本发明涉及纺织材料与医疗器械领域,尤其涉及一种人造血管用纱线及其处理方法。所述纱线的处理方法,包括单纱上底浆的步骤;其中,所述底浆为水溶液,所述水溶液中包含化学交联剂和明胶、肝素、丝素蛋白、白蛋白、胶原蛋白中的一种或多种;所述底浆的浓度为1~100g/L;此外,在单纱上底浆前,预先对单纱进行等离子体处理。本发明通过选择特定的底浆,并在低温条件下对单纱(预先进行等离子体处理)进行上浆,然后低温烘干,以将底浆浆料“预埋”在纱线的纤维内部,而后将烘干后的单纱制成片纱,并对其表面上油,以保护底浆;上述方法可使底浆交联后牢固在纱线纤维内部,表面油剂易于退净而不影响底浆,利于管坯后期的涂层处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料与医疗器械领域,尤其涉及一种人造血管用纱线及其处理方法。
背景技术
涂层处理是人造血管进行动物实验及临床实验的必要前提,同时也是制作人造血管的核心技术,本领域研究人员对此进行了大量的研究。然而,由于人造血管对血液渗透性要求高、且织物密度大,导致涂层很难完全进入紧密的纱线缝隙之间,更难浸润到每根纱线的纤维内部,从而影响涂层的效果。
目前,人造血管的涂层处理绝大多数是从坯管之后开始涂层处理的,由于涂层较难涂覆均匀,往往通过多次涂覆进行改善。CN100364620C公开了一种人造血管胶原蛋白预凝涂层方法,由一机织或针织弹性多孔隙管型结构的合成血管假体,通过至少使用胶原蛋白涂渍液涂层3遍而成,上述的涂渍液包括胶原蛋白和增塑剂,通过倾注使其均匀涂布于血管假体的基底层内,干燥后运用热交联的方法固定胶原蛋白;CN1919356A公开了一种人造血管丝素蛋白浸渍涂层的方法,由一机织或编织弹性多孔隙管型结构的合成血管假体,通过至少使用丝素蛋白混合液涂层5遍而成,丝素蛋白液涂层血管假体前需混合增塑剂,通过倾注并使其均匀涂布于血管假体的基底层内,干燥后通过暴露于甲醛蒸汽中交联固定;然而,上述专利文件提供的技术方案反复涂层次数较多,而反复涂层次数越多,大货生产中每次涂层的质量稳定性越难把控。
鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
为了提供一种涂层均匀的人造血管用纱线,本发明对人造血管用纱线的处理方法进行了探究,以解决人造血管后期涂层难浸入织物孔隙之间及其纤维内部的问题。
具体而言,发明人发现导致上述问题的至少一部分原因在于:纱线的上浆方式是影响坯管处理流程及人造血管成品的整体质量的关键因素之一。
基于上述发现,本发明首先提供了一种(人造血管用)纱线的处理方法,包括单纱上底浆的步骤;
其中,所述底浆为水溶液,所述水溶液中包含化学交联剂和明胶、肝素、丝素蛋白、白蛋白、胶原蛋白中的一种或多种;所述底浆的浓度为1~100g/L。
本发明发现,对单纱上特定的底浆,可以使人造血管后期涂层容易浸入织物孔隙之间及其纤维内部,同时有利于后期涂层附着。
作为优选,纱线为纺织合成纤维。
为了提高单纱上底浆的牢固性,作为优选,在单纱上底浆前,预先对单纱进行等离子体处理。
本发明还发现,单纱在纱筒上退绕后,预先进行等离子体处理,通过调节等离子体处理器的进气量、输出功率、单纱与等离子体处理器的距离等工艺参数,增加纱线表面的活性基团。
进一步地,所述等离子体处理的气体为O2、N2、Ar、He、H2中的一种或多种,进气量为30~3000ml/min;所述等离子体处理的输出功率为25~100W;
更进一步地,单纱与等离子体处理器的距离为2~20cm。
作为优选,所述化学交联剂为甲醛、戊二醛、乙二醛或乙醛;所述化学交联剂的浓度为0.1~5%。
作为优选,所述底浆的温度为10~60℃,黏度为5~500mPa.s;采用温度和粘度在上述范围内的底浆,可以使人造血管后期涂层更易浸入织物孔隙之间及其纤维内部。
作为优选,在低温条件下对单纱上底浆有利于浆液浸润粘附,具体地,在20~40℃下进行单纱上底浆的步骤。
作为优选,所述处理方法还包括烘干的步骤;所述烘干的温度为30~60℃;
进一步地,烘干后,所述单纱的上浆率为0.5~8%。
作为优选,所述处理方法还包括片纱表面上油的步骤;
所述油为由油剂经乳化制得,所述油剂选自矿物油、动物油脂、抗静电剂、表面活性剂中的一种或几种,所述乳化的温度为20~40℃;
进一步地,所述油的温度为10~40℃;
进一步地,在15~30℃下进行片纱表面上油的步骤。
本发明中,将依次经过等离子体处理、上底浆、烘干后的单纱制成片纱,再对片纱进行表面上油,可以保护底浆,并在减小织造时纱线摩擦的同时,进一步提高织造效率及质量。
此外,本发明所采用的油剂均为生态环保型油剂,对环境基本无影响。
作为本发明的较佳技术方案,所述处理方法包括如下步骤:
(1)对单纱进行等离子体处理;
其中,所述等离子体处理的气体为O2、N2、Ar、He、H2中的一种或几种,进气量为30~3000ml/min;所述等离子体处理的输出功率为25~100W;单纱与等离子体处理器的距离为2~20cm;
(2)在20~40℃下,对经过等离子体处理后的单纱上底浆;
其中,所述底浆为水溶液,所述水溶液中包含化学交联剂和明胶、肝素、丝素蛋白、白蛋白、胶原蛋白中的一种或多种;所述化学交联剂为甲醛、戊二醛、乙二醛或乙醛;所述化学交联剂的浓度为0.1~5%;所述底浆的浓度为1~100g/L;所述底浆的温度为10~60℃,黏度为5~500mPa.s;
(3)对上底浆后的单纱进行烘干;所述烘干的温度为30~60℃;烘干后,所述单纱的上浆率为0.5~8%;
(4)将烘干后的单纱制成片纱;
(5)在15~30℃下,采用整浆联合方式对所述片纱进行表面上油;所述油为由油剂经乳化得到,所述油剂选自矿物油、动物油脂、抗静电剂、表面活性剂中的一种或几种,所述乳化的温度为20~40℃;所述油的温度为10~40℃。
在上述技术方案中,将烘干后的单纱制成片纱的具体操作如下:按照织造要求,将全幅织物所需要的总经纱根数分成若干个织轴,确定每个织轴的根数,织轴根数即为筒纱数量;具体为将几百个筒子放在筒子架上同时被引出,然后经过张力调节、上油、除静电后卷成织轴。
作为优选,所述处理方法还包括整经的步骤;所述整经按照织造需要的头数和米数进行。
本发明中,采用整浆联合方式对片纱进行表面上油后整经,直接做成织轴,不仅提高生产效率,且纱线张力均匀,质量稳定,利于织造。
本发明还提供一种纱线,所述纱线由上述方法处理得到。
本发明同时提供上述纱线在制备人造血管中的应用。
本发明的有益效果在于:

实施例1
本实施例提供一种纱线,如图1和图2所示,其处理方法如下:
(1)单纱在纱筒上退绕后,利用等离子体处理器对单纱进行等离子体处理;
其中,所述单纱为涤纶DTY圆形丝75D/36F低弹微网;所述等离子体处理的气体为O2,进气量为450ml/min;所述等离子体处理的输出功率为38W;单纱与等离子体处理器的距离为5.1cm;
(2)使用单纱上浆机,在32℃下,对单纱上底浆;
其中,所述底浆为水溶液,所述水溶液中包含0.2%的戊二醛和3%的明胶或丝素蛋白,所述底浆的浓度为1~100g/L;所述底浆的温度为25℃,黏度为58mPa.s;单纱上浆机的车速为120m/min,张力最小350;
(3)对上底浆后的单纱进行烘干;预烘干温度为43℃,烘房温度为38℃;烘干后,所述单纱的上浆率为1.8%;
(4)按照织造工艺要求的根数与米数,将烘干后的单纱制成片纱;
(5)在25℃下,采用整浆联合方式对所述片纱进行表面上油;所述油为由油剂经乳化得到,所述油剂选自矿物油、动物油脂、抗静电剂、表面活性剂中的一种或几种,所述乳化的温度为28℃;所述油的温度为25℃;
(6)按照织造工艺的头数300根,6000m进行整经;坯管织造表面平整无毛羽,织造效率在95%以上,后期涂层后人造血管无渗漏。
本实施例的纱线的渗透性实验实物图如图3所示。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种纱线,如图1和图2所示,其处理方法如下:
(1)单纱在纱筒上退绕后,利用等离子体处理器对单纱进行等离子体处理;
其中,所述单纱为涤纶FDY变形丝50D/24F长丝;所述等离子体处理的气体为N2,进气量为500ml/min;所述等离子体处理的输出功率为45W;单纱与等离子体处理器的距离为3.8cm;
(2)使用单纱上浆机,在35℃下,对单纱上底浆;
其中,所述底浆为水溶液,所述水溶液中包含0.5%的甲醛和丝素蛋白、白蛋白、明胶中的一种;所述底浆的浓度为1~100g/L;所述底浆的温度为28℃,黏度为130mPa.s;单纱上浆机的车速为80m/min,张力最小350;
(3)对上底浆后的单纱进行烘干;预烘干温度为45℃,烘房温度为42℃;烘干后,所述单纱的上浆率为2.3%;
(4)按照织造工艺要求的根数与米数,将烘干后的单纱制成片纱;
(5)在25℃下,采用整浆联合方式对所述片纱进行表面上油;所述油为由油剂经乳化得到,所述油剂选自矿物油、动物油脂、表面活性剂中的一种或几种,所述乳化的温度为30℃;所述油的温度为25℃;
(6)按照织造工艺的头数400根,8000m进行整经;坯管织造表面平整无毛羽,织造效率在95%以上,后期涂层后人造血管无渗漏。
对比例1
本对比例提供一种纱线,其处理方法与实施例1的区别仅在于:步骤(1)中,所述底浆为水溶液,所述水溶液中包含丙烯酸类和PVA类浆料。
按照织造工艺的头数300根,6000m进行整经;坯管织造退浆,后期使用相同方法涂层后人造血管有渗漏。
试验例1
本试验例针对实施例1~2、对比例1的纱线进行性能测试,具体如下:
(1)测试方法:将实施例1~2和对比例1的纱线分别用作人造血管,分别接入超精密血管介入手术模拟系统中,分别加压至90mmHg、120mmHg、140mmHg,称量各人造血管的整体水渗漏量;
(2)测试结果如表1所示;

虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种纱线的处理方法,其特征在于,包括单纱上底浆的步骤;
其中,所述底浆为水溶液,所述水溶液中包含化学交联剂和明胶、肝素、丝素蛋白、白蛋白、胶原蛋白中的一种或多种;所述底浆的浓度为1~100g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于,在单纱上底浆前,预先对单纱进行等离子体处理。
3.根据权利要求2所述的处理方法,其特征在于,所述等离子体处理的气体为O2、N2、Ar、He、H2中的一种或多种,进气量为30~3000ml/min;所述等离子体处理的输出功率为25~100W;
优选地,单纱与等离子体处理器的距离为2~20cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于,所述化学交联剂为甲醛、戊二醛、乙二醛或乙醛;所述化学交联剂的浓度为0.1~5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于,所述底浆的温度为10~60℃,黏度为5~500mPa.s;和/或,在20~40℃下进行单纱上底浆的步骤。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的处理方法,其特征在于,还包括烘干的步骤;所述烘干的温度为30~60℃;
优选地,烘干后,所述单纱的上浆率为0.5~8%。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的处理方法,其特征在于,还包括片纱表面上油的步骤;
所述油为由油剂经乳化制得,所述油剂选自矿物油、动物油脂、抗静电剂、表面活性剂中的一种或几种,所述乳化的温度为20~40℃;
优选地,所述油的温度为10~40℃;和/或,在15~30℃下进行片纱表面上油的步骤。
8.根据权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)对单纱进行等离子体处理;
其中,所述等离子体处理的气体为O2、N2、Ar、He、H2中的一种或几种,进气量为30~3000ml/min;所述等离子体处理的输出功率为25~100W;单纱与等离子体处理器的距离为2~20cm;
(2)在20~40℃下,对经过等离子体处理后的单纱上底浆;
其中,所述底浆为水溶液,所述水溶液中包含化学交联剂和明胶、肝素、丝素蛋白、白蛋白、胶原蛋白中的一种或多种;所述化学交联剂为甲醛、戊二醛、乙二醛或乙醛;所述化学交联剂的浓度为0.1~5%;所述底浆的浓度为1~100g/L;所述底浆的温度为10~60℃,黏度为5~500mPa.s;
(3)对上底浆后的单纱进行烘干;所述烘干的温度为30~60℃;烘干后,所述单纱的上浆率为0.5~8%;
(4)将烘干后的单纱制成片纱;
(5)在15~30℃下,采用整浆联合方式对所述片纱进行表面上油;所述油为由油剂经乳化得到,所述油剂选自矿物油、动物油脂、抗静电剂、表面活性剂中的一种或几种,所述乳化的温度为20~40℃;所述油的温度为10~40℃。
9.一种纱线,其特征在于,由权利要求1~8任一项所述方法处理得到。
10.权利要求9所述的纱线在制备人造血管中的应用。
