires first position information of the second intelligent terminal; the server acquires second position information of the vehicle-mounted terminal; the server judges whether the first position information is the same as or similar to the second position information; if yes, the server judges that the second intelligent terminal is located nearby a vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs;
or the like, or, alternatively,
the second intelligent terminal is in wireless communication with the vehicle-mounted terminal; the server acquires a wireless communication result of the second intelligent terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal; according to the wireless communication result, the server judges whether the second intelligent terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal are in wireless communication success; and if so, the server judges that the second intelligent terminal is positioned near the vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs.

The apparatus of the foregoing embodiment is used to implement the corresponding method in the foregoing embodiment, and has the beneficial effects of the corresponding method embodiment, which are not described herein again.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a server, where the server includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and the processor executes the computer program to implement the method for authorizing to start a vehicle, which is applied to the server, as described above.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a system for authorizing vehicle opening according to an embodiment of the present invention, and based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a system for authorizing vehicle opening, as shown in fig. 4,
the system comprises a server 001, a first intelligent terminal 002, a second intelligent terminal 003 and a vehicle-mounted terminal 004,
the first intelligent terminal 002 is used for sending authorization information to the server 001,
the server 001 is configured to receive authorization information sent by the first intelligent terminal 002; determining a second intelligent terminal 003 according to the authorization information, and sending an authorization entry to the second intelligent terminal 003; receiving a starting operation request sent by the second intelligent terminal 003, and sending a starting instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal 004;
the second intelligent terminal 003 is configured to receive the authorization entry sent by the server 001, and send an opening operation request to the server 001;
and the vehicle-mounted terminal 004 is used for receiving the starting instruction sent by the server 001.
In the system for authorizing the opening of the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle owner can select the authorization times, the authorization time period and the like, and the vehicle owner can conveniently authorize the trunk opening authority to an authorized person; before the authorization entry is sent to the second intelligent terminal, the server sends the vehicle position information and the vehicle real-time state picture to the vehicle owner for secondary confirmation, so that article loss, information leakage and the like caused by misoperation or mistaken recording of articles in the vehicle are prevented; and before the authorized person starts the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted terminal already starts the monitoring equipment in the vehicle, so that the starting process of the vehicle can be guaranteed to be completed under monitoring.

Where specific details (e.g., circuits) are set forth in order to describe example embodiments of the invention, it should be apparent to one skilled in the art that the invention can be practiced without, or with variation of, these specific details. Accordingly, the description is to be regarded as illustrative instead of restrictive.
While the present invention has been described in conjunction with specific embodiments thereof, many alternatives, modifications, and variations of these embodiments will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art in light of the foregoing description. For example, other memory architectures (e.g., dynamic ram (dram)) may use the discussed embodiments.
The embodiments of the invention are intended to embrace all such alternatives, modifications and variances that fall within the broad scope of the appended claims. Therefore, any omissions, modifications, substitutions, improvements and the like that may be made without departing from the spirit and principles of the invention are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.

Claims (12)

1. A method of authorizing opening a vehicle, the method comprising:
receiving authorization information sent by a first intelligent terminal;
determining a second intelligent terminal according to the authorization information, and sending an authorization entry to the second intelligent terminal;
receiving a starting operation request fed back by the second intelligent terminal after responding to the authorization entrance, and sending a starting instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal, wherein the starting instruction is used for starting a vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs and a camera monitoring device in the vehicle; the camera monitoring device is used for monitoring that an authorized person belonging to the second intelligent terminal performs preset target operation on a vehicle belonging to the vehicle-mounted terminal;
after the step of receiving the authorization information sent by the first intelligent terminal, the method further includes:
sending the authorization information to a vehicle-mounted terminal so that the vehicle-mounted terminal feeds back vehicle information;
receiving the vehicle information and sending the vehicle information to the first intelligent terminal so that the first intelligent terminal confirms the vehicle information and sends the authorization entry to the second intelligent terminal;
before the first intelligent terminal confirms the vehicle information and sends the authorization entry to the second intelligent terminal, the method further comprises:
the first intelligent terminal receives the vehicle information, and the vehicle information comprises: the vehicle-mounted terminal obtains a real-time picture of an in-vehicle trunk through a vehicle equipment module;
the first intelligent terminal confirms whether valuables or privacy objects related to secret leakage exist in the vehicle of the vehicle-mounted terminal through the real-time picture of the trunk in the vehicle.
2. The method for authorizing the vehicle to be turned on according to claim 1, wherein the receiving of the turning-on operation request fed back by the second intelligent terminal after responding to the authorized entrance and the sending of the turning-on instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises:
receiving a starting operation request fed back by the second intelligent terminal after responding to the authorization entrance;
judging whether the second intelligent terminal is located near a vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs;
and if so, sending a starting instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal.
3. The method for authorizing the vehicle to be turned on according to claim 2, wherein the step of judging whether the second intelligent terminal is in the vicinity of the vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs comprises the steps of:
acquiring first position information of the second intelligent terminal;
acquiring second position information of the vehicle-mounted terminal;
judging whether the first position information is the same as or similar to the second position information;
if so, determining that the second intelligent terminal is located near the vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs;
or the like, or, alternatively,
acquiring a wireless communication result of the second intelligent terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal;
judging whether the second intelligent terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal are in wireless communication success or not according to the wireless communication result;
and if so, determining that the second intelligent terminal is positioned near the vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs.
4. The method for authorizing the vehicle to be turned on according to claim 2, wherein the step of judging whether the second intelligent terminal is in the vicinity of the vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs comprises the steps of:
acquiring first position information of the second intelligent terminal;
acquiring second position information of the vehicle-mounted terminal;
judging whether the first position information is the same as or similar to the second position information;
acquiring a wireless communication result of the second intelligent terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal;
judging whether the second intelligent terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal are in wireless communication success or not according to the wireless communication result;
and if the first position information is the same as or similar to the second position information and the wireless communication between the second intelligent terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal is successful, judging that the second intelligent terminal is positioned near the vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs.
5. The method of authorizing opening a vehicle of claim 1, the method further comprising:
receiving closing information sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal, and feeding the closing information back to the first intelligent terminal; wherein the closing information is generated after the vehicle of the vehicle-mounted terminal is closed.
6. An apparatus for authorizing opening a vehicle, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the authorization information sent by the first intelligent terminal;
the authorization entrance sending module is used for determining a second intelligent terminal according to the authorization information and sending an authorization entrance to the second intelligent terminal;
the starting instruction sending module is used for receiving a starting operation request fed back after the second intelligent terminal responds to the authorization entrance and sending a starting instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal, wherein the starting instruction is used for starting a vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs and a camera monitoring device in the vehicle; the camera monitoring device is used for monitoring that an authorized person belonging to the second intelligent terminal performs preset target operation on a vehicle belonging to the vehicle-mounted terminal;
the device further comprises:
the authorization information sending module is used for sending the authorization information to the vehicle-mounted terminal after the receiving module receives the authorization information sent by the first intelligent terminal so that the vehicle-mounted terminal can feed back vehicle information;
the vehicle information sending module is used for receiving the vehicle information and sending the vehicle information to the first intelligent terminal so that the first intelligent terminal confirms the vehicle information and sends the authorization entry to the second intelligent terminal;
the device is used with the cooperation of first intelligent terminal, first intelligent terminal is used for:
receiving the vehicle information, the vehicle information comprising: the vehicle-mounted terminal obtains a real-time picture of an in-vehicle trunk through a vehicle equipment module;
and confirming whether valuables or privacy objects related to secret leakage exist in the vehicle of the vehicle-mounted terminal through the real-time picture of the trunk in the vehicle.
7. The apparatus for authorizing opening a vehicle of claim 6, wherein the opening instruction transmitting module comprises:
the opening operation request receiving unit is used for receiving an opening operation request fed back by the second intelligent terminal after responding to the authorization entrance;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the second intelligent terminal is positioned near a vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs;
and the opening instruction sending unit is used for sending an opening instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal if the second intelligent terminal is positioned near the vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs.
8. The apparatus for authorizing opening a vehicle of claim 7, wherein the determining unit is configured to:
acquiring first position information of the second intelligent terminal;
acquiring second position information of the vehicle-mounted terminal;
judging whether the first position information is the same as or similar to the second position information;
if so, determining that the second intelligent terminal is located near the vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs;
or the like, or, alternatively,
acquiring a wireless communication result of the second intelligent terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal;
judging whether the second intelligent terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal are in wireless communication success or not according to the wireless communication result;
and if so, determining that the second intelligent terminal is positioned near the vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs.
9. The apparatus for authorizing opening a vehicle of claim 7, wherein the determining unit is configured to:
acquiring first position information of the second intelligent terminal;
acquiring second position information of the vehicle-mounted terminal;
judging whether the first position information is the same as or similar to the second position information;
acquiring a wireless communication result of the second intelligent terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal;
judging whether the second intelligent terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal are in wireless communication success or not according to the wireless communication result;
and if the first position information is the same as or similar to the second position information and the wireless communication between the second intelligent terminal and the vehicle-mounted terminal is successful, judging that the second intelligent terminal is positioned near the vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs.
10. The apparatus for authorizing opening a vehicle of claim 6, further comprising:
the closing information sending module is used for receiving closing information sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal and feeding the closing information back to the first intelligent terminal; wherein the closing information is generated after the vehicle of the vehicle-mounted terminal is closed.
11. A server comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the program implements the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
12. A system for authorizing and starting a vehicle is characterized by comprising a server, a first intelligent terminal, a second intelligent terminal and a vehicle-mounted terminal,
the first intelligent terminal is used for sending authorization information to the server; receiving vehicle information sent by the server, wherein the vehicle information comprises: the vehicle-mounted terminal obtains a real-time picture of an in-vehicle trunk through a vehicle equipment module; confirming whether valuables or privacy objects related to secret leakage exist in the vehicle of the vehicle-mounted terminal through the real-time picture of the trunk in the vehicle; confirming the vehicle information and sending an authorized entrance to the second intelligent terminal;
the server is used for receiving the authorization information sent by the first intelligent terminal; determining a second intelligent terminal according to the authorization information, and sending an authorization entry to the second intelligent terminal; receiving a starting operation request sent by the second intelligent terminal, and sending a starting instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal; sending the authorization information to a vehicle-mounted terminal so that the vehicle-mounted terminal feeds back vehicle information; receiving the vehicle information and sending the vehicle information to the first intelligent terminal;
the second intelligent terminal is used for receiving the server and the authorization entry sent by the first intelligent terminal and sending an opening operation request to the server;
the vehicle-mounted terminal is used for receiving the authorization information sent by the server and feeding back vehicle information; receiving a starting instruction sent by the server; the starting instruction is used for starting a vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs and a camera monitoring device in the vehicle; the camera monitoring device is used for monitoring that the authorized person to which the second intelligent terminal belongs carries out preset target operation on the vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted terminal belongs.
