Description

非焊接支承板件
本发明背景
本发明涉及质量及热量传递设施,具体涉及包含有其内构筑或倾卸的填充件的容器。这些填充件一般靠在填充部分底部的一支承板上。本发明特别涉及这种支承板。
支承板通常是一单一或平行的焊接结构件。支承板必须能对通过容器的液流进行处理。在一些情况下可能是单一流体流过的任一方向,而在另一些情况下则可能是通过容器的反向气流和液流。如果某个方向的流动即使在一个短时间内过份地起支配作用,支承板也会受到干扰而削弱其支承功能。因此,支承板具有一个整体结构而不是一系列通过重力结合起来的互锁件的刚度是很重要的。
本发明提供一种新设计的支承板件1由此,可以制造一不需要焊接的支承板,这大大方便了制造,同时也便于在容器内装配和拆卸。采用这种板件建造的支承板对于使用中的位移力具有很大的刚度和阻力。
本发明内容
本发明提供一种非焊接支承板部件,包括一伸长槽梁,该槽梁带有一通常为U形横截面并具有多孔侧壁,适于在其开口端区域可松开地安装在平行放置的相邻梁上并与其一侧接触。
槽梁件在使用时相互对准以使槽梁侧面的上部处于接触状态。这些上部适于通过与相邻槽梁上的类似孔对齐设置的孔可松开地相互固定在一起,可采用如螺母与螺栓组合、开口销、C形夹钳等紧固装置,以便将该两槽梁沿其邻接长度至少在两个位置上紧固在一起。为便于容纳紧固装置,槽梁在靠U形横截面开口端处最好有一两侧面平行的部分。
槽梁最好有一个比槽梁开口端分离处窄的平底部。该平底部与在容器内的支承装置的牢固地接合,已装配好的支承板靠在容器上的适当位置。该支承装置最典型的是一放置在容器内表面周围的适当高度的凸缘。
连接底部与靠近开口端部的是带有多个穿孔的倾斜侧壁,当使用由槽梁构成的支承板时,侧壁的多个穿孔可让流体流过。应用时涉及两相逆流流动,侧壁开口应足以允许水蒸汽通过而没有明显的阻力。实际上,这意味着开口应表示为容器横截面的60%左右或更多。斜壁度数取决于开口端和闭合端的相对尺寸,并且两侧面最好一致。
在两相逆流流动操作时,最好在槽梁底部开有多个穿孔,以使液体通过支承板排出。但这种穿孔不应太多或太密,以免降低结构强度。然而,多个穿孔必须足够大以使液体通过时不会产生使液体流入侧壁开孔的液柱。一般来说,多个穿孔约表示为容器横截面积的7-10%。
一进一步的较佳加强特征是槽梁每个上边缘均设有一向内弯成一直角。这有助于抵抗梁在使用时停靠在其上面的材料重量作用下的任何变形。
当槽梁与支承板结合时,可以通过设置呈等腰三角形的端盖板且沿两等边带有连接凸缘,且适于填充相邻横梁倾斜侧壁间的空间并通过将连接凸缘固定到两侧壁上,而进一步提高具有前述倾斜侧壁的槽梁的结构强度。该端盖板也封闭了槽梁间的开口,从而防止填充件向下通过支承件组件。用作固定的装置与用作固定靠近其开口端的槽梁的装置可以相同。

本发明的最佳实施方式
现结合附图具体说明本发明的较佳槽梁的结构和使用。其目的仅在于示意,不能以此构成对本发明范围的实质性限制。
在附图中,具有一通常为U形横截面的槽梁1包括一带有倾斜侧壁4的平底部5,该倾斜侧壁向离开底部的方向延伸并随离底部的距离而增加其间距。侧壁在平行壁部2终止,每一平行壁部均带有一向内延伸的凸缘3。平行壁部开有多个适于接受螺母及螺栓紧固装置的间隔孔7。倾斜壁开有多个适于使流体通过的穿孔8。平底部5上也开有供液体排出的穿孔9。通过螺母及螺栓组合10将端板6拧紧到邻近槽梁开口端的侧壁上。
图2表示一带有一包括如图1所示的三个槽梁的已装配支承板的容器,在任一端均有一同样设计的半槽梁,该半槽梁的平底部置放在一装在反应器壁21内部的支承凸缘20上。
可用于制造槽梁的材料主要取决于其工作环境。由于所要支承的重量,一般均采用钢为材料,最好是不锈钢。但在合适的环境下也可用其它材料代替。
使用时,支承板可根据需要用来支承构筑或倾卸的填充件。这种支承板的特点在于它能在一限定空间中进行装配和折卸而毫无困难,并能以许多不同布局重新使用。因此,它表示了建造反应器容器用支承板的一种极为合适和通用的装置。

Claims (5)

1.一种非焊接支承板部件,包括一伸长槽梁,该槽梁带有一通常为U形横截面并具有多穿孔侧壁,适于在槽梁开口端区域可松开地固定在平行放置的相邻梁上并与其任一侧接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的支承板部件,其特征在于,槽梁横截面包括一平底部,邻近槽梁开口端的平行侧壁,将平底部与平行侧壁连接的向内倾斜侧壁,其中,所述倾斜侧壁开有多个穿孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的支承板部件,其特征在于,至少一个倾斜侧壁装有一端板,所述端板处于一垂直于槽梁长度的平面中,并位于其一端并固定在其一端上,所述端板也适宜于固定在一相邻槽梁上以封闭相邻槽梁倾斜侧壁之间的空隙,从而为支承板在使用时提供了附加刚度。
4.如权利要求3所述的支承板,其特征在于,按照权利要求1的多个槽梁通过置于平行侧壁区域的螺母和螺栓而被紧固在一起,和端板封闭相邻槽梁上的倾斜侧壁之间的空间并用螺栓固定到与所述侧壁端部相邻的端板端部。
5.如权利要求4所述的支承板,其特征在于,所述槽梁的底部开有多个穿孔。
