The second vacuum chuck 25 is connected to a vacuum device (not shown) through a vacuum line (not shown), the vacuum line is provided with a first vacuum solenoid valve (not shown), the first vacuum solenoid valve is connected to an encoder in an induction manner, and the encoder controls the first vacuum solenoid valve to open or close, so as to control the second vacuum chuck 25 to generate negative pressure or zero pressure.
The document attracting means 2 further includes a second photosensor 26 for determining whether or not the document or the like has been successfully attracted.
As shown in fig. 1, the package conveying device 3 includes a package rack 31 and a third vacuum chuck (not shown in the figure) for sucking and transferring the package in the package rack 31 to the unpacking station 41 of the conveyor 40 of the boxing machine 4.
As shown in fig. 5, the boxing machine 4 includes a conveyor belt 40, a box opening station 41, a feeding station 42, a first tab folding station 43, a second tab folding station 44, a third tab folding station 45, a side tab folding station 46, a tongue folding station 47, a tongue inserting station 48, and a finished product output station 49 are sequentially arranged from left to right in the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 40, and the finished product output station 49 is used for conveying the boxed finished product to the next process or warehouse.
As shown in fig. 6, the front end and the rear end of the box opening station 41 are both provided with a first pressing plate 411 for pressing the tongue 63 of the packing box 6, the front end of the first pressing plate 411 is provided with a guide opening, when in conveying, the tongue of the packing box slides into the first pressing plate 411 along the guide opening, and the space below the first pressing plate 411 is a guide groove for the tongue of the packing box to slide. The rear end of the box opening station 41 is provided with a first guide block 412, and the first guide block 412 is arranged on the upper portion of the box opening station 41 and used for picking up the hanging lug 64 of the packaging box 6, so that the packaging box 6 is opened, and feeding in the next process is facilitated.
The front end and the rear end of the feeding station 42 are both provided with a second pressing plate 421 for pressing a big tongue of a packaging box, the rear end of the feeding station is also provided with a first pushing plate (not shown in the figure), a third driving device (such as an air cylinder) for driving the first pushing plate to push materials, and a second guide block 422 for picking up a hanging lug 64 of the packaging box 6, the feeding station 42 is arranged right in front of the synchronous conveying belt 5, the synchronous conveying belt 5 and the packaging box conveyed on the feeding station 42 are on the same horizontal plane, and the first pushing plate is arranged right at the rear end of the synchronous conveying belt 5. In operation, the third driving device drives the first pushing plate to push forwards, so as to push the materials on the synchronous conveyor belt 5 into the packaging boxes 6 at the feeding station 42.
Preceding, the back both ends of first hangers station 43 all are equipped with the third clamp plate 431 that is used for pressing the tongue of packing carton, the rear end of first hangers station 43 still includes first wedge guide block 432, is used for pushing down the briquetting 433 of hangers and is used for driving fourth drive arrangement 434 that briquetting 433 goes up and down, first wedge guide block 431's top is located to briquetting 433. When the packing box 6 enters the first hanger folding station 43, the pressing block 433 presses the hanger of the packing box downwards, and the hanger is bent along the first wedge-shaped guide block, so that preliminary bending is completed. It should be noted that the pressing block 433 is preferably wedge-shaped and matches with the structure of the first wedge-shaped guide block 432, so as to facilitate the bending of the hanging lug of the packing box along the first wedge-shaped guide block 432.
The front end and the rear end of the second lug folding station 44 are respectively provided with a fourth pressing plate 441 for pressing the big tongue of the packaging box, and the rear end of the second lug folding station 44 is also provided with a first bending pressing plate 442 for further bending the preliminarily bent lugs inwards and maintaining a certain bending shape. The first bending pressing plate 442 is disposed at a rear end of the hanger of the packing box to prevent the primarily bent hanger from being unfolded again.
The preceding, the back both ends of third return hangers station 45 all are equipped with the fifth clamp plate 451 that is used for pressing the big tongue of packing carton, the rear end of third return hangers station 45 still is equipped with the second clamp plate 452 that bends, and this second clamp plate 452 that bends is used for flattening the two-layer panel of hangers.
The left sides of the front end and the rear end of the side ear folding station 46 are respectively provided with a side ear push rod 461, and the side ears (namely, the side ears on the left side of the packaging box) close to the third hanging ear station are folded along the same direction; the right sides of the front end and the rear end of the side ear folding station 46 are respectively provided with a first lifting block and a fifth driving device (not shown in the figure) for driving the first lifting block to lift and move back and forth, the first lifting block is used for bending the side ears on the right side of the packaging box, after the side ears on the right side are bent, the first lifting block at the rear end of the side ear folding station 46 advances and then descends, the first lifting block at the front end of the side ear folding station 46 retreats and descends again, and meanwhile, the side ear push rod 461 presses the side ears on the right side of the packaging box and enters the next process. The rear end of the side ear folding station 46 is also provided with a third folding pressing plate 462, and the third folding pressing plate 462 is used for keeping the two layers of panels of the hanging ear to be pressed flat all the time.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a third guide block 471, a blocking strip 472, a second wedge-shaped guide block 473, a second push plate 474 and a sixth driving device (not shown in the figures) for driving the second push plate 474 to move back and forth are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the big tongue folding station 47, the third guide block 473 is arranged at the left side of the big tongue folding station 47 and used for guiding the big tongue 63 of the packing box 6 and bending the big tongue 63 towards the box body of the packing box, the blocking strip 472 is arranged at the right side of the third guide block 473 and used for blocking the bent big tongue to keep the big tongue 63 of the packing box 6 in a bent state, and the second push plate 474 is linked with the sixth driving device and used for bending the big tongue 63 along the second wedge-shaped guide block 473 to complete the primary bending of the big tongue of the packing box 6. The rear end of the big tongue folding station 47 is also provided with a fourth folding pressing plate 475, and the fourth folding pressing plate 475 is used for enabling the two layers of panels of the hanging lug to be always kept flat.
The front end and the rear end of the big tongue insertion station 48 are respectively provided with two second lifting blocks and a seventh driving device (not shown in the figure) for driving the second lifting blocks to lift, the third push plate 481 and an eighth driving device (not shown in the figure) for driving the third push plate 481 to move back and forth, when the packing box is conveyed to the big tongue insertion station 48, the seventh driving device drives the second lifting blocks to lift, the two lifted second lifting blocks are just positioned at the left side and the right side of the packing box and used for positioning the packing box, and the third push plates at the front end and the rear end are respectively used for completely inserting the big tongues 63 at the front end and the rear end of the packing box into the packing box 6, so that the packing of materials is completed. A fifth bending pressing plate 482 is further arranged at the left part of the rear end of the big tongue inserting station 48, and the fifth bending pressing plate 482 is used for enabling the two layers of panels of the hanging lug to be always kept flat.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the first pressing plate 411 of the box opening station 41, the second pressing plate 421 of the feeding station 42, the third pressing plate 431 of the first tab hanging station 43, the fourth pressing plate 441 of the second tab hanging station 44, and the fifth pressing plate 451 of the third tab hanging station 45 are integrally formed, and the space below the first pressing plate 411, the second pressing plate 421, the third pressing plate 431, the fourth pressing plate 441, and the fifth pressing plate 451 provides a sliding space for the tongue 63 of the packing box 6.
The second bending pressing plate 452 of the third folding hanger station 45, the third bending pressing plate 462 of the side hanger station 46, the fourth bending pressing plate 475 of the big tongue folding station 47 and the fifth bending pressing plate 482 of the big tongue inserting station 48 are integrally formed, so that two layers of panels of a hanger 64 of the packaging box 6 are always kept in a flattening state.
The first guide block 412 on the box opening station 41 and the second guide block 422 on the feeding station 42 are of an integrally formed structure.
The boxing steps of the planetary suction sheet type wound plaster automatic boxing machine of the embodiment are as follows:
1) the planet suction machine sucks materials and sends the materials into a cache bin 13;
2) when the logistics in the buffer storage bin 13 reach the set quantity, the second driving device controls the movable door plate 14 to open, the materials in the buffer storage bin 13 fall to the synchronous conveyor belt 2, and the synchronous conveyor belt 2 synchronously runs along with the host;
3) if a specification and the like need to be added, the specification is sucked by the specification sucking device 2 and then is put down onto the synchronous conveying belt 2 through the third air cylinder 23; the specification can be added below or above the material according to the actual requirement;
4) a third vacuum chuck on the packaging box conveying device 3 sucks the packaging boxes in the paper box rack 31 and transmits the packaging boxes to a box opening station 41 of a conveying belt 40 of the box packing machine 4;
5) when the product of the synchronous conveyor belt 2 is conveyed to the right rear end of the feeding station 42 of the box packing machine 4, the feeding station 42 pushes the material into the correspondingly opened packing box; then packaging is carried out;
6) the packaging box sequentially passes through a hanger folding station, a side ear folding station, a big tongue inserting station and a finished product output station for three times until a finished product is output.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, many modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention. Such modifications and finishes are also to be considered as the scope of protection of the present invention.

1. A planetary suction-type automatic box packing machine for adhesive bandages is characterized by comprising a planetary suction-type piece machine, a packing box conveying device, a box packing machine and a synchronous conveying belt, wherein the planetary suction-type piece machine, the packing box conveying device and the box packing machine are sequentially arranged in the conveying direction of the synchronous conveying belt,
the planet piece suction machine comprises one or two groups of storage racks for storing materials, a planet piece suction mechanism for sucking down the materials and a cache bin for caching the materials;
the planetary suction disc mechanism comprises a rotary disc and a first driving device for driving the rotary disc to rotate, a first suction disc frame, a second suction disc frame and a third suction disc frame are arranged on the same circumference of the end face of the rotary disc at equal intervals, the first suction disc frame, the second suction disc frame and the third suction disc frame are all arranged above the buffer storage bin, one or two first vacuum suction discs are arranged on the first suction disc frame, the second suction disc frame and the third suction disc frame, and when the first suction disc frame rotates to the discharge end of the storage shelf along with the rotary disc, the first vacuum suction discs on the first suction disc frame are just positioned at the front and back ends of the discharge end of the storage shelf and suck materials; meanwhile, the first vacuum chuck on the third chuck frame is just above the cache bin and discharges materials; when the third sucking disc frame rotates to the position right behind the discharging end of the storage frame, the second sucking disc frame rotates to the position right above the cache bin;
the boxing machine comprises a conveying belt, and a box opening station, a feeding station, a first folding lug station, a second folding lug station, a third folding lug station, a side lug folding station, a big tongue inserting station and a finished product output station are sequentially arranged in the conveying direction of the conveying belt from left to right.
2. The planetary suction piece type wound covering automatic box packing machine according to claim 1, wherein the discharge end of the storage rack is provided with a first photoelectric sensor.

The automatic boxing machine for the planetary suction sheet type wound dressings as claimed in claim 1, wherein third pressing plates for pressing the big tongues of the packaging boxes are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the first folding lug station, the rear end of the first folding lug station further comprises a first wedge-shaped guide block, a pressing block for pressing the hanging lugs downwards and a fourth driving device for driving the pressing block to ascend and descend, and the pressing block is arranged above the first wedge-shaped guide block;
the front end and the rear end of the second hangers are respectively provided with a fourth pressing plate for pressing a big tongue of the packaging box, and the rear end of the second hangers is also provided with a first bending pressing plate for preventing the primarily bent hangers from unfolding again;
the front end and the rear end of the third folding hanger station are provided with fifth pressing plates used for pressing the big tongue of the packaging box, and the rear end of the third folding hanger station is also provided with a second bending pressing plate used for flattening two layers of panels of the hanger.
