The raw materials and equipment used in the embodiment of the present invention are known products and obtained by purchasing commercially available products.

The following raw materials are in parts by weight.
Drying 800 parts of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, grinding into 80-mesh fine powder, and fully mixing with 16 parts of citric acid, 32 parts of menthol, 528 parts of xylitol, 144 parts of glucose and 80 parts of white granulated sugar to obtain a first raw material.
10000 parts of maltose syrup, 2500 parts of lactose and 100 parts of edible essence are mixed and heated at high temperature until the raw materials are melted into syrup, 1 part of high-pressure carbon dioxide gas is injected into the syrup, the syrup is disintegrated into fragments after being cooled, and then the fragments are fully mixed with 200 parts of citric acid and 2500 parts of white granulated sugar to obtain a second raw material.
Mixing the raw materials I and II to obtain a finished product.
Example 2 preparation of a food containing endothelium corneum Gigeriae Galli for children
The following raw materials are in parts by weight.
800 parts of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, 800 parts of hawthorn, 800 parts of malt and 800 parts of poria cocos are dried and ground into fine powder of 80 meshes, and the fine powder is fully mixed with 64 parts of citric acid, 128 parts of menthol, 2112 parts of xylitol, 576 parts of glucose and 320 parts of white granulated sugar to obtain the raw material I.
10000 parts of maltose syrup, 2500 parts of lactose and 100 parts of edible essence are mixed and heated at high temperature until the raw materials are melted into syrup, 1 part of high-pressure carbon dioxide gas is injected into the syrup, the syrup is disintegrated into fragments after being cooled, and then the fragments are fully mixed with 200 parts of citric acid and 2500 parts of white granulated sugar to obtain a second raw material.

Example 3 screening of raw materials for a food containing endothelium corneum Gigeriae Galli for children of the present invention
The following raw materials are in parts by weight.
The raw materials of the food containing the endothelium corneum gigeriae galli special for children are screened by a sensory evaluation method. The formula of the first raw material of the chicken's gizzard-membrane-containing food special for children in each group is shown in table 1, and the formula of the second raw material is shown in table 2. The food containing the endothelium corneum gigeriae galli special for children is prepared according to the method of the embodiment 1 or the embodiment 2.

Sensory evaluation method: selecting 40 children from Sichuan with age of 3-11 years; sensory evaluation was conducted according to the evaluation criteria shown in Table 3. Sensory scores of the children-specific endothelium corneum gigeriae galli-containing foods of each formula were obtained by calculation, and the results are shown in table 4.

The test results show that: the food or health food containing the chicken's gizzard-membrane special for children prepared by the invention can still obtain good sensory quality even when the content of the chicken's gizzard-membrane is more than 4%. Particularly, the food prepared by the formula in the group 1 has the best sensory quality, is obviously superior to other formulas, and is popular with children. The formula of group 1 (raw materials of raw material I including 800 parts by weight of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, 16 parts by weight of citric acid, 32 parts by weight of menthol, 528 parts by weight of xylitol, 144 parts by weight of glucose and 80 parts by weight of white granulated sugar, and raw materials of raw material II including 10000 parts by weight of maltose syrup, 2500 parts by weight of lactose, 100 parts by weight of edible essence, 1 part by weight of carbon dioxide, 200 parts by weight of citric acid and 2500 parts by weight of white granulated sugar) is the optimal formula.
In conclusion, the special food or health food containing the endothelium corneum gigeriae galli for children is prepared from specific raw materials. The food or health food has high sensory quality, good taste and flavor, overcomes the problems of fishy smell, bitter taste and difficulty in swallowing when endothelium corneum Gigeriae Galli is used as main ingredient, is popular with children, improves the compliance of children when taking endothelium corneum Gigeriae Galli, and solves the problem of poor compliance of children when taking endothelium corneum Gigeriae Galli in the prior art. Meanwhile, the food or health food has high content of endothelium corneum Gigeriae Galli, and can exert its drug effect, so that children can regulate spleen and stomach and strengthen body constitution in daily diet. The invention can exert the greater economic value of the endothelium corneum gigeriae galli and has good development prospect.
Claims (10)
1. A food or health food containing endothelium corneum Gigeriae Galli special for children is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 500-1000 parts of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, 2000-3000 parts of white granulated sugar, 2000-3000 parts of lactose, 7000-10000 parts of maltose syrup, 50-200 parts of edible essence, 1-5 parts of carbon dioxide, 100-600 parts of glucose, 500-2500 parts of xylitol, 200-450 parts of citric acid and 10-200 parts of menthol.
2. The food or health food according to claim 1, wherein: the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 800-1000 parts of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, 2000-3000 parts of white granulated sugar, 2500 parts of lactose, 10000 parts of maltose syrup, 100 parts of edible essence, 1 part of carbon dioxide, 100-600 parts of glucose, 500-2500 parts of xylitol, 200-450 parts of citric acid and 10-200 parts of menthol.

The food or health food according to claim 2, wherein: the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 800 parts of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, 2580 parts of white granulated sugar, 2500 parts of lactose, 10000 parts of maltose syrup, 100 parts of edible essence, 1 part of carbon dioxide, 144 parts of glucose, 528 parts of xylitol, 216 parts of citric acid and 32 parts of menthol;
or 800 parts of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, 2820 parts of white granulated sugar, 2500 parts of lactose, 10000 parts of maltose syrup, 100 parts of edible essence, 1 part of carbon dioxide, 576 parts of glucose, 2112 parts of xylitol, 264 parts of citric acid and 128 parts of menthol;
or 1000 parts of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, 2600 parts of white granulated sugar, 2500 parts of lactose, 10000 parts of maltose syrup, 100 parts of edible essence, 1 part of carbon dioxide, 180 parts of glucose, 660 parts of xylitol, 420 parts of citric acid and 40 parts of menthol.

A foodstuff or health food according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 800 parts of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, 2580 parts of white granulated sugar, 2500 parts of lactose, 10000 parts of maltose syrup, 100 parts of edible essence, 1 part of carbon dioxide, 144 parts of glucose, 528 parts of xylitol, 216 parts of citric acid and 32 parts of menthol;
or 800 parts of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, 2820 parts of white granulated sugar, 2500 parts of lactose, 10000 parts of maltose syrup, 100 parts of edible essence, 1 part of carbon dioxide, 576 parts of glucose, 2112 parts of xylitol, 264 parts of citric acid and 128 parts of menthol;
or 1000 parts of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, 2600 parts of white granulated sugar, 2500 parts of lactose, 10000 parts of maltose syrup, 100 parts of edible essence, 1 part of carbon dioxide, 180 parts of glucose, 660 parts of xylitol, 420 parts of citric acid and 40 parts of menthol.
5. A foodstuff or health food according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the raw materials also comprise hawthorn, tuckahoe and malt.
6. The food or health food according to claim 5, wherein: the weight ratio of the hawthorn, the tuckahoe, the malt and the endothelium corneum gigeriae galli is 1-10:1-10: 1-10;
preferably, the weight ratio of the hawthorn, the tuckahoe, the malt and the endothelium corneum gigeriae galli is 1:1:1: 1.
7. A foodstuff or health food according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the carbon dioxide is carbon dioxide gas.
8. A method for producing a food or health food according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that: it comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials in the weight ratio;
(2) mixing maltose syrup, lactose and edible essence, heating at high temperature to melt into syrup, injecting carbon dioxide, cooling the syrup, disintegrating into fragments, and mixing with citric acid 2% of the weight of the maltose syrup and white granulated sugar 25% of the weight of the maltose syrup to obtain a second raw material;
(3) drying endothelium corneum Gigeriae Galli, or endothelium corneum Gigeriae Galli, fructus crataegi, Poria and fructus Hordei Germinatus, and grinding into fine powder;
(4) mixing the fine powder with menthol, xylitol, glucose, the rest of citric acid and the rest of white granulated sugar to obtain a first raw material;
(5) and mixing the raw material I and the raw material II to obtain the finished product.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein: in the step (2), the carbon dioxide injection is high-pressure carbon dioxide injection.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein: in the step (3), the fine powder is 80-120 meshes of fine powder.
