Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate any miss operation of a valve device due to rust on a safety valve, by arranging a member interlocking a drain exhaust valve and a safety valve between them and increasing the frequency of opening and closing the safety valve. CONSTITUTION:Drain 7 is actuated by rotating an operating portion 9 to move a valve rod 10 upward so that a drain exhaust valve 3 may be in open condition. At the same time, as an interlocking member 14 arranged on a safety valve 2 is pushed up, the safety valve 2 is also set in an open condition. Next, when the drain exhaust valve 3 is closed by rotating the operating portion 9 reversely, an interlocking member 6 is also moved downward, and the safety valve 2 is pushed down by a spring 4. As the result, the safety valve 2 is automatically set in a closed condition. As the removal of drain is done every day, the frequency of opening and closing the safety valve increases, and misoperation due to rust on the safety valve is eliminated.
