Technical Field
The invention relates to a pet food processing technology, in particular to a light processing technology capable of improving the digestibility of pet food, and belongs to the field of food processing.
Background
With the increasing importance of pet-raising users to pets, the dietary habits and the exercise amounts of pets are gradually changing. This is accompanied by a continuing decline in the digestibility of pet foods, and the low digestibility of pet foods has not been effectively addressed by current pet food formula components. The invention provides a light processing technology capable of improving digestion function. The light processing technology can effectively improve the digestibility of the pet food, and is specifically described as follows.
The invention provides a light processing technology for improving the digestibility of pet food, which comprises three links of raw material screening, crushing and reaction, wherein light factors are added in the reaction link.
The light factor involved in the light processing technology of the invention consists of one or more of pepsin, trypsin, neutral protease, carboxypeptidase and oligosaccharide.
The pepsin related to the light processing technology of the invention contains pepsin E1023 obtained by fermenting and extracting saccharomyces cerevisiae E1023 with the patent preservation number of CGMCC No. 23323.
The saccharomyces cerevisiae E1023 with the preservation number of CGMCC No.23323 is preserved in the China general microbiological culture Collection center of the institute of microbiology, No. 3 of the institute of microbiology of China academy of sciences, No. 1 of West Lu, No. 3 of the North Chen West province, Tokyo, the city, 9 months and 1 day 2021.
The trypsin involved in the light processing technology of the invention contains trypsin E1036 obtained by fermenting and extracting saccharomyces cerevisiae E1036 with the patent preservation number of CGMCC No. 23324.
The saccharomyces cerevisiae E1036 with the preservation number of CGMCC No.23324 is preserved in the China general microbiological culture Collection center of the institute of microbiology, No. 3 of the institute of microbiology of China academy of sciences, No. 1 of West Lu, No. 3 of the North Chen West province, the Beijing city, on 9 months and 1 day of 2021.
The neutral protease related to the light processing technology comprises neutral protease E1062 obtained by fermenting and extracting saccharomyces cerevisiae E1062 with the patent preservation number of CGMCC No. 23325.

The carboxypeptidase involved in the light processing technology of the invention contains carboxypeptidase E2307 obtained by fermenting and extracting Pichia pastoris E2307 with the patent preservation number of CGMCC No. 23327.

The pepsin of the present invention, except for pepsin E1023, is commercially available pepsin, and can be obtained by those skilled in the art without any creative effort.

The oligosaccharide involved in the light processing technology of the invention consists of one or more of fructooligosaccharide, soybean oligosaccharide, chitosan oligosaccharide and mannan oligosaccharide.
The oligosaccharides of the present invention are commercially available oligosaccharides and can be obtained by one of ordinary skill in the art without any creative effort.
The light processing technology provided by the invention has the advantages that the addition amount of light factors in a reaction link is 1-10% by weight.
Furthermore, the light factor is added in the reaction link in an amount of 3-5 wt%.
The screening link involved in the light processing technology of the invention needs sensory evaluation without mucus, mildew and plaque and rancidity flavor.
The light processing technology of the invention uses the crushing sieve sheet with the aperture of 1 mm-10 mm in the crushing link.
In the reaction link involved in the light processing technology, raw materials need to continuously react for 24-36 hours in a reaction kettle under the condition of normal temperature and normal pressure.
The light processing technology provided by the invention is applied to the preparation of puffed pet food, wet pet food, baked pet food, cold rolled pet food, air dried pet food, pet snacks and pet health care products.
The light processing technology of the invention is applied to human food, pet food, human and pet food and animal feed.

The results of the effect test are shown in the figure (fig. 4) of the specification.
The above example (table 4) was able to increase pet food digestibility by 11.8%.
Note: the experiment is completed in the life science center of Chinese agriculture university, and the data is from 240-hour test results of 45 adult dogs in tracking test.
Example 5:

The results of the effect test are shown in the figure (fig. 5) of the specification.
The above example (table 5) is able to increase pet food digestibility by 24%.
Note: the experiment is completed in the life science center of Chinese agriculture university, and the data is derived from 240-hour test results of 39 adult cat tracking tests.

Claims (14)

1. A light processing technology for improving the digestibility of pet food comprises three links of raw material screening, crushing and reaction, and is characterized in that light factors are added in the reaction link.

5. The light processing technology as claimed in claim 2, wherein the neutral protease contains neutral protease E1062 obtained by fermentation and extraction of Saccharomyces cerevisiae E1062 with the patent preservation number of CGMCC No. 23325.
6. The light processing technology of claim 2, wherein the carboxypeptidase comprises carboxypeptidase E2307 obtained by fermentation and extraction of Pichia pastoris E2307 with the patent deposit number of CGMCC No. 23327.
7. The light processing technology of claim 2, wherein the oligosaccharide is one or more of fructooligosaccharide, soybean oligosaccharide, chitosan oligosaccharide, and mannooligosaccharide.
8. The light processing technology according to claim 1, characterized in that the light factor is added in the reaction link in an amount of 1-10% by weight.
9. The light processing technology according to claim 8, characterized in that the light factor is added in the reaction link in an amount of 3-5% by weight.
