Description

The present invention relates to a bagging device for inserting an article to be packaged into a bag from the side.

In a bagging device for inserting an article to be packaged into the bag from the side of the bag mouth, if the article to be packaged is a collective article or an easily deformable article, the bag opened by the bag opening means Insert the packaged object into the bag with the support from the lower part facing the mouth, and use a stopper to prevent the packaged packaged product from reversing when the receiver is removed. (See, for example, Prior Art Documents 1 and 2).
JP-A-9-58617 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-40202

For example, the conventional technology described above can be used to pack a bag that is difficult to maintain its posture when the article is stationary after insertion, such as a packaged article made up of, for example, an assembly of rice crackers or the like in the form of sashimi. When it is applied to a device that seals the mouth, it is a configuration that only releases the support of the stopper after the receptacle is removed, so that the article on the side of the bag mouth lies down from the inclined position, so that the article becomes a bag. A problem is pointed out that defective packaging occurs such that an article sticks into the sealing means when protruding to the mouth side and then sealing the bag mouth.

For this reason, conventionally, when such bagging is performed by an automatic bagging device, a bag having a large volume is used. However, the use of large-capacity bags not only raises the packaging cost but also reduces the value of the sashimi-stacked packaged goods such as rice crackers after packaging, reducing the product value, and until the packaged products are sold. At the time of distribution, there has also been a situation in which breakage or chipping occurs due to dance of individual articles caused by gaps between the articles.

In recent years, from the viewpoint of reducing the amount of garbage in response to environmental problems and reducing the cost of packaging materials, packaging using a bag that has a minimum capacity for the size of the package is required. However, it cannot be said that the conventional technology sufficiently satisfies the demand.

That is, in view of the above-mentioned problems inherent in the conventional bagging apparatus, the present invention has been proposed to suitably solve these problems, and can be automatically packed using a bag having a smaller volume than conventional ones. An object is to provide an apparatus.

In order to solve the above-described problems and achieve an intended purpose, a bagging device according to the present invention includes:
It is arranged at every bag transfer interval on the supply conveyor that runs in parallel on the side facing the bag mouth of the bag that is held at a predetermined interval by the bag transfer conveyor and transferred in a horizontal posture, and accommodates each packaged item. An article storage unit;
A bag that moves in the moving direction of the article accommodating portion and is provided at predetermined intervals in the bag transfer direction corresponding to the article accommodating portion, and pushes the articles to be packaged in the article accommodating portion and opens by the bag opening means. Clogging means to be inserted from the mouth;
An insertion member that is provided in the packing means and moves in the article insertion direction by supporting the lower part of the article to be packaged with a receiving tool;
An article support member that is housed in the stuffing means and supports the rear part in the article insertion direction of the article to be packed and moves in the bag transfer direction while retreating the insertion member, and retracts out of the bag;
Prior to releasing the article support by the article support member, the bag lower surface side at the rear part in the article insertion direction of the article to be packaged is lifted and supported, and the bag mouth is sealed at the same speed as the traveling speed of the bag transfer conveyor. And posture maintaining means that move toward the bag transfer direction,
After the support by the posture maintaining means, the opening maintenance of the bag mouth by the bag opening means is released.

According to the bagging device of the first aspect of the present invention, the article to be packaged after being inserted into the bag is supported by the posture maintaining means, and the bag can be transferred in the supported state to seal the bag mouth portion. Therefore, even if it is an unstable package that cannot maintain the packing posture after being inserted into the bag, automatic bagging with a minimum required volume of the bag is possible without causing defective packaging. Yes. Therefore, for example, it is possible to obtain a packaged product in which articles to be wrapped such as rice crackers are gathered in a sashimi stack and packed without losing posture, thereby reducing the commercial value, It can prevent cracking and chipping of rice crackers and contribute to reducing packaging costs.

According to the bagging device of the second aspect, since the posture maintaining means is configured by arranging the protruding pieces on the cable body at predetermined intervals, the configuration can be simplified. According to the bagging device of the third aspect, the article support member that has moved forward integrally with the insertion member is held at the forward end position that supports the article to be packaged. The configuration can be simplified.

According to the bagging device of the fourth aspect, the bag mouth of the bag is held open from the inside of the bag by a pair of openers so as to define the article passage. Insertion can be achieved. According to the bagging device of the fifth aspect, the bag transfer conveyor, the supply conveyor, the packing unit, and the posture maintaining unit are configured to continuously move, so that the packaging capability can be improved. According to the bagging device of the sixth aspect, since the left and right upper sides of the packaged object are guided by the guiding means when the packaged object is inserted into the bag by the packing means, It is possible to prevent the posture from collapsing during insertion of the articles to be packaged. According to the bagging device of the seventh aspect, since the bag mouth portion of the bag continuously transferred by the bag transfer conveyor can be opened by suction from above and below by the auxiliary opening means, the bag opening means without pausing the bag transfer A reliable opening can be achieved. According to the bagging device according to claim 8, when the articles to be packaged such as rice crackers gathered in a sashimi pile shape are inserted from the bag mouth toward the bag bottom, the rearmost article rises and the alignment state is lost. Can be prevented.

Next, the bagging apparatus according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings by citing preferred embodiments. (See Figure 3). The suction force by the first and second suction cups 17 and 28 is set so as to be released at an appropriate time after the later-described openers 32 and 32 are inserted into the opened bag mouth portion.

A supply conveyor 29 that continuously circulates at the same speed as the speed of the bag transfer conveyor 12 across the travel path of the suction belt 16 is located on one side of the bag transfer conveyor 12 where the bag mouth of the bag 11 faces. It is installed side by side. The supply conveyor 29 is provided with buckets 31 serving as article storage portions via bases 30 that are spaced apart at intervals of the holding means 13 (bag 11 transfer interval) in the bag transfer conveyor 12. Each of the buckets 31 accommodates an article to be packaged 14 in which a plurality of articles 14a are stacked in a sashimi shape and are collected in two rows in the bag transfer direction, and are transferred by a bag transfer conveyor 12. Correspondingly, it is continuously transferred toward the downstream side. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the bucket 31 includes side walls 31b and 31b over substantially the entire length in the front-rear direction at both the left and right ends in the width direction of the bottom wall 31a. An inclined rear wall 31c capable of supporting the rear side of the article 14a at the rearmost end accumulated in a slanting manner is provided, and movement in the width direction of each article group accommodated in the bucket 31 is restricted by the side walls 31b and 31b. At the same time, the rearmost article 14a is supported by the inclined rear wall 31c so that the posture of the article to be packaged 14 is not changed. The inclined rear wall 31c is formed with an opening portion 31d through which an insertion member 43 and an article support member 49 of the packing means 39 described later can pass. In addition, in the bottom wall 31a, corresponding to the position where each article group is placed, a recess 31e through which a fork 43a described later can pass below the article group is formed. The lower circular chord portion of the article 14a is fitted into each article row to prevent each article row from being displaced from side to side.

As shown in FIG. 4, a pair of openers 32 and 32 as bag opening means for opening the bag mouth of the bag 11 transferred by the bag transfer conveyor 12 are respectively provided on the front end side of the bucket 31 in the article insertion direction. Attached to the base 30. Each opener 32 is formed in a substantially semi-cylindrical shape, and is rotatably disposed so as to be spaced apart from each other in the bag transfer direction and to face the inner peripheral side thereof. Further, the pair of openers 32 and 32 are held at positions where the tips do not interfere with the bag mouth end of the bag 11 transferred by the bag transfer conveyor 12 in the closed state where the tips are close to each other. When the distal ends of the 32 and 32 are turned away from each other, the distal ends are inserted into the bag mouth to hold the left and right end portions of the bag mouth in an arc shape from the inner side. An article passage 33 through which the package 14 passes is defined (see FIG. 5). In addition, at the rear end portion of each opener 32, an expanded portion 32 a that is separated from the other opener 32 as it goes rearward is formed, so that the article 14 to be packaged entering from the rear into the article passage 33 can be reliably guided. It is like that.

Both the openers 32, 32 are connected to each other via a link mechanism 34 on the lower surface thereof, and are always configured to be held in a closed state. In addition, an opening / closing cam 35 is disposed at a predetermined length along the bag transfer direction below the travel path of the base 30, and an opening / closing follower 36 connected to the link mechanism 34 opens and closes as the base 30 moves. By rolling along the cam 35, the openers 32 are opened. The open / close cam 35 is arranged so as to maintain the open state of the openers 32, 32 opened upstream from the article feed start position in the clogging means 39, which will be described later, up to the article support start position by the attitude maintaining member 56, which will be described later. The installation position is set.

In addition, above the article passage 33 defined by the openers 32, 32, the individual articles accumulated when the article 14 is pushed by the filling means 39 described later and passes through the article passage 33. An upper guide 37 that restricts the upward movement of 14a is provided.

A moving conveyor 38 that continuously circulates at the same speed as that of the supply conveyor 29 is juxtaposed on the rear side in the article insertion direction of the supply conveyor 29, and is accommodated in the bucket 31. Packing means 39 for inserting the packaged article 14 into the opened bag 11 is disposed at intervals of the bucket 31. The holding means 13 disposed on the bag transfer conveyor 12, the openers 32 and 32 and bucket 31 disposed on the supply conveyor 29, and the filling means 39 disposed on the moving conveyor 38 include at least the bags. Over the region from the opening position to the article support start position by the posture maintaining member 56, it is configured to continuously move in the bag transfer direction in a substantially aligned state (see FIG. 1) before and after the article insertion direction.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the clogging means 39 is slidably disposed on a pair of guide shafts 40, 40 that are separated in the traveling direction of the moving conveyor 38 and extend along the article insertion direction. A holding member 42 extending along the sliding direction is fixed to the slider 41, and a pair of scooping the lower surface of each article group housed in the bucket 31 at the front end of the holding member 42 in the article insertion direction. The insertion member 43 including the forks (receivers) 43a and 43a is disposed. Further, a first follower 44 is rotatably disposed on the lower surface of the slider 41, and a guide rail 45 on which the first follower 44 rolls as the clogging means 39 travels is provided on the travel path of the clogging means 39. It is arranged below. The guide rail 45 is configured such that the first follower 44 rolls along the guide rail 45 so that the insertion member 43 is retracted to the rear of the bucket 31 and the article insertion position is inserted into the bag 11. Set to move forward and backward. The insertion member 43 is advanced to the article insertion position downstream from the bag opening position by the openers 32, 32, and the insertion member 43 is retracted to the retracted position until the article maintenance start position by the posture maintaining member 56 is reached. Further, the arrangement position of the guide rail 45 is set.

As shown in FIG. 4, the insertion member 43 is provided with an inclined surface portion 43b which is inclined toward the rear side in the article insertion direction toward the upper side at the base portion from which each fork 43a extends, and is scooped by the fork 43a. The articles 14a accumulated in the form of sashimi are configured to be fed into the bag while maintaining the inclined posture of the individual articles 14a by the inclined surface portion 43b. In addition, the upper support piece 43c is disposed between the upper ends of the inclined surface portions 43b and 43b so as to protrude in the pushing direction, and the last article 14a accumulated by the upper support piece 43c when the article to be packaged 14 is inserted. 14a is supported so that the articles 14a and 14a rise along the inclined surface portions 43b and 43b and are not disturbed in the stacking posture (see FIG. 5).

A shaft 47 is disposed on the holding member 42 at the top of each fork 43 a via a bracket 46 so as to be movable forward and backward in the article insertion direction, and a pair of shafts 47, 47 are connected by a connector 48. And configured to move integrally. Further, an article support member 49 is disposed at the front end of each shaft 47 in the article insertion direction, and the article 14a in the article group can be supported by the support member 49. On the front surface of the article support member 49, an inclined surface portion 49a that is inclined rearward in the article insertion direction as it goes upward is formed, and the inclined surface portion 49a supports the last article 14a that is accumulated in a sashimi stack. The inclined posture of the article 14a can be maintained.

Each shaft 47 is retracted such that the inclined surface portion 49a of the article support member 49 is always substantially the same as the inclined surface portion 43b of the insertion member 43 by a compression spring 50 stretched between the bracket 46 and the connector 48. It is hold | maintained at a position, and it is comprised so that it can move forward integrally with the insertion member 43. FIG. In addition, a second follower 51 is rotatably disposed on the upper part of the coupling tool 48, and the second follower 51 of the coupling tool 48 that has moved integrally with the insertion member 43 when the insertion member 43 moves forward to the article insertion position is engaged. A holding cam 52 on which the second follower 51 rolls as the clogging means 39 travels is disposed at a possible position so as to extend a predetermined length along the article transfer direction. When the insertion member 43 moves backward from the article insertion position toward the retracted position along the guide rail 45, the second follower 51 rolls along the holding cam 52, so that the article support member 49 is moved. It is configured to be able to hold the group of articles at the advance end position where they can be supported without being retracted to the retracted position. As a result, when the insertion member 43 is retracted from the bag, the last article 14a accumulated in a sashimi stack is supported by the article support member 49 provided in the stuffing means 39, and the article to be packaged. 14 can be prevented from being disturbed. When the second follower 51 is separated from the holding cam 52, the article support member 49 is configured to retract toward the retracted position by the elasticity of the compression spring 50. Further, the position at which the holding cam 52 is disposed is set so that the position at which the article support member 49 returns from the forward end position to the retracted position is after the article support is started by the attitude maintaining member 56 described later.

Above the traveling path of the bucket 31 in the supply conveyor 29, the transfer direction of the supply conveyor 29 corresponds to the article insertion position where the article 14 is inserted from the bucket 31 into the bag 11 by the clogging means 39. An endless belt (cord) 53 that continuously circulates at the same speed as that of the conveyor 29 is disposed along the belt. The endless belt 53 is provided with a plurality of upper holding guides 54 spaced apart in the running direction at intervals corresponding to the arrangement intervals of the buckets 31, and the upper holding guides 54 are packaged as shown in FIG. A central guide body 54a for holding the central portion of the article 14 in the transfer direction, and a pair of side guide bodies (guide means) 54b that are positioned on both the left and right sides of the central guide body 54a and hold the upper left and right sides of the package 14 , 54b. When the article 14 to be packaged transferred by the supply conveyor 29 is pushed from the bucket 31 toward the bag mouth by the stuffing means 39, the upper holding guide 54 is located on the upper surface of the accumulated article group and its center. In addition, the left and right upper parts are supported so that the sashimi stacking posture is maintained without the articles 14a standing.

In the auxiliary opening means 15 on the downstream side from the end of travel of the suction belt 16, the article support member 49 exceeds the sealing position by the sealing means 58 described later from the upstream side from the position where the article support member 49 moves backward from the forward end position toward the retracted position. Over the position, an endless belt (cord) 55 that continuously circulates at the same speed as the speed of the conveyor 12 along the bag transfer direction of the bag transfer conveyor 12 is disposed. The endless belt 55 is positioned so as to travel in a lower position along a travel line in the bag transfer direction of the article support members 49 and 49 held at the forward end position. Further, the endless belt 55 is provided with posture maintaining members 56 formed of a plurality of protruding pieces arranged in the traveling direction at predetermined intervals in the traveling direction, and prior to releasing the article support by the article support members 49, 49, the attitude maintaining member. 56, the bag mouth side end (the last article 14a, 14a) of the article to be packaged 14 is lifted and supported from the bag lower surface side, and the posture inclined in the sashimi stacking state as the stuffing posture is maintained. To get. As shown in FIG. 8, the support position of the article 14 to be packaged by the posture maintaining member 56 is an intermediate portion between the left and right support positions of the pair of article support members 49, 49, and the article support members 49, 49 are retracted. The travel position of the endless belt 55 is set so as to be in a positional relationship that is set outside the route and does not interfere when the article support members 49 and 49 are retracted from the bag. In the embodiment, the endless belt 55 and the posture maintaining member 56 constitute posture maintaining means.

Above the travel path of the posture maintaining member 56, as shown in FIG. 9, a bag guide 57 that supports the bag mouth of the bag 11 from above is from the article support start position of the article 14 to be packaged by the posture maintaining member 56. It is arranged to extend to a position beyond the sealing position of the sealing means 58. That is, the bag mouth side of the bag 11 packed with the article to be packaged 14 is transferred toward the downstream side while being slightly pressed by the bag guide 57 from above.

On the downstream side of the posture maintaining means, sealing means 58 for sealing the bag mouth of the bag 11 filled with the article 14 to be packaged is disposed, and the sealing means 58 is disposed at the interval of the holding means 13. Two sets of sealing devices 58A and 58B spaced apart in the transfer direction are provided, and the two bags 11 and 11 can be sealed simultaneously. That is, as shown in FIG. 9, a pair of guide rails 59, 59 extending in the bag transfer direction are arranged in parallel with a space in the vertical direction, and the seal frame 60 is horizontally disposed along the both guide rails 59, 59. The seal frame 60 is provided with two sets of seal devices 58A and 58B in series along the bag transfer direction, and both the seal devices 58A and 58B together with the corresponding bags 11 and 11 are arranged downstream. Configured to move to. In addition, since the structure of both sealing device 58A, 58B is the same, it demonstrates about the structure of one 1st sealing apparatus 58A, and shall attach | subject the same code | symbol to the same member of the other 2nd sealing apparatus 58B.

The first sealing device 58A has a pair of holding claws 61 and 61 (only one is shown) that moves back and forth between a retracted position that is spaced from the bag mouth of the bag 11 and an insertion position that is inserted into the bag. They are spaced apart in the bag transfer direction. The pair of holding claws 61 and 61 are configured to move toward and away from each other. After being inserted into the bag in a state of being close to each other, the pair of holding claws 61 and 61 move away from each other, thereby opening and closing the bag mouth of the bag 11 It can be expanded into a substantially flat shape. Furthermore, the first sealing device 58A includes a pair of heating seal bars 62, 62 that are vertically opposed to sandwich the bag mouth portion 11b of the bag 11 so as to be movable toward and away from each other. The bag mouth portion 11b is sealed while moving in the bag transport direction while sandwiching the bag mouth portion 11b.

Note that a pair of sandwiching plates 64 and 64 that move close to and away from each other are disposed on the seal frame 60 between the seal devices 58A and 58B so as to face each other vertically with the bag mouth portion 11b interposed therebetween. It positions so that it may pinch | interpose between the bag mouth side edge parts of the to-be-packaged goods 14 which were wrapped. And it is comprised so that the bag mouth part 11b pinched by the both clamping plates 64 and 64 from the upper and lower sides may become flat with a pair of heating seal bars 62 and 62. FIG. Further, the sealing means 58 is set to have the same speed as the bag transfer speed at least when the seal means 58 is moved downstream while sandwiching the bag mouth in the bag transfer direction.

(Effects of Example)
Next, the operation of the bagging device according to the above-described embodiment will be described.

The lower surface of the bag mouth portion 11 b extending to the side of the conveyor in the bag 11 continuously transferred by the bag transfer conveyor 12 is adsorbed and held on the upper surface of the belt through the suction hole 16 a in the adsorption belt 16. Further, while the moving body 21 moves downstream, the first suction cup 17 and the second suction cup 28 descend to hold the upper surface of the bag 11 on the bag mouth side and the bag bottom side, and both suction cups. By raising 17 and 28, the bag 11 is almost entirely opened from the bag mouth to the bottom (see FIG. 3). Then, the auxiliary opening means 15 that holds the upper and lower surfaces of the bag 11 by suction moves to the downstream side together with the bag 11 while maintaining the opened state of the bag 11.

With respect to the holding means 13 for holding and transferring the bag 11, the openers 32 and 32 and the bucket 31 provided on the supply conveyor 29 and the clogging means 39 provided on the moving conveyor 38 are arranged before and after the article insertion direction. It is moving downstream in a substantially aligned state. When the openers 32 and 32 arrive at the bag opening position, the open / close follower 36 rolls on the open / close cam 35 to open the openers 32 and 32 toward the open position, and the end portions of the openers 32 and 32 are opened. The auxiliary opening means 15 inserts the bag into the inside from the bag opening and holds the inner left and right sides in an arc shape. At this time, an article passage 33 is defined between the pair of openers 32 and 32. The suction force by the suction cups 17 and 28, which are upper suction members of the auxiliary opening means 15, is released when the openers 32 and 32 are inserted into the bag mouth, and is used for the next auxiliary opening of the bag 11. The moving body 21 moves upstream. Further, the suction of the lower surface of the bag by the suction belt 16 which is the lower suction member of the auxiliary opening means 15 is continued, and the bag 11 is reliably transferred.

As the moving conveyor 38 travels, the first follower 44 of the jamming means 39 rolls along the guide rail 45 so that the insertion member 43 of the jamming means 39 moves forward from the retracted position toward the article insertion position. To do. Each group of articles in the sashimi-like packaged article 14 accommodated in the corresponding bucket 31 is scooped from below by the pair of forks 43a and 43a in the insertion member 43, and the inclined surface portions 43b and 43b. Thus, the rearmost articles 14a, 14a are pushed from the bucket 31 toward the bag mouth that is held open by the openers 32, 32 while being supported obliquely from below. At this time, the rear upper portions of the rearmost articles 14a and 14a are also supported by the upper support piece 43c of the insertion member 43. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the upper center and left and right upper parts of the package 14 are guided by the upper holding guide 54 that moves the upper part of the bucket 31 at the same speed in the bag transfer direction, and from the bucket 31 toward the bag mouth. It is possible to prevent the posture of the article to be packaged 14 from being collapsed.

The article to be packaged 14 supported by the insertion member 43 and pushed out from the bucket 31 passes through the article passage 33 defined by the pair of openers 32 and 32 and is inserted into the bag 11. Thus, since the article 14 to be packaged is inserted into the bag 11 through the article passage 33 defined by the openers 32, 32, the article 14 to be packaged contacts the bag mouth end of the bag 11 for smooth insertion. Is not disturbed. Further, since the article 14 to be packaged when passing through the article passage 33 is restricted from moving upward by the individual guides 14a by the upper guides 37 disposed on the upper parts of the openers 32 and 32, the articles to be packaged are packaged. It is prevented that the posture of the object 14 collapses and the article 14a protrudes upward, and smooth insertion into the bag 11 is achieved.

When the insertion member 43 arrives at the article insertion position, the top of the accumulated article group reaches the bottom of the bag, and the article to be packaged 14 is accommodated in the bag 11, the movement of the stuffing means 39 in the bag transfer direction occurs. The insertion member 43 is retracted from the bag and returned to the retracted position by the action of the first follower 44 and the guide rail 45. At this time, the second follower 51 disposed on the connector 48 rolls the holding cam 52, whereby the article support members 49 and 49 are held at the forward end position facing the bag. That is, when the insertion member 43 is retracted from the bag, the last article 14a accumulated in a sashimi stack is supported by the inclined surface portion 49a of each article support member 49. Is prevented from being disturbed.

After the article to be packaged 14 accommodated in the bag 11 is supported by a pair of article support members 49, 49 and the suction transfer of the bag 11 by the suction belt 16 is released, as shown in FIG. The posture maintaining member 56 projecting from the bag lifts and supports the bag mouth side end of the article 14 to be packaged while being supported by the article support members 49, 49, in a sashimi-stacked state. Maintain a tilted posture. The second follower 51 moves away from the holding cam 52 as the packing means 39 moves downstream in the bag transfer direction, so that the pair of article support members 49 and 49 move in the bag transfer direction. With the elasticity of the compression springs 50, 50, the support 14 is released by moving backward from the forward end position toward the retracted position. However, since the article to be packaged 14 is supported by the attitude maintaining member 56 in a tilted sashimi-like inclined posture prior to the release of article support by the article support members 49, 49, the article to be packaged 14 continues to have a bagging posture. It is transported downstream in a maintained state (see FIG. 7). In addition, after the article supporting members 49 and 49 are retracted out of the bag, the opening / closing follower 36 is separated from the opening / closing cam 35, and the pair of openers 32 and 32 are closed so that they are extracted from the bag mouth. At this time, the bag body 11a on the bag mouth side of the bag 11 is slightly pressed from above by the bag guide 57, so that the bag mouth is prevented from being greatly swollen upward. Further, the holding means 13, the openers 32 and 32, the bucket 31, the stuffing means 39, and the posture maintaining member 56 continuously move toward the downstream side in the bag transfer direction, so that each process is performed without stopping the transfer of the bag 11. Manufacturing capability.

When the packed product transferred by the bag transfer conveyor 12 arrives at the sealing position, the holding claws 61 and 61 of the corresponding sealing devices 58A and 58B that move to the downstream side in the bag transfer direction together with the bag 11 come close to each other. In this state, it is inserted into the bag mouth by advancing from the retracted position to the insertion position, and then the holding claws 61, 61 are separated from each other, whereby the bag mouth is pulled to the left and right and becomes substantially flat. Next, the clamping plates 64, 64 move close to each other to clamp the bag mouth portion 11b to make it flat, and after the holding claws 61, 61 are retracted to the retracted position, the pair of heating seal bars 62, Since the 62 is close to each other, the bag mouth portion 11b is reliably sealed without generating a seal wrinkle.

At the time of sealing by the sealing means 58, the packaged material 14 accommodated in the bag 11 is supported by the posture maintaining member 56 and maintained in the bagging posture as shown in FIG. The posture of the article 14a is not disturbed and falls to the bag mouth side, and it is possible to prevent the heat seal bars 62, 62 from biting the article 14a and causing defective packaging. That is, since the bag mouth portion 11b can be sealed without breaking the sashimi-like posture of the article 14 to be packaged, the bag 11 can be packaged in a bag 11 with a small storage volume, and the article can be tightly packed. Since 14a can be brought into a close accommodation state without dancing inside the bag, it is possible to prevent cracking and chipping of the article 14a and reduce the packaging material cost. When inserting the bag of the article 14 to be packaged, the forks 43a and 43a of the insertion member 43, the upper support piece 43c, the side walls 31b and 31b of the bucket 31, the upper holding guide 54, the openers 32 and 32, the upper guide 37, etc. Since the entire periphery except for the front of the article 14 to be packaged, which is pushed from the bucket 31 and inserted into the bag 11, is guided in a supported state, even when the bag 11 has a small storage volume, The posture of the accumulated article is not disturbed. Further, since the bag 11 is transferred to the sealing means 58 with the bag guide 57 supporting the bag mouth portion side of the bag body portion 11a from above, the bag mouth is held by the holding claws 61 and 61 and the sandwiching plates 64 and 64. When flattening the portion 11b, wrinkles are unlikely to occur and a good seal without wrinkles can be provided. Furthermore, since the posture maintaining member 56 and the bag guide 57 support the articles 14a and 14a on the bag mouth side of the package 14 from above and below, the posture maintenance during transfer is further ensured.

When the heating seal bars 62 and 62 and the sandwiching plates 64 and 64 are separated from each other, the seal frame 60 moves upstream and waits for the next seal.
