The difference from example 2 is that: soluble dietary fiber powder was not added to the raw materials, and the addition ratio of the other raw materials was the same as that in example 2.

The difference from example 2 is that: no stabilizer was added to the raw materials, and the addition ratio of each of the other raw materials was the same as in example 2.
The above examples 1-15 and comparative examples 1-4 were characterized as follows:
(1) and (3) characterizing the mouthfeel:
randomly selecting 50 common consumers with the age of 20-30 years, brewing the product, drinking and scoring, wherein the product has the advantages of optimal taste (5 points), good taste (4 points), common taste (3 points), poor taste (2 points) and worst taste (1 point); and discarding invalid data, and calculating the average value as final test data of the product.
(2) Solubility and solubility stability
The time required for the composition to dissolve completely in hot water at 50 ℃ and whether or not precipitation occurred after 15min of standing after dissolution were tested.

As can be seen from the above examples and comparative examples, the composition of the present invention has the following characteristics:
(1) the taste is good, and the taste of young people can be better adapted;
(2) the composition has good solubility, can be quickly dissolved and is convenient to drink;
(3) the composition of the invention does not precipitate after being dissolved in water, which shows that the composition has good dissolution stability in water.
Compared with example 2, the donkey-hide gelatin is not subjected to microwave puffing step, is directly subjected to powdering and sieving, and is reduced in taste and poor in solubility after being added to the composition.
In comparison with example 2, the composition of comparative example 2, which directly uses commercially available dietary fiber powder, has a reduced taste, poor solubility, and poor dissolution stability, and precipitates after dissolution.
Compared with the example 2, the composition has reduced mouthfeel because no soluble dietary fiber powder is added in the raw materials in the comparative example 3.
From comparative example 4, as compared with example 2, the composition had a reduced taste, deteriorated solubility, and poor dissolution stability without adding a stabilizer to the raw materials, and precipitated after dissolution.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. 2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the ingredient powder is one or more of ultra-micro powder, fruit powder, pollen, and extract powder;
the superfine powder comprises one or more of matcha powder, black tea powder, chocolate powder and the like;
the fruit powder comprises one or more of sweet orange powder, strawberry powder, blueberry powder, sea buckthorn powder, cranberry powder, mulberry powder, pomegranate powder, passion fruit powder and the like;
the pollen comprises one or more of rose pollen, sweet osmanthus powder, jasmine powder and the like;
the extract powder comprises one or more of fructus crataegi extract powder, fructus Jujubae extract powder, flos Osmanthi Fragrantis extract powder, flos Jasmini sambac extract powder, herba Menthae extract powder, etc.
3. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the sweetener is one or more of erythritol, fructo-oligosaccharides, xylitol, maltitol, sorbitol, and the like.
4. The composition of claim 1, wherein the soluble dietary fiber powder is one or more of inulin, psyllium husk powder, konjac powder, and the like.
5. The composition of claim 1, wherein the stabilizer is one or more of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, pectin, pullulan, soluble soy polysaccharide, and the like.
6. A process for the preparation of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
(1) pretreating raw materials, puffing block-shaped donkey-hide gelatin by microwave, pulverizing, and sieving to obtain donkey-hide gelatin powder;
(2) the donkey-hide gelatin powder, the ingredient powder, the sweetener, the soluble dietary fiber powder and the stabilizer are added according to parts and mixed evenly.
7. The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein the microwave puffing comprises the following specific steps: subpackaging colla Corii Asini blocks in microwave drying oven, wherein adjacent colla Corii Asini blocks are not contacted with colla Corii Asini and drying oven, microwave drying at 80 deg.C for 5-7min, keeping constant temperature for 5-7min, taking out colla Corii Asini blocks after drying, and naturally cooling to room temperature.

The method of claim 6, wherein the soluble dietary fiber powder is prepared by the following method: adding ethanol solution into dietary fiber powder to obtain suspension, adding alkali, stirring, standing, separating the precipitate, neutralizing with hydrochloric acid solution to neutrality, vacuum filtering, washing with ethanol solution, oven drying, pulverizing, and sieving to obtain soluble dietary fiber powder.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the ethanol solution contains 50 to 70% by volume of ethanol.
10. The preparation method according to claim 8, wherein the alkali is sodium hydroxide solution, and the mass ratio of the sodium hydroxide to the dietary fiber powder is (0.2-0.5): 1.
