Claims (12)
1. A blockchain-based traffic fine payment system, comprising:
the 5G message receiving module is used for generating a first verification code associated with the traffic ticket after receiving the traffic ticket, and sending the first verification code and the traffic ticket to a user mobile terminal; transmitting the first verification code to a blockchain; receiving a second verification code sent by a vehicle-mounted user terminal according to a first verification code received by a mobile user terminal, and sending the second verification code to a 5G message verification module, wherein the second verification code is associated with the first verification code; the received transaction result is sent to a mobile terminal of the user through a 5G message;
the 5G message verification module is used for obtaining a first verification code associated with the received second verification code from the blockchain, judging whether the first verification code is consistent with the second verification code, and obtaining a verification result of the verification code; when the verification result of the verification code is consistent, generating a transaction request and sending the transaction request to a traffic police department server;
a traffic police department server for generating traffic ticket including vehicle information, user information and ticket amount; transmitting the traffic ticket to a blockchain and 5G message receiving module; after receiving a transaction request, inquiring a traffic ticket corresponding to the transaction request from a blockchain, inquiring a payment bank card bound by user information in the traffic ticket from the blockchain, and sending the traffic ticket and the payment bank card to a bank server;
the bank server is used for initiating deduction transaction according to the fine amount, the user information and the payment bank card in the traffic fine bill; and sending the transaction result to a 5G message receiving module.
2. The blockchain-based traffic fine payment system of claim 1, wherein the first verification code is a randomly generated combination of digits of a set length.
3. The blockchain-based traffic fine payment system of claim 1, wherein the traffic police department server is further configured to:
before inquiring a payment bank card bound with user information in the traffic ticket from a blockchain, inquiring vehicle information in the traffic ticket from the blockchain, and verifying consistency of the vehicle information;
and after the vehicle consistency verification is passed, inquiring the payment bank card bound by the user information.
4. The blockchain-based traffic fine payment system of claim 1, wherein the banking server is further configured to:
before issuing deduction transaction according to the amount of the fine, the user information and the payment bank card in the traffic fine, obtaining the user information in the traffic fine from a blockchain, and checking the user information in the traffic fine;
and after the user information passes the verification, initiating deduction transaction according to the fine amount in the traffic fine, the user information and the payment bank card.
5. The blockchain-based traffic fine payment system of claim 1, wherein the banking server is further configured to: the transaction results are sent to the blockchain.
6. The utility model provides a traffic fine payment method based on blockchain, which is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
generating a traffic ticket, the traffic ticket including vehicle information, user information, and a ticket amount; sending the traffic ticket to a blockchain;
generating a first verification code associated with the traffic ticket, and sending the first verification code and the traffic ticket to a user mobile terminal; transmitting the first verification code to a blockchain;
receiving a second verification code sent by a vehicle-mounted user terminal according to a first verification code received by a mobile user terminal, wherein the second verification code is associated with the first verification code;
obtaining a first verification code associated with the received second verification code from the block chain, judging whether the first verification code is consistent with the second verification code, and obtaining a verification result of the verification code;
generating a transaction request when the verification result of the verification code is consistent;
inquiring a traffic ticket corresponding to a transaction request from a blockchain, and inquiring a payment bank card bound with user information in the traffic ticket from the blockchain;
initiating deduction transaction according to the fine amount in the traffic fine bill, the user information and the payment bank card;
and sending the transaction result to the mobile terminal of the user in a 5G message.
7. The blockchain-based traffic fine payment method of claim 6, wherein the validation code is a randomly generated combination of digits of a set length.
8. The blockchain-based traffic ticket payment method of claim 6, further comprising, prior to querying the user information-bound payment bank card in the traffic ticket from the blockchain:
inquiring vehicle information in the traffic ticket from a blockchain, and verifying consistency of the vehicle information;
inquiring a payment bank card bound by user information in the traffic ticket from a blockchain, wherein the payment bank card comprises:
and after the vehicle consistency verification is passed, inquiring the payment bank card bound by the user information.
9. The blockchain-based traffic fine payment method of claim 6, further comprising, prior to initiating a deduction transaction based on the amount of fines in the traffic ticket, user information, and a payment bank card:
obtaining user information in the traffic ticket from the blockchain, and checking the user information in the traffic ticket;
initiating deduction transaction according to the fine amount, the user information and the payment bank card in the traffic fine bill, wherein the deduction transaction comprises the following steps:
and after the user information passes the verification, initiating deduction transaction according to the fine amount in the traffic fine, the user information and the payment bank card.
10. The blockchain-based traffic fine payment method of claim 6, further comprising: the transaction results are sent to the blockchain.
11. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of any of claims 6 to 10 when executing the computer program.
12. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer readable storage medium stores a computer program for executing the method of any one of claims 6 to 10.
