In detail, when the lifting arm 23 in the moving grabbing mechanism 2 drives the clamping jaw assembly 24 to drive the garlic bulbs and the garlic skins in the material basket 25 to enter the feeding port 53, moisture carried on the garlic bulbs and the wet garlic skins flows down a part along the wire netting 57, the garlic bulbs roll into the drying box 51 along the left side inclined plane of the drying box 51, a part of the wet garlic skins may be stuck on the wall of the drying box due to excessive humidity, at this time, the hot air of the hot air blower 41 is continuously dried to gradually change the wet garlic skins into dry garlic skins, and then the wet garlic skins fall off into the drying box 51 and are blown into the garlic skin collecting port 55 by the wind power of the hot air blower 41 to be intensively processed; the moisture on the surface of the garlic cloves entering the drying box 51 is quickly lost by the wind of the hot air blower 41.
In order to facilitate the installation, a horizontal table surface, a boss and four supporting frames at two sides are arranged on the peeling frame 1, the movable grabbing mechanism 2 is arranged on the guide rail 11 at the boss, so that the lifting arm 23 drives the clamping jaw assembly 24 to horizontally move on the guide rail, a placing opening I12 and a placing opening II 13 are arranged on the horizontal table surface along the conveying direction of the garlic cloves, wherein the placing port I12 is used for installing the ultrasonic peeling mechanism 3, the peeling groove 31 is fixedly supported on a horizontal table surface through a supporting edge thereof, a fixed arm of an installation frame 42 of the hot air blower 41 is vertically arranged, the upper end of the hot air blower is fixed on the lower end surface of the horizontal table surface, the supporting arm and the fixing arm form an acute included angle, the hot air blower 41 is fixed on the supporting arm through a bolt, the air outlet of the garlic skin separating mechanism is just corresponding to the position of the wire netting 57, and supporting plates are formed on two sides of a top plate of a drying channel of the garlic skin separating mechanism 5 and are fixed at the position of the placing opening II 13 through bolts.
