In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, a receiving request initiated by a payee mobile phone through a 5G message is received, where the receiving request includes: the payment system comprises payment bill information, payment bank card information, payee face information, mobile phone numbers of a plurality of payers and amount information to be paid respectively; uploading the payee face information to a block chain; according to the mobile phone numbers of the multiple payers, respectively sending the bill information, the information of the payee bank card and the information of the amount to be paid to the multiple payers through 5G messages; after the payer mobile phone acquires the payee face information from the blockchain and successfully confirms the payee face information, a payment request initiated by the payer mobile phone through a 5G message is received, wherein the payment request comprises: the information of the bill to be paid, the information of the bank card to be paid, the information of the amount to be paid and the information of the face of the payer are collected; uploading payer face information to a blockchain; sending the payment request to a bank background server; after the bank background server successfully confirms the face information of the payer and finishes payment according to the information of the bill of receipt, the information of the bank card of payment and the information of the amount of money to be paid, the bank background server receives the payment result fed back by the bank background server; and sending the payment result to the payee mobile phone and the plurality of payer mobile phones through the 5G message. Therefore, the user experience can be improved, each payer only receives own information during collection, other people cannot be disturbed, and the payment efficiency can be improved; the face information is stored and verified through the block chain technology, and the payment safety can be improved.

receiving a payment request initiated by a payee mobile phone through a 5G message, wherein the payment request comprises: the payment system comprises payment bill information, payment bank card information, payee face information, mobile phone numbers of a plurality of payers and amount information to be paid respectively;
uploading the payee face information to a block chain;
according to the mobile phone numbers of the multiple payers, respectively sending the bill information, the information of the payee bank card and the information of the amount to be paid to the multiple payers through 5G messages;
after the payer mobile phone acquires the payee face information from the blockchain and successfully confirms the payee face information, receiving a payment request initiated by the payer mobile phone through a 5G message, wherein the payment request comprises: the information of the bill to be paid, the information of the bank card to be paid, the information of the amount to be paid and the information of the face of the payer are collected;
uploading payer face information to a blockchain;
sending the payment request to a bank background server;
after the bank background server successfully confirms the face information of the payer and finishes payment according to the information of the bill of receipt, the information of the bank card of payment and the information of the amount of money to be paid, the bank background server receives the payment result fed back by the bank background server;
and sending the payment result to the mobile phone of the payee and the mobile phones of a plurality of payers through 5G messages.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the payer mobile phone acquires the payee face information from the blockchain, the payee face information is determined to be failed, or the amount information to be paid is not approved, the payment refusing message sent by the payer mobile phone through the 5G message is received;
and sending the payment refusal message to the mobile phone of the payee through a 5G message.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the payer mobile phone acquires the payee face information from the blockchain, the payee face information is determined to be failed, or the amount information to be paid is not approved, receiving a bill modification request sent by the payer mobile phone through a 5G message;
and sending the bill modification request to a payee mobile phone through a 5G message, so that the payee mobile phone sends the modified payee request through the 5G message according to the bill modification request.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
after receiving the modified collection request sent by the mobile phone of the payee through the 5G message, verifying whether the information of the amount paid by the payer who has paid is correct or not according to the modified collection request;
and when the information of the amount paid by the payer who has paid is incorrect, calculating difference information according to the modified collection request, and informing the bank background server and the corresponding payer to modify payment by a mobile phone according to the difference information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein before receiving a collect request initiated by a payee handset via a 5G message, further comprising:
receiving a receiving bank card binding request initiated by a receiver mobile phone through a 5G message, wherein the receiving bank card binding request comprises the following steps: information of a payee bank card and information of a payee face;
sending the binding request of the money receiving bank card to a bank background server;
after the bank background server successfully confirms the face information of the payee and finishes binding the payee according to the information of the payee, receiving a first binding finishing message fed back by the bank background server;
and sending the first binding completion message to the mobile phone of the payee through a 5G message.
6. The method as recited in claim 1, wherein prior to receiving a payment request initiated by a payer handset via a 5G message, further comprising:
receiving a payment bank card binding request initiated by a payer mobile phone through a 5G message, wherein the payment bank card binding request comprises: payment bank card information and payer face information;
sending the payment bank card binding request to a bank background server;
after the bank background server successfully confirms the face information of the payer and finishes binding the payment bank card according to the information of the payment bank card, receiving a second binding finishing message fed back by the bank background server;
and sending the second binding completion message to the mobile phone of the payer through a 5G message.
7. A block chain-based collection information processing apparatus, comprising:
a receiving request receiving module, configured to receive a receiving request initiated by a payee through a 5G message, where the receiving request includes: the payment system comprises payment bill information, payment bank card information, payee face information, mobile phone numbers of a plurality of payers and amount information to be paid respectively;
the payee face information uploading module is used for uploading payee face information to the block chain;
the payment information sending module is used for respectively sending the payment bill information, the payment bank card information and the amount information to be paid to the mobile phones of the multiple payers through 5G messages according to the mobile phone numbers of the multiple payers;
the payment request receiving module is used for receiving a payment request initiated by a payer mobile phone through a 5G message after the payer mobile phone acquires payee face information from the blockchain and successfully confirms the payee face information, and the payment request comprises: the information of the bill to be paid, the information of the bank card to be paid, the information of the amount to be paid and the information of the face of the payer are collected;
the payer face information uploading module is used for uploading the payer face information to the block chain;
the payment request sending module is used for sending the payment request to a bank background server;
the payment result receiving module is used for receiving the payment result fed back by the bank background server after the bank background server successfully confirms the face information of the payer and completes payment according to the collection bill information, the collection bank card information, the payment bank card information and the amount information to be paid;
and the payment result sending module is used for sending the payment result to the mobile phone of the payee and the mobile phones of a plurality of payers through the 5G message.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the payment refusal processing module is used for receiving payment refusal information sent by the payer mobile phone through a 5G message when the payer mobile phone acquires the payee face information from the block chain, fails to confirm the payee face information or does not agree with the amount information to be paid; and sending the payment refusal message to the mobile phone of the payee through a 5G message.

the bill modification processing module is used for receiving a bill modification request sent by the payer mobile phone through a 5G message when the payer mobile phone acquires the payee face information from the block chain, the payee face information is failed to be confirmed, or the amount information to be paid is not approved; and sending the bill modification request to a payee mobile phone through a 5G message, so that the payee mobile phone sends the modified payee request through the 5G message according to the bill modification request.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the receipt request receiving module is further for: receiving a modified collection request sent by a payee mobile phone through a 5G message;
the device further comprises: the collection verification processing module is used for verifying whether the information of the amount paid by the paid payer is correct or not according to the modified collection request after the collection request receiving module receives the modified collection request sent by the mobile phone of the payee through the 5G message; and when the information of the amount paid by the payer who has paid is incorrect, calculating difference information according to the modified collection request, and informing the bank background server and the corresponding payer to modify payment by a mobile phone according to the difference information.

and sending the first binding completion message to the mobile phone of the payee through a 5G message.
