Description

Vehicle cover body treatment jig
Technical Field
The invention relates to a vehicle cover body treatment jig.
Background
In order to improve public transportation safety, the outside of the vehicle body is covered with a cover body. When the vehicle is collided, the cover body can protect passengers and parts in the vehicle body, and the danger generated when accidents happen is reduced. In addition, the cover body covers the parts in the vehicle body, so that the parts can be prevented from being damaged due to external influences, and adverse influences on the earth environment are reduced.
In the prior art, there has been a method of positioning a cover on a vehicle body. The mechanical arm can align the mounting hole arranged on the hinge arm at the side of the car body of the cover body with the mounting hole of the car body, and the bolt can be conveniently inserted into the mounting hole for fastening. However, the torsion applied to the bolt at the time of fastening may move the vehicle body side hinge arm of the hood in association. In the case where more than one mounting hole is provided, after the first bolt is inserted into the first mounting hole to be fastened, the positioning of the body-side hinge arm of the cover may be deviated, resulting in misalignment of the remaining mounting holes.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, the same reference numbers will be used throughout the drawings and the description to refer to the same or like parts.
Fig. 1 is a schematic front view of a vehicle hood treatment jig adsorption hood according to an embodiment of the invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic side view of the vehicle hood treatment jig adsorption hood of fig. 1. In the present embodiment, the vehicle cover processing jig 100 is used to position the cover 10 with the hinge 12 attached thereto on a vehicle body (not shown), and process the cover 10. The specific structure of the vehicle hood processing jig 100 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
In the present embodiment, the vehicle cover treatment jig 100 includes a jig body 110, an adsorption pad 120, and a locking mechanism 130. The jig main body 110 is provided on the robot 140, and the suction pad 120 is provided so as to be capable of lifting and lowering with respect to the jig main body 110 and suctioning and holding the cover 10 located below from above. The number of the adsorption pads 120 is, for example, four, so that the cover 10 can be firmly and satisfactorily adsorbed. The lock mechanism 130 is detachably provided on the jig body 110, and locks the vehicle body side hinge arm 14 of the hinge 12.
The suction pads 120 are provided so that each suction pad 120 can be lifted and lowered, and the position can be changed according to a different vehicle type, and the cover 10 can be stably and satisfactorily sucked and held at the position according to the vehicle type without exchanging parts.
The vehicle cover processing jig 100 of the present invention can ensure that the vehicle body side hinge arm 14 of the cover 10 does not move and cause positional deviation when fastening by locking the vehicle body side hinge arm 14 of the cover 10 by the lock mechanism 130. Further, the locking mechanism 130 is removable and can be easily replaced. Therefore, the vehicle cover processing jig 100 of the present invention can be matched with different vehicle types only by replacing the locking mechanism 130, thereby reducing the cost.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the locking mechanism of the vehicle hood treatment jig of fig. 1 detached from the jig body. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the locking mechanism 130 includes a frame 132, a first connecting member 134, a locking member 136, and a first engaging member 138. The first connecting member 134 is provided at a center portion of the frame 132, the locking member 136 is provided at an end portion of the frame 132 in the left-right direction to correspond to the cover 10, and the first engaging member 138 is provided between the first connecting member 134 and the locking member 136.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the number of the first engaging members 138 is, for example, two, and the number of the locking members 136 is, for example, two in the present embodiment. The locking mechanism 130 is bilaterally symmetrical about the first connecting member 134, and the first connecting member 134 is located between the two first engaging members 138. Two locking members 136 are provided at the left and right direction ends of the frame 132, respectively, and two first engaging members 138 are provided between the first connecting member 134 and the two locking members 136, respectively. Further, in the present embodiment, the first connecting member 134 is offset from the two first engaging members 138 in the left-right direction.
In the present embodiment, the jig body 110 includes a second connecting member 112 and a second engaging member 114. The second connecting member 112 is positioned at the first connecting member 134 and connects the first connecting member 134. The second engagement member 114 is positioned on the first engagement member 138 and is connected to the first engagement member 138. Accordingly, the number of second engagement members 114 is, for example, two, and the second connection member 112 is located between two of said second engagement members 114.
In the present embodiment, the first connecting member 134 and the second connecting member 112 employ an automatic tool changer (Automatic tool changer, ATC). The automatic tool changer is a detachable fixing device that is attached to an end of the robot arm and is used to detachably replace and fix a processing device such as a tool or a circuit, and can be locked by pressing a ball against a wedge member, and the lock mechanism 130 can be switched according to a different vehicle type in a short time. Further, since the first connecting member 134 and the second connecting member 112 have processing means such as a circuit, electric power can be supplied to a proximity sensor (described later) or the like provided in the lock mechanism 130.
The first engagement member 138 and the second engagement member 114 reduce the torque applied to the first connection member 134 and the second connection member 112, and thus the structure can be miniaturized. In addition, the torque force due to the fastening of the cover 10 can be transmitted to the jig body 110 instead of only the locking mechanism 130. Thus, the influence of torsion on the frame 132 can be reduced, and the requirement for rigidity of the frame 132 can be reduced. Accordingly, the lock mechanism 130 can be designed to be light-weight and small-sized.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the frame 132 includes a common frame portion 132a and a dedicated frame portion 132b. The common frame portion 132a constitutes an intermediate portion of the frame 132, and is provided with a first connecting member 134 and a first engaging member 138. The dedicated frame portion 132b constitutes a laterally extending portion of the frame 132, and is provided with a lock member 136. In the present embodiment, the number of the dedicated frame portions 132b is two, the two dedicated frame portions 132b are provided at the end portions of the common frame portion 132a in the left-right direction, and the lock member 136 is provided at the end portions of the dedicated frame portion 132b in the left-right direction.
As described above, the different types of vehicles can be handled by simply designing and replacing the dedicated frame portion 132b in accordance with the different types of vehicles. Thus, the vehicle cover processing jig 100 of the present invention can be easily adapted to different vehicle types, and thus can reduce the cost.
Fig. 4 is an exploded view of the hinge and locking member of the enclosure of fig. 1. As shown in fig. 4, the back of the cover 10 is provided with a hinge 12. The hinge 12 is composed of a cover-side hinge arm 16 attached to the back surface of the cover 10, a body-side hinge arm 14 attached to the body side, and a hinge pin 18 for connecting the cover-side hinge arm 16 and the body-side hinge arm 14 to be rotatable relative to each other. The vehicle body side hinge arm 14 includes a standing wall portion 14a extending in a direction perpendicular to the central axis C of the hinge pin 18 (vertical direction in fig. 4), and an edge portion 14b extending in a substantially perpendicular direction from the standing wall portion 14a, and a mounting hole is provided in the edge portion 14b at a position corresponding to the bolt hole provided on the vehicle body side. The bolts are passed through the mounting holes and tightened to the bolt holes, so that the vehicle body side hinge arms 14 can be fixed to the vehicle body.
Further, the lock member 136 is provided in the dedicated frame portion 132b, and has a groove portion 136a with a downward opening. The standing wall portion 14a of the vehicle body side hinge arm 14 is inserted into the groove portion 136a of the locking member 136, whereby the locking member 136 locks the vehicle body side hinge arm 14. A proximity sensor 139 (shown in fig. 2) for detecting the presence or absence of a workpiece is provided near the groove 136a, and it is checked whether the standing wall 14a of the vehicle body side hinge arm 14 is inserted into the groove 136a. This makes it possible to perform the fastening operation while confirming that the standing wall portion 14a of the vehicle body side hinge arm 14 is firmly locked, and to ensure that the vehicle body side hinge arm 14 of the cover 10 does not undergo positional deviation.
In summary, in the vehicle cover processing jig of the present invention, the lock mechanism is detachably provided on the jig body, and locks the vehicle body side hinge arm of the hinge. In this way, the lock mechanism can ensure that the vehicle body side hinge arm of the cover does not move and cause positional deviation when fastening. In addition, the locking mechanism can be replaced simply, so that the vehicle cover processing jig can be matched with different vehicle types only by replacing the locking mechanism, and the cost can be reduced. Accordingly, the vehicle cover processing jig of the present invention can prevent the movement of the cover body side hinge arm at the time of fastening, thereby avoiding deviation in positioning of the cover body side hinge arm.
