The demand for hair care is particularly pressing, and the amount of hair care essence used is increasing day by day.
The hair care essence products sold on the market at present are full of scales, and various products can be subdivided into a plurality of types according to different components, but the functions of different products are different. In this case, whether the appearance of the product is novel or not becomes an important factor of whether the product is attractive to consumers or not, and accordingly, becomes an important content for evaluating the related product. However, the existing products have serious appearance homogenization phenomena and lack of distinguishing degree. Therefore, how to change the monotonous appearance of the product and enable consumers to feel new is a topic worth exploring and researching the current hair care essence products.
The soft, shiny luster of pearls creates a particular appeal to humans. Conventionally, base agents for imparting pearlescence have been used in order to increase added value of cosmetics, and known pearlizing agents are classified into natural and synthetic ones as main components for imparting pearlescence in pearly luster compositions. The natural pearling agent comprises shell powder, mica powder, natural gum and the like; the synthetic pearling agent is higher fatty acid, alcohol, ester, stearate, etc. Synthetic pearlescing agents require heating in an anionic/nonionic surfactant complex to develop a pearlescent effect, and are commonly used in rinse-off hair care rinses. Natural pearl essence can be added into various cosmetics, however, some mineral pearl essence contains some heavy metals, which can cause safety problems such as blockage or irritation. However, consumers are increasingly demanding hair care essences, both in terms of a beautiful appearance and in terms of the inability to add materials that are harmful to the body.
Therefore, the development of a wash-free hair care essence product which has safe hair care, excellent effect and beautiful pearlescent appearance can better meet the requirements of consumers.

The physical and chemical detection is carried out on the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-3, and the obtained detection indexes are as follows:
character detection
Examples 1 to 3 are milky pearl emulsions.
Comparative example 1 layers were separated, the upper layer being white floc and the lower layer being a semi-permeable liquid.
Comparative example 2 is a milky-white, weak pearlescent emulsion.
Comparative example 3 is a milky white emulsion.
Comparative example 4 is a whitish emulsion.
Comparative example 5 is a slightly white viscous emulsion.
The specific results are shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2. Fig. 1 shows photographs of the appearance of the embodiment 1, the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 3 from left to right, and it can be seen that 3 embodiments all have good pearling effect. Fig. 2 is an appearance diagram from left to right corresponding to comparative example 1, comparative example 2, comparative example 3, comparative example 4 and comparative example 5, respectively, and it can be seen that only comparative example 2 has a faint pearl luster. As can be seen from the results of comparative example 1, the use of cetyl alcohol alone did not produce pearlescence and the product was not stable. From the results of comparative example 2, it can be seen that the application of behenamide propyl dimethylamine alone can produce pearlescence, but the pearlescence is extremely weak, and the pearlescence has no application value. The result of the comparative example 3 shows that the pH value has a regulation and control effect on the pearly luster of the product, so that the pearly luster of the pearly luster no-clean hair care essence is formed by the co-crystallization of cetanol and behenamide propyl dimethylamine under the acidic condition (the pH value is 3.5-4.5). This is the first time we have found that without using pearlescent agent and pearlescent powder, under specific pH and operation process, the system self-crystallizes to form pearlescent, and the other cationic surfactant and cationic conditioner do not have the property, here we take common cationic surfactant stearyltrimethylammonium chloride and salt ion conditioner polyquaternium-10 as example, and under the same condition, we can not prepare pearlescent product, see comparative example 4 and comparative example 5 of the second figure.
Secondly, detecting the pH value
The pearlescent no-wash hair care essence described in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5 was sampled, and the pH value at 25 ℃ was measured with a pH meter. The results of the pH measurements are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 results of pH measurement of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5
As can be seen from the data, the pH of the moisturizing and anti-sensitivity composition of the present invention is between 3.5 and 4.5, above which pearlescence does not occur, below which acidity is too strong to be suitable for application to hair.
Third, structural characterization
1. Biomicroscopic characterization
The crystal shape of the pearlescent leave-on essence of example 1 was observed with a biological microscope (XSP-2CA, 1600X), and the result is shown in FIG. 3. As can be seen from the figure, the crystals in the product are hairline-like fine crystals.
2. Characterization of scanning Electron microscope
The crystal surface morphology was further observed by a scanning electron microscope (Quanta 200FEG), and the results are shown in fig. 4. As can be seen, the surface of the hair-like fine crystals is formed by stacking a plurality of lamellar structures, which make the whole crystals, such as hair with scales, completely open, have a high refractive index, and reflect light to form pearlescence.
Four, patch test
90 volunteers aged 22-40 years were selected and divided into 3 groups, and the compositions of examples 1-3 were tested for safety evaluation. A0.03 mL sample is taken by an injector and placed in a medicine chamber of a spot test adhesive tape, the spot test adhesive tape with the sample is vertically attached to the normal skin of the left forearm of a volunteer from the lower part, the medicine chamber is lightly pressed to expel air, the test substances are uniformly distributed, the test part is marked for convenient observation, the skin is attached once every 24 hours, and the examination is carried out according to CTFA guidelines (1981) within the latter half hour after the patch is uncovered. The patch test was performed 6 times in total, and on the 6 th day after completion of the patch, additional examination was performed to observe delayed reactions. The identification criteria are shown in Table 2 and the results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 2 identification standards
Grade | Identification criteria |
0 | Negative no reaction: has no irritation and erythema |
1 | And (3) suspicious reaction: mild erythema |
2 | Weak positive reaction: erythema |
3 | Strong positive reaction: erythema, papules, blisters |
4 | Extremely strong positive reaction: severe edema and bulla |
TABLE 3 Patch test results
The results show that the compositions of examples 1-3 are mild in nature, free of irritation and allergic reaction, and suitable for long-term use by most people.
Fifth, detecting comprehensive use effect
The using effect of the pearlescent no-clean hair care essence described in the embodiments 1-3 and the comparative examples 6-8 is evaluated, and the evaluation method comprises the following steps:
10 female volunteers with long hair were selected for the trial, aged 18 to 60 years, with a mean age of 30 years. The volunteers were divided into 6 test groups, each group containing 30 individuals, and the pearlescent no-wash hair care essence described in examples 1-3 was used. The test volunteers washed their hair once a day and evaluated after 1 month of continuous use.
Detection standard:
appearance: glossy, slightly glossy, dull;
hand feeling: smooth, generally smooth, not smooth;
anti-winding property: not knotted, knotted individually, most knotted;
the evaluation results are shown in Table 4 below.
TABLE 4 comprehensive use effects
The results of the evaluation and test of the using effect of the pearlescent no-clean hair care essence in the embodiments 1-3 and the comparative examples 6-8 in the table 4 show that the components of the pearlescent no-clean hair care essence are synergistic, the using feeling is excellent, and the luster, smoothness and anti-winding performance of the hair can be obviously improved after the pearlescent no-clean hair care essence is used. And the volunteers all show that the pearlescent no-wash hair care essence is convenient to use, mild, non-irritant and can be used continuously.
