背景技术
安全阀是一种用于输送管路保护的特种设备,是一种自动阀门。当压力达到整定压力时,它不借助任何外力,而是利用介质本身的力来进行一些操作。
在发生火情情况下,安全阀表面会出现高温的现象,且不容易降下来,并且安全阀在运作时存在内部高压的情况,给管路带来了安全隐患。
为此,我们提出一种能够自动灭火降温,检测锈蚀并除锈与关阀以及将输送液体导入安全方向的耐高温安全阀。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有中技术存在的上述问题,提出了一种能够自动灭火降温,检测锈蚀并除锈与关阀以及将输送液体导入安全方向的耐高温安全阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种耐高温安全阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内部中心设有关阀除锈部件,所述阀体内部位于所述关阀除锈部件远离地面一侧设有自动换向部件,所述阀体内部位于所述关阀除锈部件一侧设有灭火降温部件,所述阀体内部位于所述关阀除锈部件远离所述自动换向部件一侧开有液体入口,所述阀体内部与所述液体入口连通处三个方向分别开有液体出口。

2.通过设置自动换向部件,能够将输送液体导向温度较低一侧,在正常保证液体输送的同时确保安全。
3.通过设置关阀除锈部件,能够在环境温度不可控的情况下进行关阀,对关阀阻力进行检测并自动除锈,确保关阀完成。

工作原理
耐高温安全阀由静止状态下开始启动时,外界发生火情,环境温度升高,膨胀液腔27内液体受热膨胀,推动喷水推杆25带动喷水阀块24面向喷水弹簧22方向移动,进水口21与出水口26导通,水流从多个灭火喷头11喷出对阀体10周围环境及阀体10本体进行灭火降温。
当起火点相对集中时,阀体10所受的温度存在较大不均匀性,两侧换向膨胀液腔47内膨胀液均受热膨胀,但是膨胀程度不同,换向膨胀活塞48带动换向膨胀推杆49面向换向齿条44方向移动,换向膨胀推杆49推动换向齿条44面向换向齿条顶块50方向移动,温度较高一侧换向齿条44率先与换向引导齿轮28脱离并于换向齿轮53啮合,换向齿条44推动换向齿轮53带动换向柱16转动,换向柱16液体出口与低温一侧的液体出口45对齐,在继续输送重要液体时将液体导入低温一侧确保安全。
当火情失控环境温度过高时,关阀电机15启动通过关阀小齿轮14带动关阀齿环13转动,关阀齿环13带动关阀转盘12转动,关阀转盘12通过挤压除锈检测滑块31与关阀转盘弹簧40带动关阀检测盘41转动,如果螺杆19与螺母20之间发生锈蚀无法转动,由于关阀转盘12继续转动并挤压除锈检测滑块31,因此除锈检测滑块31面向除锈检测弹簧座29方向移动并挤压液体,除锈压力环36带动除锈压力推杆34面向除锈顶块32移动,并推动除锈顶块32面向除锈顶杆33方向移动,除锈顶杆33推动除锈阀39面向除锈阀弹簧38方向移动,除锈剂腔23与多个除锈喷口37之间导通,除锈液从除锈喷口37处喷至螺杆19与螺母20连接处完成除锈,关阀转盘12继续带动关阀检测盘41转动完成关阀。

1.一种耐高温安全阀,包括阀体(10),其特征在于,所述阀体(10)内部中心设有关阀除锈部件(81),所述阀体(10)内部位于所述关阀除锈部件(81)远离地面一侧设有自动换向部件(82),所述阀体(10)内部位于所述关阀除锈部件(81)一侧设有灭火降温部件(83),所述阀体(10)内部位于所述关阀除锈部件(81)远离所述自动换向部件(82)一侧开有液体入口(17),所述阀体(10)内部与所述液体入口(17)连通处三个方向分别开有液体出口(45),所述关阀除锈部件(81)与自动换向部件(82)接触并联动,所述灭火降温部件(83)通往所述阀体(10)外部,所述自动换向部件(82)由所述液体入口(17)内的液体作为驱动力,所述关阀除锈部件(81)包括换向柱(16),所述换向柱(16)与所述阀体(10)转动连接,所述换向柱(16)内部中心处固设有螺母(20),所述螺母(20)内部螺纹连接有螺杆(19),所述螺杆(19)靠近所述螺母(20)一端转动设有关阀密封圈(18),所述螺杆(19)远离所述螺母(20)方向滑动套设有关阀检测盘(41),所述关阀检测盘(41)外侧转动套设有关阀转盘(12),所述关阀转盘(12)与所述换向柱(16)转动接触,所述关阀转盘(12)靠近所述关阀密封圈(18)一侧固设有关阀齿环(13),所述换向柱(16)内部位于所述螺杆(19)一侧固设有关阀电机(15),所述关阀电机(15)输出端固设有关阀小齿轮(14),所述关阀小齿轮(14)与所述关阀齿环(13)啮合连接,所述换向柱(16)内部位于所述螺杆(19)远离所述关阀电机(15)一侧固设有除锈剂腔(23),所述关阀转盘(12)与所述关阀检测盘(41)之间通过关阀转盘弹簧(40)连接,所述关阀转盘(12)内部位于所述关阀转盘弹簧(40)处滑动设有除锈检测滑块(31),所述关阀转盘(12)内部位于所述除锈检测滑块(31)远离所述关阀转盘弹簧(40)一侧固设有除锈检测弹簧座(29),所述除锈检测滑块(31)与所述除锈检测弹簧座(29)之间通过除锈检测弹簧(30)连接,所述关阀转盘(12)内部位于所述除锈检测弹簧座(29)处滑动设有除锈压力环(36),所述除锈压力环(36)与所述除锈检测弹簧座(29)之间充满液体,所述除锈压力环(36)远离所述除锈检测弹簧座(29)一侧固设有除锈压力推杆(34),所述除锈压力环(36)与所述关阀转盘(12)之间通过除锈压力弹簧(35)连接,所述换向柱(16)与所述关阀转盘(12)接触面处环绕所述螺杆(19)套设有除锈顶块(32),所述除锈压力推杆(34)与所述除锈顶块(32)对齐,所述除锈顶块(32)远离所述除锈压力推杆(34)一侧固设有除锈顶杆(33),所述除锈顶杆(33)远离所述除锈压力推杆(34)一端固设有除锈阀(39),所述除锈阀(39)与所述换向柱(16)滑动连接,所述除锈阀(39)与所述换向柱(16)之间通过除锈阀弹簧(38)连接,所述换向柱(16)内部侧壁面向所述螺杆(19)方向设有多个除锈喷口(37),所述自动换向部件(82)包括换向齿轮(53),所述换向齿轮(53)固设于所述换向柱(16)顶部,所述换向齿轮(53)顶部转动设有换向引导齿轮(28),所述换向齿轮(53)与所述换向引导齿轮(28)的轮齿对齐,所述阀体(10)内部位于所述换向引导齿轮(28)两侧分别滑动设有换向活塞(42),所述换向活塞(42)靠近所述换向引导齿轮(28)一侧固设有换向推杆(43),所述换向推杆(43)远离所述换向活塞(42)一侧滑动设有换向齿条(44),所述换向齿条(44)与所述换向引导齿轮(28)啮合接触,所述阀体(10)内部中心位于所述换向齿条(44)顶部滑动设有换向膨胀活塞(48),所述换向膨胀活塞(48)靠近所述换向齿条(44)一侧固设有换向膨胀推杆(49),所述阀体(10)内部位于所述换向膨胀活塞(48)远离所述换向膨胀推杆(49)一侧开有换向膨胀液腔(47),所述换向齿条(44)远离所述换向膨胀推杆(49)一侧滑动设有换向齿条顶块(50),所述换向齿条顶块(50)与所述阀体(10)之间通过顶块弹簧(51)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温安全阀,其特征在于,所述灭火降温部件(83)包括喷水阀块(24),所述喷水阀块(24)滑动设于所述换向柱(16)一侧,所述喷水阀块(24)与所述阀体(10)之间通过喷水弹簧(22)连接,所述喷水阀块(24)远离所述喷水弹簧(22)一侧固设有喷水推杆(25),所述喷水推杆(25)远离所述喷水阀块(24)一侧开有膨胀液腔(27),所述阀体(10)内部位于所述喷水阀块(24)面向所述喷水弹簧(22)方向开有进水口(21),所述阀体(10)内部位于所述喷水阀块(24)面向所述喷水推杆(25)方向开有出水口(26),所述阀体(10)外部圆周侧壁固设有多个灭火喷头(11),多个所述灭火喷头(11)与所述出水口(26)连通。
