The vacuum-pumping unit 71 includes two bag-supporting plates 711 for leveling the bag opening of the packaging bag toward two sides, and a vacuum-pumping pusher plate 712 for vacuum-pumping the interior of the packaging bag. The vacuum-pumping material pushing plate 712 is a hollow structure and has a vacuum-pumping channel formed therein, the vacuum-pumping channel is externally connected with a vacuum-pumping device and controlled by an electromagnetic valve, and an opening of the vacuum-pumping channel is located at a free end of the vacuum-pumping material pushing plate 712. On one hand, the vacuuming pusher plate 712 performs a vacuuming operation by being inserted into the packaging bag; on the other hand, the vacuum pumping material pushing plate 712 pushes the material trays in the packaging bag to the bottom of the packaging bag, so that the positions of the material trays in the packaging bag can be conveniently unified, and the quality of vacuum packaging is guaranteed. The eighth supporting plate 714 is relatively provided with a pair of synchronous belt wheels 717, the two synchronous belt wheels 717 are connected together through a conveying belt 719 to form a circulating transmission structure, the two bag supporting plates 711 are respectively fixed on belt bodies on two sides of the conveying belt 719 through fixing parts, the movable end of the eleventh air cylinder 716 is fixedly connected with one bag supporting plate 711, and by driving one bag supporting plate 711 to move, under the linkage transmission of the conveying belt 719, the synchronous mutual approaching or separating movement of the other bag supporting plate 711 is realized, so that the bag supporting action is realized. A second sliding rail 7141 is arranged on the eighth supporting plate 714, and the two bag supporting plates 711 are movably arranged on the second sliding rail 7141 through sliding blocks; the portion of the bag supporting plate 711 inserted into the package bag is designed to have a flat structure.
In order to ensure that the vacuumizing pushing plate 712 smoothly enters the packaging bag and maintain the stability of the position of the packaging bag, the vacuumizing unit 71 further comprises a bag opening pressing module 718, and the bag opening pressing module 718 comprises a twelfth air cylinder 7181, a ninth supporting plate 7182 which is driven by the twelfth air cylinder 7181 to move left and right, a thirteenth air cylinder 7183 fixed on the ninth supporting plate 7182, and a pressing plate 7184 which is driven by the thirteenth air cylinder 7183 to move up and down.
The bag sealing unit 72 includes an upper bag sealing module 721 and a lower bag sealing module 722, and in order to ensure that the bag opening suction platform 16 is located at the rear side of the lower bag sealing module 722, the lower bag sealing module 722 is integrally disposed on the third support plate 12 in the bag transferring unit 1, and the bag opening suction platform 16 is fixed on the lower bag sealing module 722. The upper bag sealing module 721 includes a tenth air cylinder 7211 and a ninth air cylinder 7212, an upper bag pressing bar 7213 driven by the tenth air cylinder 7211 to move up and down, and an upper heat sealing knife 7214 driven by the ninth air cylinder 7212 to move up and down. The lower bag sealing module 722 comprises a seventh motor 7221 fixed on the third support plate 12, a floating mounting seat 7222 driven by the seventh motor 7221 to move up and down, a lower bag pressing strip 7223 and a lower heat sealing knife 7224 which are mounted on the floating mounting seat 7222, wherein the lower bag pressing strip 7223 and the upper bag pressing strip 7213 are arranged oppositely up and down at the bag sealing station; the lower heat-seal knife 7224 and the upper heat-seal knife 7214 are disposed opposite to each other in the up-down direction at the bag sealing station. The bag-opening suction platform 16 is fixed to the floating mount 7222. The floating mount 7222 includes a mount body (not shown), and a mount block (not shown) elastically and floatingly disposed on the mount body, thereby forming a floating structure. In this embodiment, by providing the floating mounting seat 7222, the upper and lower bag pressing bars and the upper and lower heat sealing knives can be completely contacted when being attached, thereby ensuring the vacuum-pumping effect and the hot air effect.
The labeling and material receiving unit 8 comprises a material receiving conveying line 81 which is in butt joint with the packaging bag transferring unit 1 on the bag sealing station, a labeling station which is located at one end of the material receiving conveying line 81, a labeling module 82 which is arranged above the labeling station, a positioning module 83 which is used for positioning a packaging product on the labeling station, and a label supplying module 84 which is located on one side of the material receiving conveying line 81.
The working principle of the full-automatic tray vacuum envelope packaging equipment 100 of the embodiment is as follows: the packaging bag carrying unit 4 sucks a packaging bag in the packaging bag bin 2, then the packaging bag is placed on the supporting platform 13 in the packaging bag transferring unit 1, and at the moment, the bag opening adsorption platform 16 rises to support the bag opening area of the packaging bag; on the supporting platform 13, the adsorption module 44 on the packaging bag carrying unit 4 and the suction cup 161 on the bag opening adsorption platform 16 are used for opening the packaging bag to a certain degree, then the bag opening insertion plate 5422 in the bag opening and bag opening unit 5 is inserted into the packaging bag, the bag pressing block 5424 compresses the upper and lower bag opening parts of the packaging bag, then the packaging bag is opened along with the up-and-down movement of the bag opening insertion plate 5422, meanwhile, air is blown into the packaging bag through the air blowing holes 5425 on the mounting seat 5421, the opening speed and the opening effect of the packaging bag are improved, and the materials are conveniently and smoothly pushed in; after the packaging bag is unfolded, the two second limiting baffles 152 in the limiting module 15 move relatively to a set position, so that a certain limiting and guiding effect is provided for pushing materials into the two sides; at the moment, the material tray moves in place along with the material tray conveying unit 3, the opening of the bag opening of the packaging bag is directly aligned with the tail end of the material tray conveying unit 3, the material tray is pushed to the bag opening of the packaging bag through the pre-pushing module 67, and then the material tray is completely pushed into the packaging bag through the material pushing plate assembly 63; the bag pressing block 5424 loosens the clamping on two sides of the opening of the packaging bag, and the bag opening inserting plate 5422 returns; the supporting platform 13 drives the packaging bag with the material tray to move to the bag sealing station; in the moving process, the second limit baffle 152 is kept at the original position, and the suction cup 161 is kept in a suction state; at the bag sealing station, a pressing plate 7184 on a bag opening pressing module 718 is used for pressing the lower side edge of a bag opening, then a seventh air cylinder 713 extends out, a bag opening plate 711 and a vacuumizing pushing plate 712 are inserted into the packaging bag, an eighth air cylinder 715 is started, the material tray is pushed to the bottom of the packaging bag by the vacuumizing pushing plate 712, meanwhile, an eleventh air cylinder 716 drives the two bag opening plates 711 to expand outwards to open the packaging bag, the bag opening of the packaging bag is pulled into a flat shape, an upper bag pressing strip 7213 moves downwards, an upper bag pressing strip 7213 moves upwards, the two bag opening plates are mutually attached and pressed, the edges of the bag opening of the packaging bag begin to be vacuumized, after the vacuum degree inside the packaging bag reaches a set value, an upper heat sealing knife 7214 descends to seal, and the vacuumizing pushing plate 712 and the bag opening plate 711 withdraw from the packaging bag; after the bag sealing is completed, the lifting conveying module 14 ascends to convey the packaging bag to the receiving conveying line 81, the packaging bag is conveyed to the labeling station through the receiving conveying line 81, then the packaging bag is blocked by the positioning module 83 and aligned for positioning, the labeling module 82 labels, and after the labeling is completed, the packaging bag is conveyed out through the receiving conveying line 81 to complete the blanking.
