Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of atomized electronic cigarettes, in particular to an electronic cigarette tobacco tar formula and a preparation method of electronic cigarette tobacco tar.
Background
With the application of nicotine salt technology in recent years, the acceptance of atomized electronic cigarettes by consumers has been remarkably improved. In order to effectively dissolve the essence and better generate aerosol, a mixture of propylene glycol, glycerin and water is generally used as an atomization type electronic cigarette solvent. However, the use of a large amount of propylene glycol, particularly glycerol, can bring obvious sweet and greasy feeling and seriously affect the smoking experience.
In order to solve the problem of sweet and greasy feeling of the cigarette oil of the electronic cigarette, the following schemes are proposed in the industry: (1) The consumption of propylene glycol, especially glycerol, in the tobacco tar of the electronic cigarette is reduced; (2) Partially or completely replacing glycerol and propylene glycol with 1,2-butanediol, 1,3-butanediol, and other polyols; (3) development of a filter with reduced sweetness and greasiness; (4) use of a sweetness modifier or masking agent. With respect to the scheme (1), on the premise of ensuring the sufficient concentration of the aerosol, the sweet and greasy feeling is still more obvious. With regimen (2), the polyols still have a considerable degree of sweet and greasy feel. For the scheme (3), the development and use cost of the filter is high. With respect to the scheme (4), the sweet taste modifier or the masking agent mainly utilizes the competitive action of the substances and the sweet taste components on human taste buds to overcome the problem of sweet and greasy feeling of the cigarette oil of the electronic cigarette.
At present, most of common sweet taste improving agents and masking agents are non-tobacco plant extracts. The non-tobacco plant extract has obvious original plant aroma characteristics, and has a certain application prospect in developing atomization type electronic cigarettes with different tastes. However, under the environment that the current non-tobacco-taste atomized electronic cigarette is increasingly limited, the practical application of the electronic cigarette is greatly limited.
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved in the field is to provide a tobacco tar formula capable of effectively reducing the sweet and greasy feeling of the tobacco flavor atomized electronic cigarette.
