as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the package capping mechanism 20 includes a cover plate pressing mechanism 21 located above the end of the lower shaping conveyer 17 and a side plate turnover mechanism 22 located on one side of the cover plate pressing mechanism 21.
The cover plate pushing mechanism 21 includes a pushing plate translation assembly 23, a pushing plate lifting assembly 24 disposed on the pushing plate translation assembly 23, and a pushing plate 25 disposed on the pushing plate lifting assembly 24, the pushing plate translation assembly 23 may employ a belt or other assemblies, the pushing plate lifting assembly 24 may employ a motor or other drives, and is configured to drive the pushing plate 25 to translate forward and press downward at the same time, so as to flatten the vertical upper cover 106.
As an embodiment, the pushing plate 25 is shown in fig. 6, and includes a horizontal pressing plate 531, a pair of rear pushing plates 532 vertically disposed at two sides of the bottom of the rear end of the horizontal pressing plate 531, and a pair of wedge-shaped pressing blocks 533 connected to two sides of the bottom of the front end of the horizontal pressing plate 531, where the rear side of the wedge-shaped pressing blocks 533 is an inclined plane, when the pushing plate 25 moves forward and presses downward, the wedge-shaped pressing blocks 533 first contact the upper cover 106 and press the upper cover 106 downward until the wedge-shaped pressing blocks 533 press the front side plate 107 of the upper cover 106, so as to turn the front side plate 107 downward, and at the same time, the horizontal pressing plate 531 contacts and presses the upper cover 106, and the rear pushing plate 532 contacts and presses the rear side plate 105 of the box bottom 101 and pushes the whole packing box 7 out.
As an embodiment, the side plate turning mechanism includes a vertically disposed turning driving cylinder 54, a supporting plate 55, a lifting plate 56, a link mechanism 57 and a turning pressing plate 58, the lifting plate 56 is connected to the bottom of the turning driving cylinder 54 and movably disposed on the back of the supporting plate 55 through a guide rail 69, the supporting plate 55 is provided with a pair of shafts 60 and a pair of longitudinal slots 61 (two pairs are arranged side by side in fig. 4 and 5 if two packing boxes are required to be simultaneously acted), the pair of turning pressing plates 58 are disposed on the front portion of the supporting plate 55 and respectively sleeved on the corresponding shafts 60, one end of each link mechanism 57 is connected to the lifting plate 56, and the other end of each link mechanism is connected to the corresponding turning pressing plate 58 through the longitudinal slot 61. The turning press plates 58 are horizontally arranged when not in operation, and after the packing box 7 is pushed between the two turning press plates 58, the lifting plate 56 is driven to descend by the turning press driving cylinder 54 and the connecting rod mechanism 57 is driven to move downwards along the longitudinal groove 61, so that the two turning press plates 58 are respectively driven to be turned inwards to be vertical, the left side plate 108 and the right side plate 108 of the upper cover 106 are respectively turned downwards and pressed and are bonded with the corresponding side plates of the box bottom 101 through the previous glue spraying.
As an embodiment, the side plate turning mechanism further includes a front top plate 62 disposed at the front portion of the supporting plate 55, a pushing rod 63 connected to the front top plate 62 and penetrating to the back portion of the supporting plate 55, a linkage block 64 disposed at the end of the pushing rod 63, and a wedge-shaped guide block 65 disposed at the back portion of the supporting plate 55, wherein a wedge surface of the wedge-shaped guide block 65 contacts and cooperates with the linkage block 64, when the turning driving cylinder 54 drives the lifting plate 56 to descend, the wedge-shaped guide block 65 descends along with the descending rod to push the linkage block 64, the pushing rod 63, and the front top plate 62 to advance out through the wedge surface, and cooperates with the rear push plate 532, so as to finally bond and fix the front side plate 73 of the upper cover and the corresponding side plate of the box bottom 101, as shown in fig. 16.
In conclusion, the automatic boxing and packaging equipment can effectively realize automatic arrangement of products, automatic forming of box paper, automatic boxing of the products and final automatic cover sealing of the packaging boxes, improves efficiency and also ensures packaging effect.
However, those skilled in the art should realize that the above embodiments are illustrative only and not limiting to the present invention, and that changes and modifications to the above described embodiments are intended to fall within the scope of the appended claims, provided they fall within the true spirit of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. An automatic cartoning and packaging equipment for block-shaped products is characterized by comprising:
the product feeding device comprises a feeding conveyer belt, a sorting conveyer belt and a sorting mechanism, wherein products on the feeding conveyer belt are orderly transferred to the sorting conveyer belt after being sorted by the sorting mechanism;
the packaging box forming device comprises a box paper tray mechanism for storing flat box paper, a box paper sucker mechanism for sucking the box paper and transferring the box paper to an upper forming conveying belt, an upper forming conveying belt arranged on the rear side of the box paper tray mechanism and provided with a first glue sprayer at the front end, wherein a forming guide sleeve matched with the box bottom of the box paper is arranged at the rear end of the upper forming conveying belt, a forming pressing mechanism arranged above the forming guide sleeve, and a lower forming conveying belt arranged below the forming guide sleeve at the front end of the upper forming conveying belt;
the product boxing device comprises a product boxing mechanism, a second glue sprayer and a packaging box cover sealing mechanism, wherein the product boxing mechanism is used for transferring products on the arranging conveying belt into a packaging box on the lower forming conveying belt, and the second glue sprayer is arranged in front of the packaging box cover sealing mechanism and is used for spraying glue to a left side plate, a right side plate and a front side plate of an upper cover of the packaging box; the packaging box sealing mechanism is used for sealing a packaging box and comprises an upper cover pushing mechanism and a side plate turning and pressing mechanism, wherein the upper cover pushing mechanism is positioned above the lower forming conveying belt, and the side plate turning and pressing mechanism is arranged on one side of the upper cover pushing mechanism relatively.

An apparatus for automatically boxing and packaging block products as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the forming guide sleeve is a rectangular cavity formed by a plurality of guide blocks in a surrounding mode and comprises four tongue plate guide blocks which are arranged on four corners of the rectangle in a divided mode and correspond to four tongue plates of front and rear side plates of the box bottom of the box paper and side plate guide blocks which are arranged on four sides of the rectangle in a divided mode and correspond to the four side plates of the box bottom, wherein the top height of each tongue plate guide block is higher than the top height of each side plate guide block.
3. An apparatus for automatically boxing and packaging block products as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the upper end surfaces of the tongue plate guide block and the side plate guide block are provided with inward guide arc surfaces, and the radius of the guide arc surface of the side plate guide block corresponding to the left side plate and the right side plate of the box bottom is larger than that of the guide arc surface of the side plate guide block corresponding to the front side plate and the rear side plate of the box bottom.

An apparatus for automatically boxing and packaging block products as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the forming pressing mechanism comprises a pressing head matched with the forming guide sleeve and a driving piece for driving the pressing head to press downwards, and a sucker is further arranged at the bottom of the pressing head.

An apparatus for automatically boxing and packaging block products as set forth in claim 4, wherein: and a hem shovel is further arranged on one side of the lower pressing head, and a gap for the hem shovel to pass through is formed between the side plate guide block corresponding to the box bottom rear side plate and the tongue plate guide block corresponding to the tongue plate of the box bottom rear side plate.

An apparatus for automatically boxing and packaging block products as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the upper cover pushing and pressing mechanism comprises a pushing and pressing plate translation assembly, a pushing and pressing plate lifting assembly arranged on the pushing and pressing plate translation assembly, and a pushing and pressing plate arranged on the pushing and pressing plate lifting assembly, wherein the pushing and pressing plate comprises a horizontal pressing plate, a rear pushing plate vertically arranged at the bottom of the rear end of the horizontal pressing plate, and a wedge-shaped pressing block connected to the bottom of the front end of the horizontal pressing plate, and the rear side surface of the wedge-shaped pressing block is an inclined surface.

An apparatus for automatically boxing and packaging block products as set forth in claim 6, wherein: the side plate turning and pressing mechanism comprises a turning and pressing driving cylinder, a supporting plate, a lifting plate, a connecting rod mechanism and a turning pressing plate, the lifting plate is connected with the bottom of the turning and pressing driving cylinder and movably arranged at the back of the supporting plate, a pair of shafts are arranged on the supporting plate in a penetrating mode and provided with a pair of longitudinal grooves, the pair of turning pressing plates are arranged at the front of the supporting plate and are respectively sleeved on the corresponding shafts, one end of each connecting rod mechanism is connected with the lifting plate, and the other end of each connecting rod mechanism penetrates through the longitudinal grooves and is connected with the.

An apparatus for automatically boxing and packaging block products as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the side plate turning and pressing mechanism further comprises a front top plate arranged on the front portion of the supporting plate, a push rod connected with the front top plate and penetrating to the back portion of the supporting plate, a linkage block arranged at the tail end of the push rod, and a wedge-shaped guide block arranged on the back portion of the supporting plate, wherein a wedge-shaped surface of the wedge-shaped guide block is in contact fit with the linkage block.
9. An apparatus for automatically boxing and packaging block products as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the product boxing mechanism comprises a mechanical arm and a plurality of groups of product suckers arranged on the mechanical arm.
