The invention provides an on-pole insulation type wire lifting tool which comprises a hanging beam, an insulation pulley, a lifting hook, a diagonal draw bar, an insulation rope, a winding wheel carrier, a supporting rod, a diagonal draw bar bracket and a supporting rod hook nail, wherein one end of the supporting rod is connected with the hanging beam, and the other end of the supporting rod is connected with the supporting rod hook nail; one end of the diagonal draw bar is connected with the hanging beam, and the other end of the diagonal draw bar is connected with the diagonal draw bar bracket; the diagonal draw bar bracket also comprises a diagonal draw bar bracket claw which is connected with the diagonal draw bar bracket; one end of the insulating rope is connected with the winding wheel frame, and the other end of the insulating rope is connected with the lifting hook; the insulating pulley is provided with an insulating rope. Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the invention provides an insulated wire lifting tool on a rod, which comprises a hanging beam 1, an insulated pulley 2, a hook 3, a diagonal draw bar 4, an insulated rope 5, a winding wheel carrier 6, a support rod 7, a diagonal draw bar bracket 8 and a support rod hook nail 9, wherein one end of the support rod 7 is connected with the hanging beam 1, and the other end is connected with the support rod hook nail 9; one end of the diagonal draw bar 4 is connected with the hanging beam 1, and the other end is connected with the diagonal draw bar bracket 8; the diagonal draw bar bracket 8 also comprises a diagonal draw bar bracket claw 80, and the diagonal draw bar bracket claw 80 is connected with the diagonal draw bar bracket 8; one end of the insulating rope 5 is connected with the winding wheel frame 6, and the other end is connected with the lifting hook 3; the insulating pulley is provided with an insulating rope 5.
